No. Just, no. Not even one night in and I already hate it. I'm so on edge, the room smells so much like chlorine it makes me gag, and I'm not sleeping on the bed. No way. The breakfast: What breakfast? Nothing is there. It just feels, so so sketchy. I hate it already. Edit: Canceled all nights there and got a refund. Decided on Comfort Suites which is the better choice. If anything, do not stay here if at all possible please.

Very good rates, very basic also. Totally recommend if you are looking for a low budget hotel.

Service was good, but amenities could have been better.

This hotel is not one I would ever recommend, very plain, outdated to say the least. This place had no breakfast, it stunk to hell and back and the room was hot.

Decent service and decent rates if you want something more fancy in the area spend more money.

Worked out great. Close to the venue we attended. Good conversation during breakfast with others and staff.

Called, said he had a single king. Then he hung up. Went there cause was close. Siad he sold 3 king beds in the last 8 min. Then said there were no rooms at all. The 2 star is only for having good pricing only.

I have been coming here for years. I love it. Affordable rooms, honest employees, and great customer service.

Worst customer service ever! I had a reservation that I did on line when checking in they we’re giving me a smoking room, when I let him know that I reserved a non smoking room he said that when I spoke to him I requested a smoking room I’m a non smoker he got mad and he refused my stay. Never again I’m booking with them.

Since I had to stay there, there have been people shot and killed. It didn't seem safe when we were there…

Quiet, affordable, clean, functional room & courteous friendly staff.

Rooms are outdated, furniture is all chipped scratched, beds were clean but old, really old. Door lock was missing, hangers were rusty. Wi-Fi works near the door other then that is convenient since is right off the freeway.

It's right off I30 but that's about it. The bed was lumpy but it seemed clean. It has the doors facing outside.

Weird. Met insects 2 times! Small fridge, very slow Wi-Fi and when we just came it was really uncleaned! I don't recommend to stay here.

The room was ok for the price but management is rude. I stayed there while working the night shift on a job, I asked for clean towels before maid service came and was told I'd b charged extra if I got towel before maid. Also rented for week and was told since I didn't allow maid in room everyday (cause during that time I was sleeping and had worked 16 hours) that I couldn't have my deposit back. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you are respectful the staff will have great personalities. It's right by the highway but sadly not many food places around. Rooms are upgraded LG tv's and Wi-Fi is free and not bad at all.

Good for the bucks you spend $60 including tax. They have free breakfast but with limited options. Room is OK. Bathroom can be better maintained. But for this price close to Downtown Dallas better than many other hotels. Nothing bad to complain. I recommend for frequent goers.

As a fan of cheap motels I have to say there is nothing remarkable about this one. Be prepared for your neighbors to be addicts. No carpet is good though.

Check in and availability of rooms was easy. Parking lot was secure and had cameras. The linens were clean but the room itself was dirty. Spots on the walls and a scary bathroom were the two stars I took away from the rating.

The night clerk stole my driver license. I had checked into a room and I recall giving her my id but I don't recall her ever handing it back, the morning after I returned to the booth and a different lady this time refused to corporate, kept telling me that they dont keep ids but yes I know for a fact she kept my dl. I explained to the lady that I was not from dallas And have an out of state id she still insisted that her over night clerk did not take my id.

The proprietors, clerks and cleaning ladies are very professional, courteous, helpful and in general, very nice. We are evacuees from South Texas due to Hurricane Harvey. Leaving your home with what you can carry is very disconcerting. My Mother in Law got hit by a truck while riding a bicycle one week ago. She has a broken arm and four fractures in her pelvis. The room is very accommodating. These are difficult times for my family. Coming here by blind luck turned out to be a blessing. Thanks to all the staff! May God Bless you all.

My stay was nice. Just needed a room for a night and I was satisfied. Rather quiet. Wi-Fi worked.

A cheap room near the city. It was perfect for me and my husband. We stayed in the Westin hotel the day after this America's Best inn. And of course it was day and night difference. But I needed a cheap hotel. So it worked! I just would not suggest going out at night lol pretty scary neighborhood behind the hotel. It looked and felt as clean as you could expect out of a cheap hotel. But the service was super nice at the front desk.

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are small and the door doesn't shut all the way unless you kick the bottom of the door. The TV didn't even have a remote to it and I had to walk down to the office to get one and then the TV didnt even work. There were mice in the room. It was so horrible I will never stay here ever again. Do not waste your money staying here because they won't give you a refund. A prison cell would have been better than this place.

Worst stay ever it smelled our room was filthy found a syringe in the parking lot the second night it was so loud we didn't go to sleep till 3 a. M. I hated this hotel and will never stay at any of their hotels ever again.

Good for a man who goes to work early morning every day. Breakfast comes in very handy too.

The room wasn't clean, it's was in a very bad neighbor, the room was located off dolphin st in Dallas, TX, but the front desk clark was very nice.

This wasn't exactly our first choice in accomadations. The hotel I had reservations at was overbooked and we were forced to find another hotel. This was the only one within distance to Fair Park that had rooms available. The check in was quick and the rooms look like they were just redone. New paint, new bathroom fixtures and so on. Unfortunately, you could still tell that this was a rundown type of place in a not so great neighborhood. The towels and sheets had stains. There was a mess at what they call free breakfast. That consisted of convenient store muffins, fruit punch, cereal and a gallon of milk. Needless to say we didn't spend too much time in our room and stayed out until we were tired. It's not a horrible place and It was available in a pinch. At 2am after an eight hour drive I was just happy to have a bed.

This place is disgusting! Pretty much crack alley so keep that I mind. And someone wiped there nasty booger on the wall and no one cleaned it! NASTY!

Rooms were not kept clean. Mop carts and toilet brudheswere blocking steps to our toom. Also there were no smoke detectors in our room. Bad experience do not stay here.

Great people! They gave me everything I needed. Just an all around great service. Close to all the surrounding attractions.

There was no blood or puke on the bedding or floor.

Ok, I found a walnut shell, a blue, empty soda bottle, and a cigarette butt on the floor when I checked in. However, the sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was clean. Staff and housekeeping were friendly.

Ok to start off. This room had spider webbs in the corners, everything was dusty, we had to plug r microwave in somewhere eles because there's only one outlet. R restroom had nasty black mold all over the ceiling. The shower pressure was horrible. The light bulbs suck in every lamp. We moved the dresser and a bunch of dirt and dust. The front door was dirty from the inside. The only thing is good is the air conditioner and the beds were decent. The ice machine was ok but had little nats in it. Just don't think I would ever stay here again. Everyone drives very nice cars but it seems to look like a drug and prostitute hotel upon arrival. And the TV is OLD AS HELL AND BAD COLOR but they had really nice hard wood floors. But in all the maids definitely need to learn how to use some BLEACH TO CLEAN THIS SHIT! DEFINITELY.

Very good very quiet I can not complain descances of wonder and the cerialis in the morning is free.

You get what you pay for, though this place should charge less than they do. Location is pretty run down, internet is slow, and only had one shower towel. Stayed at the same chain in another part of DFW that was definitely worth the money, which was the exact same price.

My experience with ABVI was lackluster, to be generous. Me and my sibling needed a place to stay for the weekend near downtown that was cheap and had access to DART. This motel fulfilled both those conditions, but very little else. Fair warning, this is a longer review, but only because I want to cover all aspects that I believe would be important to a traveler. Our first red flag was when we called to ask about reservations and the lady who answered the phone was unable to communicate with us in English — — she asked that we call back later, so her daughter could translate our concerns. I'm all for a diversified culture, but being able to properly communicate with your clients is kind of important. The close proximity to a DART bus stop looked really convenient on paper, but the surrounding area is. Scary, to say the least. Run down buildings, dark alleyways, few street lights — — We decided against public transit after our first night. We had no problems with adequate A/C (if anything, I was surprised at how much we had to turn it down to bring the room out of frigid levels), and the cleanliness of the room seemed adequate, which are pretty much the only saving graces I found with this location. The bathroom was terribly disappointing — — tiny, cramped, a natural "dirty" color that made you second guess its upkeep — — but the biggest flaw was the extremely dim single-bulb lighting.

Spent 5 nights here as we were visiting for the State Fair in nearby Fair Park. Although it's convenient for the highway and for drivers, don't even think about staying here if you're hoping for public transport. Bus stops are local but the area is so dodgy I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The hotel itself was as bad as the location. Very little light in the bathroom, toilet hanging off the wall, frequent power outs, no alarm clocks or do not disturb signs. We were told nothing at all by the lady at checkin regarding check out times or even breakfast. Instead she treated us like we had interrupted us in the middle of her favourite TV program. Not that she could have watched it in our room, as the remote was broken and the channels were fuzzy. Another reviewer mentioned the cleaning staff had brought their children. I can confirm this is the case. However, despite asking the cleaning lady not to clean the room, she waited until we were out then did so anyway. Avoid this place like the plague.
