Great Front Staff! Excellent Bistro I am
Staying for 4 days and not wanting to go anywhere because of their excellent service.

This hotel was excellent! Modern, clean, comfortable! The cafe in the lobby offers delicious food and top notch customer service! We ended up eating there 3x during our trip. It did not disappoint! The Brussels sprouts were amazing! Porsha & Adrian gave us the best service and paid extra attention due to my food allergies! I will always stay at this hotel!

Friendly staff, clean room, got me a microwave when I asked for one. It is a nice place.

This is hands down one of the best hotels I have been to in a long time. We had a very large group and they were friendly and accommodating. We literally couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I went to my room and had no A/C. When we went to talk to the manager on duty he was very nice. His manager basically told us tough. It’s been 104 outside today and our room won’t cool off. So at 10:00 I had to pack my car and my two children and find another place to stay. Thanks for nothing Fairfield inn!

I had a discounted rate for both nights of my stay. When I checked in I was given an option of King (which I would need to wait for) or Double (which was available right then). Obviously I took the one available. No charges were reviewed or confirmed with me and my card was swiped. Well come to find out my room rate went back to default when my room type was changed. I had a huge amount on hold in my account and when I addressed it I was told the rate was changed back and the hold would fall after I checked out. The day I check out comes, I receive my receipt and the rate is only adjusted for ONE day not both. I called down, was told it was fine and would be taken care of. Noon comes and I check out once again I’m told it would be fixed and I would be refunded the amount but the manager has to do it, they even took down my info and made a copy of the receipt because all managers were gone.
I called the next day, left a message, and have YET to hear from anyone. The amount on the receipt has cleared my bank and I’m still owed money and here it is Thursday when I’ve been asking for resolution since Sunday. Never staying here again. I thought being a Marriott I would have been given better service especially since I’ve been more than patient.

The room and everything was nice. The room needed a microwave.

Rooms were clean. Pool had what looked like throw up on deepside. When we saw this we immediately got out and told staff. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok except eating area is very small and crowded. Serving and eating areas need to be bigger. People had to eat standing up and to a side or take food up to rooms. Staff perdon Jason very nice!

I stay here every time I am in Dallas. The staff has always been so nice, accommodating & made my stay so much easier. My daughter has to come for medical reasons, so we have been here a lot many different times of the year. It is easily accessible to not just the medical/market area but also to downtown Dallas, Arlington, Grapevine, Richardson, University Park and all points in between. This is an excellent place to stay for any reason!

Front staff was very nice and courteous. Food for breakfast was pretty bad. Good choices but the cook needs to lay off the water in the eggs and oatmeal. I don't want to drink my breakfast. Nice clean rooms, good AC, good location, decent price.
