Everything was fine except that the rooms were left with the AC off on a 100+ degree summer day. Despite the manager insisting, after I switched out of my first room to a new one and then complained again, only to realize that they were *all* like this, that it would only be "a couple minutes" before it cooled down, it most certainly was not cool until a couple of hours later. I had a late check in after a long drive and I was so uncomfortably hot in that oven of a room that even though I was exhausted I was up for hours longer than I would have been. I finally fell asleep on top of the covers with my head at the foot of the bed so I could be in front of the AC unit. I don't know what money that guy thinks he's saving by keeping the AC off. Or whatever his reasons are, it's not how you do summer in Texas. I will never stay there again.

Looked like a great motel they just didn't have any vacancy.

The room was excellent, the bed was a little firm for my liking, but over all great stay.

I stayed there three nights recently. I had a nice comfortable smoking free room on the first floor. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The parking lot is small and somewhat difficult to maneuver. The location is near the freeway and the DART mass transit station to downtown Dallas. My room rate was fair, less than $100 per night. The establishment has no amenities such as a pool, computer availability, food, or a workout facility.

Really friendly staff. Offered me to have food with the owners, which is such a nice gesture.

Honestly, I was surprised when I opened the door to our room. It was recently remodeled and everything in the room was brand new. Cool mood lighting running along the top of the wall throughout the entire room.

As soon as we pulled up I knew this is the type of place that rents by the hour. The bed sheets had not been cleaned, it had hand prints of god knows what all on the sheets as well as holes. We immediately called the manager and he was a rude prick, saying there was nothing he could do, he didnt come back to talk with us till we had the booking company call him to see what the deal was. The floors were disgusting, the bed was worse than anything I've ever experienced. I'd have rather slept on the in my car. I was set to stay for 2 nights and left within 30 minutes. Do not book this place, cheaper or not you definitely get what you pay for. When we were leaving the. Man said “ I didn’t put you next to the trashy customers that pay by the hour”

Very, Very nice. More then I expected. Staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I am in Dallas again this is where I want to stay.

A gem for the not so fancy Although it is located in a questionable side of Dallas, the location is within a desirable proximity to Downtown Dallas. There were strangers walking the neighborhood at all hours of the night. I was afraid my car would get broken into but I took the chance and thankfully it wasn't. The lady at the front desk was cordial but not very pleasant to talk to. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would gladly come back seeing as the price was a bargain for the location.

Very sketchy outside the hotel. Seemed clean inside but the linen was obviously dirty and seemed some things were falling apart.

I spent the day in Dallas before heading to Vegas the spot was clean, quiet, accessible to the freeway, friendly staff quick check in.

WORST STAY EVER! Hotel had bed bugs and I was bitten all over. This happened yesterday and today my bites are red, swollen, and huge. Staff was very rude. We checked out the room at 2am with no where to go. I have video for proof but for some reason it would not let me upload it. Please do not stay there!

The cleaning lady stole my cell phone and hid it in the office. Luckily I GOT IT BACK when I called it while standing in the office! The cleaning lady had hid it in the office. Very unhappy with management!

Please, I beg you, do not be mis-lead by the positive comments about this hotel. The employees are rude and disrespectful and will not refund you your money back. It is nasty and dirty and you will have to wait an hour to check in. Please don't waste your money, please you will feel dumb ASF, I drove from Houston and wanted to cry because they treated me sooooooo bad. Please don't stay here, next option please. I'm a 26 year old male. Please, you have been warned, I tried.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to downtown. Also on small property so I actually felt safer than if in a larger unit.

Nothing quite makes a visit feel cozy like discovering that you're not alone in the room, eh? A few highlights: — — Definitely not in a great part of town. At all. — — Manager on duty claims, "This is not a Marriott Hotel! We are not 100% satisfaction guaranteed! GOODBYE" when complaints are voiced over the phone. — — When told I would receive a refund for the room (I didn't stay… read the next point below), I did not. The manager refused to refund my money, despite not staying at the hotel. — — Oh… and bed bugs. No like. I noticed a spot of dirt on the headboard move… and then saw it also had legs and looked like the attached image. In fact, the image attached was taken in the hotel room after I captured one of the little critters. So… if you're looking for company and enjoy squalor, have we got the place for you!

Renovated Motel near downtown Dallas.

This place was awesome! Very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were, extremely clean, comfortable and recently updated to a modern look. The staff goes ovee and about expectations to make you feel at home and very comfortable. I especially like they bring you a basket with fresh fruit, granola bars and water every morning with no additional charge. I highly recommend it if you're planning on being in the downtown Dallas area.

The location is good.

The room was relatively cheap. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed when we arrived. I'm sure they were a clean set but there was something strange on them. Definitely not the nicest neighborhood or location but we were mostly away until it was time to call it a night. Next time, I will book a more convenient location for our activities.

The hotel managers are shitty. I booked three nights and only stayed one night. Checked out way before their checkout time and they only refunded me for one night. They didn't refund me the full amount either! They ignore you. Avoid my calls. They cannot explain why they won't refund me properly. Just all around shitty service. Never again will I book with them or tell people about their hotel. They suck! The managers name are Seema and Peter! They are rude and very unprofessional.

The led. Ceiling lights are a very different and breathtaking decorative addition to the new executive style furniture and high speed Wi-Fi.

Its a big change from before. Check it out, it's well worth the money you pay. It's quiet and very relaxing.
