Great brand new hotel. This is not your Daddy's Hyatt. Free shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes starting at 4am. 5 stars based on service alone. Very, very good service and friendly staff.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It was beautiful, clean and had a great breakfast but what really did it for me was the staff. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. That made all the difference. I would definitely recommend!

Wow this is nice hotel. Someone I know stayed here and the room was absolutely magnificent. He got a suite that had a living room and a kitchen and honestly I think the hotel room was nicer than my apartment! Great place, with complimentary breakfast. Next to the airport so that’s kinda nice too.

This was the best “airport hotel” I have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. They must have put in sound proof windows, because we could barely hear the nearby and numerous jets taking off. The free breakfast food was not that great, but the eating area was very nice and clean.

Nice, clean and friendly place to stay. Very reasonable on certain days of the week. Totally surprised at how quiet it is despite being inside the airport.

Very nice place. Modern fixtures. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was sooo good every day. "Cage free eggs"! Are you kidding me? Way better than what my humble ass is use to.

My stay here was exceptional! As soon as I walk through the doors I was greeted by every employee I can’t in contact with. Crystal at the front desk was very kind & helpful with checking me in. Thanks again for s great stay. My room was beautiful, quiet, & spacious as well!

Great customer service. The staff are all very nice and will help you with anything. The bar is very nice. The hotel itself is very modern and it feels at home. The rooms look amazing and the shower is the best. The fireplace outside was the best part. Very pleased.

Desk clerk failed to notify shuttle driver of my pickup request… After 45 minutes waiting I called again and got picked up within 10 minutes. It's a good thing I called back, else I'd be waiting still.

I stayed in a suite with my son. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom kept my son sleeping while I taught an online class early the next morning. The food was good. The pool was nice if a bit chilly. The staff were extremely courteous.

Short stay, but very pleasant! Friendly and helpful staff and a nice, clean room. Breakfast bar was a nice surprise!

Breakfast was different everyday and it was very very good. The staff was awesome. Good all the way around.

Stayed here for two weeks for some training in the area and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. You can tell the employees are treated well from upper management because it is a friendly atmosphere that is willing to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The GM was helping bus tables and fetch more coffee, not because they were short staffed but because he was just leading by example. I will stay at a Hyatt Place the next time I travel.

The people at the front desk and Kitchen area are very patient, very kind, very caring, very helpful and they treat you like family! My room is nice and clean.

Did not anticipate to spend the night at the Hyatt Place, but was glad I was able to. Very modern hotel, with very helpful staff. The breakfast in the morning was well kept and excellent. There is also a free courtesy shuttle that runs every half hour to and from the airport. Was glad I picked the Hyatt Place to stay the night.

We missed our connection and stayed the night here. The staff was friendly and we were able to get toiletry since we checked everything. I was even able to borrow a charger for my phone.

Excellent hotel very clean food was delicious and included with room, I stayed here last weekend loved my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel! Staff was extremely nice and helpful, bed was comfortable wish I could have taken the pillows home!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious. The customer service was great. I gave this four stars instead of five, because the breakfast selection didn't have as many hot options as I was expecting such as pancakes or waffles. Besides that, this hotel was lovely!

Quite literally the best hotel I've been doing years. It's right on the airport. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and bright.

We rented the king bedroom suite. The rooms were really nice and clean. Very modern with many utilities! The pool was very nice as well. The gym was under refurbisemt but we were informed that if we wanted to use a gym, they would drive us to one nearby. Overall, both my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Very cushy and modern. The room was very comfortable and the kids were fine with the pullout bed. We reserved a double but got a King with pullout and they only had decaf tea in room so — 1 star. Breakfast was included and was above average for hotel breakfasts.

Such a gorgeous hotel and incredibly welcoming staff. I almost wish I had been staying longer than just an overnight layover! The design is immaculate and very modern with clean lines and well-thought out touches. I was very happy with the shuttle service as the driver was attentive and friendly.

I came to Dallas for a business trip and booked the hotel at Hyatt DFW. As far as the service, every employee that helped me was always friendly and smiling. In regards to the hotel/room, it was nice and clean and modern touches all around. The beds and pillows were comfortable and one night I even ate from their restaurant on site and the food was surprisingly delicious. They offer breakfast in the morning, set up as buffet style with eggs, bacon, French toast, and even vegetarian options. I would definitely book another stay here if business brings me back to Dallas.

I went to the Hyatt for a Professional event. Very clean the room, good breakfast, and always very friendly employees. I recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and up to date. The rooms are nice and have a sitting area in them which was a bonus. You can get food 24X7. Right on the airport.

Everything was great except the mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Very clean; staff was friendly, convenient to the airport; Large shower. Would highly recommend if it wasn't for the hard mattress.

I flew in to DFW and my wife was flying out to Denver the next morning so instead of going home we just stayed here for the night. Ithe was a very nice room, close to the airport, quick shuttle service, plenty of restaurants and stuff nearby. Overall very happy with this unexpected night out!

I'd give this place more stars if I could, I can't rave about it enough. We drove up to Dallas to catch a flight and drop off our car. We arrived a bit early and they allowed us an early check in. We had issues with the car shipping place and they allowed my father to check in with us and stay the night to help us out. Our son was very sick all of a sudden and they were very friendly and helpful in helping us clean up after him. Ordinarily the shuttle wouldn't run to the ER, but they shuttled us there at 1 in the morning so we could get our son to a doctor and then they shuttled us from pharmacy to pharmacy to find one that was open that early. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the service is incredible.

The front desk staff was amazing, the hotel was crowded but they made sure to take care of us and the guests who passed through. I was thrilled by how helpful and courteous they were and by their level of professionalism and customer service. My family and I had a great time! This hotel and their staff was truly worth every penny. Great hot breakfast and a friendly staff go a long way… we definitely noticed. The only downfall was housekeeping, not really cleaning as we expected but I attribute this to the fact there there were so many guests so I think they were a bit overwhelmed.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms… comfortable bed. Lack of microwaves in the room is the only slip up. Otherwise a solid 4 stars.

I would lke to particularly thank a shuttle driver Danika who came to the airport to meet me at 1:30a. M. After her work hours. It has been one of the best hotel experiences in my life. Hyatt Place DFW is an ideal location for our stay. We were able to easily access downtown Dallas with ease and drove to Allen just as easily.

The hotel is a very welcoming and friendly. The people are very nice and always have a meal service and useful for own use. The location is excellent as it is located close to the airport. The rooms are spacious with TV and a bathroom with bathtub. The service is the best. Always have a smile and are available to assist you.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff at the front desk was amazing day and night shift. The breakfast alone was worth the price I paid. My room was not all that clean my first night and I did have an issue with the housekeepers trying to bully us into saying that the room was clean although it was not. Once I informed the front desk staff of the situation they sent a new housekeeping team that transformed my room completely. I am so going to refer this hotel to friends and family! Great job Hyatt Place!

This is a new property and is great. Just like all other Hyatt Place property the breakfast is way more then continental with eggs, fruit, waffles, and much more included. Rooms are huge and very comfortable with sectional couch with high end fixtures in the room. This one is also 2 min from the rental car returns and offer free airport shuttle. When traveling Hyatt Place is my top choice.

Great location. Very clean. Above par breakfast. Our housekeeping was very friendly. The only disappointment is that the lady tried to place us in a lesser room than what we booked. My husband had to show her our reservation confirmation to get the room that we paid for.

After a long journey, I was graciously greeted by the lovely Mary. She made me feel welcomed and was simply a delight. As for the hotel, it's very clean, comfortable, and most importantly, reasonably priced. Definitely will come back!
