Okay so, this hotel isn’t bad. We came down the night before for a concert and was very pleased with the actual room. The outside isn’t so great and the halls are kinda sketchy just because it’s older and the floors are kinda uneven. The biggest complaints I have is that the bathtub and sink drain very slow and we were told the pool was only open 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm.

The room I got stunk. I’ve also rented rooms for less where they give you shampoo, instead of selling it to you in the vending machines downstairs.

Hair on towel. Room 232 had a heavy smell of marijuana. Back parking area is dark and on the border of a wooded area. Hallway carpets think and dirty and the floor was uneven. I felt unsafe here. The price isn't worth staying here. It took me two hours to fall asleep from my anxiety sleeping at this place.

Rooms are nice but the TV were in Spanish on regular station and in getthoo area with people working on there cars in the parking lot.

Room was clean, air didn't get as cold as it should, but was cool, Refrigerator door was open when we walked in, had ice all in the back wall, up to first knuckle on pointer finger, was not cooling. We didn't need the refrigerator, so it did not matter to us. Reported to staff and fixed. Room had a closed in smell, but understandable when not in use. All in all, stay was ok.

Fat Guy at front desk was very rude. I had my I. D. Which was expired, but I had other identification available, as well as my temporary I. D. He told me he couldn't take another form of identification. I got upset and explained motel 6's policy which was on the wall. He locked me in the lobby and threatened to call cops. I told him I'm not afraid of the cops. I also let him know I was calling corporate. When the cops arrived I got arrested for having a warrant for speeding ticket I had.

The room was clean and ac worked well. Bathtub was too small and had no stopper, so I could not take a hot bath. I didn't appreciate having to pay the 25 dollars deposit for my two dogs. They wanted it in cash and I got no receipt for it and no return of the deposit. I felt like I had been extorted out of 25 dollars cash. I have never paid that to keep my dogs at a Motel 6 and I have stayed at Motel 6's many times in the past. It was in a bad area and I didn't really feel safe. I won't be staying at this Motel 6 again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

When I asked the lady was this motel in a safe location she said yes. When we pulled up there was two police men and a woman and a man yelling and screaming. I just thought what have I got myself into. We asked several police down town about the neighborhood and they said it was not safe. Next time when someone asks you a question about your hotel please be honest. All the hotels were booked because of the NRA convention or else I would have stayed somewhere else. One night the bath mat wasn't placed in the tub and I almost fell. It wasn't even in the bathroom.

Once I finally found Motel 6 I really liked the location. I had hoped that because I didn't get there until around 1:30 Monday morning (and this was because everybody I asked where you were located steered me in the wrong direction and I spent at least 2 hours walking to find the place and I was getting very frustrated) that maybe I wouldn't be charged but I was. Then I kept getting turned around but eventually got things straight. Half the time my key wouldn't work so had to have it re-keyed several times but staff was always very friendly about it. Also the staff was very helpful in anything I had questions about. I'm hoping to get back to Dallas as I'm wanting to find work and move there and if I do I will choose Motel 6 again.

I was ALWAYS TOLD to keep quiet if I had nothing good to say… So I will Definitely not say much. Good thing was that It was cheaper than a 5 star hotel, but I think I would have preferred to have spent an extra $80.00 or even slept in my car… You know how people tell you Horror stories about their rude/bad experiences at CHEAP motels in the cities… Well I honestly would not have believed it myself… I like to think A POSITIVE ATTITUDE leads to POSITIVE reactions THAT was Definitely not the experience I received. I was given a Non-smoking room and I swear when I opened the door to the room, I felt as though each breathe was like placing the tip of my tongue on an astray. I tried to get my money back to look for something in Irvine instead but said they could not… I payed for two nights and do regret not just leaving and calling it a loss for the nights in TX. Good Luck to the families and People on business looking for a "Cheaper" room.

Got asked for drugs by some random guy while unpacking my luggage. Hot water heater was messed up — started a shower fine and had to finish it in freezing water. Sketchy motel to say the least. Employees were fine, the motel wasn't. Would definitely not stay again.

The sheets were stained when we arrived, but we called and they changed them while we were gone. They had pretty good cleaning services. The pool was closed due to the season which kind of sucked, but oh well. Overall it was a pretty good cheap stay.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. The first room smelled like marijuana. It had not been cleaned at all. I took pictures of just how dirty the room was. I had to get new sheets and blanket and change the bed myself. They didn't even offer to switch my room that night. The next day I had to go back and forth with management to switch the room. As I was switching rooms part of the staff glared at me and continued to do so until I was out of sight. This was the worst experience I have ever had at anyplace I've stayed. I still have the pictures to show how bad it was.

Filthy! The sheets had burn holes in them, toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years, and there was a distinct smell of rot… Absolutely not worth $62… And. Then refused to switch my room or give me a refund when I said if they wouldn't switch my room I would go elsewhere. They said " you have the choice to leave if you want, But I am not issuing a refund because the room isn't up to your snobbish standards. " I almost. Slapped the woman when she said that. Then claimed she was the manager and any further complaints can be heard from calling their 800 number. Absolutely most disgusting "manager" I've ever dealt with in my life. Explains why the rooms are so disgusting also. Trashy people have trashy things. NEVER STAY THERE! Go to Baymont or Extended Stay for cleaner rooms (for the most part) but way better customer service, for roughly $10 cheaper… Just wish they had rooms available the nights needed to avoid dealing with such vileness.

Stayed here's on a non smoking floor but very peculiarly the whole second floor smelled like wee and got offered to buy drugs by one of the residents there. Also lovely little roaches were plentiful, luckily no bed bugs though and just to top it off a super but very rude staff to go with this establishment. So all in all its worth the money if you need a place to crash for the night but splurge on something better for the love of god.

The beds are hard. They have a single mattress on a raised wood slab so if you are here for a good sleep go somewhere else. Hospitality is very nice. Rooms are clean.

The most enjoyed thing was the comfortable linens on the bed. The bed itself was hard,, requested a small pet friendly room with a queen bed for 2 overnight. Price was nice. Also requested room for handicap and did not receive, acutely got an second floor room. Asked if an elevator was in location and was not, only has 2 flights of stairs. Booked room via an app. Restroom was very narrowas well as small quarters in general. Seating did not look sturdy to hold larger costomers or visitors to room. Did not have much of an inviting, relaxing feeling to the room. Handicap parking was very few, parking in general was crowded around building. Liked the fact that when arrived it was easy to locate and had security on property. Felt as the request on reservation was ignored.

As an employee of Motel 6 I was very disgusted to find that a "Franchise" location like this does NOT know how to check in a guest using a Guest Certificate. For one, this location is in DALLAS! Where corporate headquarters resides. I made my reservation at 5:07pm stating that I will be using a guest certificate. I got a call back at 6:30pm asking if I will still be coming in, the lady I spoke with, Frances, I believe, was very courteous and I told her that I will be checking in around 11pm/12 Midnight since I'm driving 5 hours from South San Antonio. She said the night auditor will be coming in at 11, I asked if there would be a problem with the check in and she said no, that she should be able to check me in. However, upon my arrival. The lady working the front desk was extremely rude, and did not know how to work around the GST Certificate despite me politely showing her. She claims she has worked here for 2 years, but obviously does not know much, she didn't follow LAST (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank) And she didn't resolve my issue overall. She said I would have to use it somewhere else. Even after speaking with a manager over the phone, he didn't want to help with the situation and insisted that I pay $50 tonight and get my money back in the morning when a manager is available. After spending 35 minutes in the lobby, I am now seeking a different Motel 6 to check into at 12:50am.

The first room I was assigned was in the smoking area per my request even though I don't smoke (so I could be near where my car was in the adjacent parking lot). However, I did not expect to find burn holes in the bedspread & burn marks/stains on the bedsheets. The smoke detector looks like it had been RIPPED out of the wall instead of properly removed. The resulting hole in the wall was not covered up either which was even more unprofessional. The cable remote did not work and was missing the battery cover. The telephone did not work either for me to call the front desk to report these issues. I ended up habing to call the front desk on my own phone just to let them know what was going on. I was quite upset to find out that there was no maintenance or housekeeping staff on duty to address my concerns. The hotel was prompt in issuing me another room. The second room was much more decent which was the ONLY factor that led to me not asking for a refund & taking my business elsewhere.

While checking in, the little security guy at the front tells me I can't have my service weapon on (I'm a law enforcement officer, at work) I told him he has no right to tell me to disarm myself, and argued with me. Pointed at a sign (printed themselves) that says no guns. Mind you I'm in uniform, full uniform and my service car is right in front of the door, witch he watched me get out of. The reason it even has 2 stars is because the front desk guy stepped in and told little security guy he was wrong. Checked in, walked back to my car, heard 5-6 gun shots right behind the building. Will never choose this location again.

Everything was great! The remote didn't work properly and they serve nothing for breakfast. The customer service was good very clean and quite.

Worse motel 6 I've ever stayed in! Never again bad front desk at night… luckily I was able to get my refund back and got a better deal for the same price with better service and breakfast & especially clean room with clean sheets!

Has to be the worst, shadiest hotel ever… My room smelled like weed the whole weekend and was very dirty… Many people driving around at night. Do not stay here!

Because it's clean, nice staff, and very upscale for the price. Security is there and it's safe. I love the Hardwood floors, clean to walk on. The pool is very, very clean and equipped for handicap people. The beds are still like new and pillows too. My husband and I recommend it. They are very nice, staff, maids, everyone. My husband, a heart patient, had to taken to the hospital and they were very nice and concerned about him. I definitely recommend this place. It's the cleanest and best rooms in Dallas!

We had a pleasant stay. Very quiet. Cigarette burns in comforter (hazards of getting a smoking room). Window wouldn't close (2nd floor). Floor wasn't swept. Had to clean the tub, myself. With those e minor issues, I WOULD stay there again. Staff were kind. Conveniently placed and the price is perfect for people on a budget.

The motel was sufficient for my needs. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom door was in need of fixing and the hallways smelled like smoke. However, overall it was a nice place to stay. It was located in a good area with easy access to the highways. I would recommend it for a short term stay.

Overall it served its purpose. My family and I came in town to Dallas from Houston for a one night stay for our Family Reunion. Most important my kids enjoyed the pool and the room was five minutes from the recreation center where the reunion was being held. I paid for a double room but didn't have a microwave or mini fridge that was a small inconvenience but we made due and used the one in my brother's room next door. Like I said for one night and so the kids could swim it was fine.

Traveling across the country & staying @ Motel 6 in most locations. This was the largest room so far. Nice and quiet, even though I'm directly above the lobby. Quite convenient parking. Only issues are the pool needed cleaning and they missed my wake up call. Overnight S/O Harvey was informative and very visible. Probably the biggest and best surprise was Victoria calling me (around 8pm) to verify my reservation; so she had all my paperwork done when I arrived about 930.

The fast service and speak Spanish.

The cable didn't work, and the room was good to rest.

Surprisingly… Safe, Clean, comfortable, decently priced… And literally was able to park within arms reach of the window… couldn't have been any closer without being at the foot of the bed… lol…

This place is horrible. It was like a nightmare from the time we pulled in. At night it is worse they have a guard watching the place. The hallways smell like weed. The pool is not even open. Do not stay at this place.

Since Motel6 has taken over this establishment has changed Drastically I mean yeah a little more could have been done here but what they did do was enough to transform the rooms from what they used to be which was nasty and disgusting im amazed with what they did.

The entire place is locked down like a prison, my original room wasn't cleaned and had blood ON THE FLOOR! I requested a new room and was charged $14 to move rooms! I definitely will not be staying there again.

From check in to check out, everything was smooth. I did not have any issues what so ever. The room was great for the money spent.

They do not allow visitors and if you do have visitors they attempt to charge you for them. It took them forever to attempt to bring me towels my second day there. I had to go get them myself by removing them from the housekeeper cart. The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expecations. There was hair in the restroom. The room was not cleaned. The adjorning door was broken which if I would have stayed in that room would allow the other room residents to enter my room freely. There were stains on the bedding in the first room I checked into. The second room I checked in was not very clean either dirty baseboards. The room had different admenities (1st room only had a microwave & the 2nd room had a mini fridge and microwave) The staff gave me the key to the wrong room. The overall guests that stay there made the hotel seem sketchy.

Rats and roaches… when I asked to be moved they refused… this is at 2:00 in the morning… when they finaly did mice us it was in a room with no smoking meaning I had to get up and go out side just ti smoke terrible service. Manager is rude and unacomidating… worse place I've ever been. Redused to give my money back or extend stay advice everyone to not go here for any reason.

Denied a room. Racist indians. Blacks beware. I was denied a room when a room was available. Why? Because the owners little fat lazy brother became upset I made a complaint that my key would constantly stop working. Leaving me outside the hotel in the cold and the rain. Forcing me to walk around the entire building holding my bags. It stopped working around six times. It was always an excuse. Oh the machine is not working. The door needs to be fixed. I think they messed with my key on purpose because I'm black. When I entered on a Monday evening the little fat pig told me the rooms were booked up. I called reservations and wala! they had several rooms available. I called back and asked him why did he lie. He hung up on me. Plus they tell black people they have no rooms on the bottom (nicer) floor and they place them all upstairs where there's roaches and dirty carpet. Never again. I will never give my money to those who don't appreciate it.
