Wonderful staff, great rooms.

Clean nice rooms. Close to the gas monkey garage bar and grill. And the John Deere schools.

Room had 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. Room had a good layout. A very delicious breakfast is served every morning with eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, spinach, juice, milk etc! Then Monday thru Thursday they have happy hour from like 5-7 with a rotating menu which is basically dinner with beer and wine! With the great room and free food and parking I would highly recommend. Also the staff is very friendly.

Very helpful. The front desk people helped me find a good save place to park my trailer where they could keep an eye on it. The suite was outstanding. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I stay at 50+ Marriott hotels per year for work. This is by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed. The staff is poorly dressed. No one can get the computers to work to find my reservation (even though I checked in through the app). Then they said there was something wrong with the credit card machine not accepting VISA. The “happy hour” was some disgusting cold meat on top of stale chips with lumpy cheese that resembled nachos. Later into the night the fire alarm went off and the whole place had to be evacuated. None of the staff had any explanation. I’ll never ever stay at this dump again!

Our family stayed at this SpringHill Suites location and were very pleased. The staff members were very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I loved having the extra room with a desk, sofa, and television for anyone who wanted to stay up a bit later. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of good choices. I also like that the hotel is close to Love Field airport as well as a variety of other attractions.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere! All of the staff were very friendly and courteous! We were greeted by everyone we met! There was even a greeting waiting for us on our television! Delicious hot breakfast every morning! We will definitely be returning and we definitely recommend this hotel!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel to attend our daughter's graduation. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff were. Everyone we met was super warm and welcoming. We loved the free shuttle service. The hotel is clean and the pool is nice. Great value and super great staff.

Free parking while flying out of the airport… what a joke! Parked right in front of the lobby and came back from trip with tailgate stolen! Not only our vehicle but an Escalade across from us had their third row seats stolen from their vehicle! I understand they have sign posted saying not responsible for your vehicle but sure is strange to have two vehicles burglarized that were parked their in plain sight while at the airport! Sounds like an inside job to me!

Stayed for four nights with a group of friends for a wedding. The staff was amazing… they were so friendly and very accommodating with anything we needed. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Dallas. Can’t say enough about the kindness we experienced.

I had a surprise visit strip that I didn't know about until that day. I live in Houston I needed to drive to this location in Dallas to be able to meet a colleague at Love Field Airport. I stay at Marriott exclusively and have enjoyed the experiences thus far. When I arrived at this hotel close to 2:30 a. M. The day that I was to meet my colleague I was greeted at the front by a happy and sincere looking individual and given excellent customer service. It seems to with Marriott that it doesn't matter whether you arrive 2 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon, the level of care does not change. I will continue to stay exclusively with Marriott guest because in my opinion they are far superior than any other brand on the market.

Some of the nicest, considerate, enjoyable staff I've ever met. You'll feel the love and care they take in ensuring your stay is great. I loved Maria who makes breakfast!

This place was super amazing with me. I I reserved my room the day before and when I came here they were very gracious and kind and sweet I was approached by the general manager and the assistant manager and she was amazing. It took a minute to get my reservation in order because of complications on my side but they still took out the patience and time to deal with what was going on even gave me a Free bottle of water on my side because of the frustration I was going through. If I ever come out here again to Dallas I would definitely reserve my room here again. Me and my kids we had a wonderful time and they all had a bed for one another even the sofa comes out into a bed so that was a plus for me. The food was great as well. The cooks are very nice. And the food is not limited at all. If you need extra just go and get it.

The hotel employees are friendly. The airport shuttle is great. We had an early flight so we stayed at the hotel and parked there and took the shuttle to Dallas Love Field Airport, about a 10-15 minute ride. When we flew back to Dallas we called the hotel and they came and picked us up. They didn't charge us to park on the day we flew out or the day we flew back.

I arrived exhausted to find Expedia or Marriott put us in a room with 1 bed. Put me in the same bed with my adult son. Awkward! There is a foldout couch with a flimsy mattress full of lumpy springs and a couple of huge uncomfortable bends which are going to mess up my back. No wonder they had a good price. They try to look pretty and put on a good show but I really wanted to get a good night's sleep to attend a funeral. Thinking I will stay elsewhere tomorrow night if I can. Expedia, I am not satisfied!

Went to another hotel that had dirty sheets in 3 different rooms, came around the corner and checked in here. First room we checked into was spotless. The night auditor at the front desk was great and the room is great for the price.

Very helpful, we got in late without luggage and helped us out. Great staff. Good beds also.

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! Great bang for your buck, but toilets had a little trouble. They said they'd fix it though so that's good. Great breakfast food too!

Always a great place to stay. Conveinent and clean. Staff is always very accommodating. The breakfast bar has alot of options, from waffles to eggs and sausage.

This is probably one of the best hotels I stayed at. The staff was super friendly! The continental breakfast it was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Clean well-maintained rooms that head everything you could ask for. Stayed an extra night just so that we can relax for a day. Bathrooms in the lobby excellent did I mention this app was excellent!

I have stayed at this property a few times over the years, the last time 18 months ago. I have to say this property is showing its age along with an outdated look. I also was a bit concerned with the "plasma bank" across the street and the constant flow of people around the property. While I am an avid Marriott Rewards member and fan, this property is not worth the rack rate they are charging. Next time I am in Dallas I will look at other Marriott properties or other chains for my stays on the West side of town. P. S. If you are over 5'8" tall… you will have a hard time fitting under the shower head.

Very cozy place. I only stayed 1 night, so I wasn't here long enough to get a full review if things. They did serve dinner in the evening, which is the first hotel I know of to do that. They have a gym, with dumbbells and equipment, so if you like working out, you may make use of it.

Very hospitable staff at registration and the older Hispanic lady who helped with breakfast demonstrated outstanding customer service!

Very clean. I am very afraid of bed bugs because I had a close call in Bossier, La. Before! But these rooms were super clean! Breakfast was hot! Front counter service was good! I was very pleased❤

A bit disappointed coming from Marriott lower end hotels. While not completely pleased, we did get amazing Marriott standard service. this isnt in a great location and while one of the elevator was down when we arrived. A couple days later, the second one went down too. Good thing its only three floors. still a good choice, near by area are a lot of great restaurants.

Both elevators not working, which I found out by walking the second floor to try to find a way down. The room smelled like old smoke. The AM clerk had the most unpleasant demeanor I have ever witnessed at at a hotel desk.

Average… A little wear and tear on furniture, don't expect a good window view, breakfast is average. Staff is friendly. Room has a musty smell covered with a citrus smell.

The room was nice, and the amenities were decent. I did not enjoy the restaurant experience. Not only were we forgotten, but it took 30 minutes to get our checks.

This is a quiet little tucked away spot. Even though it is near the freeway there is no disturbing highway noises. The staff was very friendly with accommodating me and recommended booking sites to use so that I receive the highest discount for my stay. It was very clean the cleaning crew are literally great and they don't disturb you. This place even offers free breakfast as long as your willing to walk down during breakfast hrs and get it that was fine with. My stay was delightful and I would sure book here again.

Staff lacked motivation and provided poor customer service! I could not get a straight answer about shuttle service from more than one employee. This place is also in a shady location. The room seemed clean but had a old, nasty smell to it. This hotel definitely gives Marriott a BAD name!

Perfectly acceptable Springhill Suite. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was good. The evening mixer provided a good alternative to going out to eat. One point would be the mention that the complimentary shuttle goes to Live Airfield, not Dallas. I was only told "airport shuttle" and as a non-local I didn't even know there was another airport in Dallas. The staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to go the other way though.

Pretty standard as far as Springhill. However, the noise level was pretty high, the location was bad, and the staff seemed a bit indifferent as opposed to friendly. Good not great. Would stay elsewhere given another chance.

The hotel was nice but the service was below average. I flew in from NJ and stayed overnight for NYE. Once at the airport I realized I left a small bag in my room. I called immediately and asked if they could check my room. Stephanie replied that she couldn't but that she would have housekeeping look once they cleaned and would call me back that day. TWO days later I had to call because she never called me. This time I spoke to Lauren who was more helpful in that she left me on hold while she went to check with housekeeping. She came back on the line and told me that they indeed found my bag but she doesn't know where they put it and has to call me back in a few hours when Stephanie comes in since she was the one who originally found it. It is now the NEXT day and I have once again yet to receive a phone call. Very dispappointed in the service and frustrated considering they told me they have my bag and I explained to them it was something valuable to me and they were of no more assistance.

On New Years Eve, we were stranded at the airport without luggage and were told we were staying on cots in the terminal-we called and found a room at Springhill Suites. The front desk woman, Juanita, and the shuttle driver went above and beyond to help our family (including 2 kids under age 3). Thank you so much for your kindness!

The hotel started off okay. Staff was so so when checking in and the room was good. It all went down hill after having my laundry done when I found out I had to stay an extra 4 days unplanned. Front desk looked like they walked in off the street. They couldn't really answer my questions but told me to leave my laundry and pick up the next day. I picked it up and opened up the box. Saw my work polo with a tag saying, "received damaged". (A) it wasn't damaged when I gave it to them (B) they never called me to say it was damaged. I don't believe the tag. I've been trying to speak with a manager for 2 days now and they are no where to be found. I went down this morning to talk to the manager I was told would be here. She wasn't here. I was told she was coming in at 3pm. I told the guy at the desk that I have another shirt where the string is unraveling now. I went shopping for new clothes and came back. Still no manager. I'm told she'll call me tomorrow. Do I believe that will happen? No. I honestly feel like management doesn't exist here. I'm a prior Gold member; now Silver in 2015.
