This is by far the best experience I've had with an Extended Stay. Meka, who is definitely one of my favorite people here, has been amazing at handling any issues I've had. My a/c wasn't blowing quite right and she had someone out the same day, who didn't fix it. He replaced the entire unit. My room blows COLD. Which is amazing after I get off of work. She has been a bright and cheerful face welcoming me every morning to their breakfast bar, and to fix my key cards due to me accidentally deactivating them. She goes above and beyond from customer centric-ness to someone I could easily become friends with. The Breakfast bar is really amazing, especially if you get some of the muffins, and to top it off parking is really easy to find. I honestly wish I could stay longer.

It's a very nice place to hold an impromptu business breakfast. The staff was helpful and the environment was very clean. I'd sunbelt be willing to go back again.

Avoid this place! I booked a room the day before and when I got there, they had no rooms available. They also did not help me transfer booking to another location. Someone even walked through lobby smoking a cigarette and the facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Do not stay here.

I was treated like royalty! The staff is incredibly courteous and addressed me with much respect. The check-in process was expedited smoothly and I felt like I was family and not just a customer. The lobby was a lovely spring fresh scent. The linens were crisp and my pillows plush. I slept like a rock. I awoke fresh as a daisy. There may not be an extensive continental breakfast but I was able to utilize my spacious kitchenette to whip up a gourmet 4 course meal for my family. We enjoyed our stay!

I enjoyed my stay! Very friendly staff. However, a weekly cleaning of rooms needs to be improved upon.

When you go to check in they will tell you they're full — doesn't matter if you've paid weeks in advance. This will force you to run around the city trying to find another place to sleep. Happened to me with TWO Extended Stay hotels. Oh and have fun spending 45 minutes on the phone trying to get your money back from them.

No toilet paper and a syringe in the parking lot. This is a good hotel for people with no ability to rent a home in their own name, people who need to pay cash because maybe they work an "outside the law" kind of job (for example, "medication salesman" or "lady of the night") and not a good idea for kids. Probably just don't go here, unless you're visiting a friend.

The rooms here are pretty clean. They could pay slightly more attention to detail when it comes to dusting, and replacing towels that they think people haven't used. However the front desk was very courteous and helpful. This place was also very quiet.

When we walked in, we were told that they were booked. I explained that we had a reservation. They were booked. The line stacked up with reservations that were not going to be honored. I called cooperate after the clerk called manager. There manager's solution was to apologize. The clerk that I talked to said she was told at 4:00 pm. That they were full. No calls were made to inform us of the mess up. I called cooperate and another reservation at a new location was made. Long story short, thank goodness for LaQuinta.

The staff here is accomating. The African American young man on the night shift and the tiny African American lady at the front desk, in the day time made me feel at home. They work place in Dallas needs more people like them. Give these individuals a raise in earned income, for they are a credit to the work place.

I stayed here a couple times before and always had rude staff but the girl with the beads in her head, Shenell or Chanel idk. She’s great tho! She’s super friendly & helpful! She made me want to keep coming back!

Good deal on Priceline. Clean and pleasent room. They could improve on the hallway and room smell by putting in automated Ozium spray in several places along the way. It's just the fact that everyone has stoves and the cooking scents mix and linger over time. But for it's genre it is a nice hotel. — Stayed one early week night in a non — smoking queen. — Had full size fridge — a counter top stove and sink. — Bathroom very clean and modern and no mildew of any kind. (kind of important for me)

Price is good. Service is good. Decent rooms but kinda dim… The only negative thing I got to say that there's not any stores, gas stations, or any kind of fun if u have family, that there's a liquor store right across the road.

Location is handy to food, gas, and DART line. Hotel is nice for the price. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Wish there was a workout room, and hot breakfast, but you can't have it all. Look for the 50% off coupons for longer stays.

Gave what was to be expected at the rate at witch was paid, clean enough and pleasant staff, will say great location because of the proximity to every thing needed.

Nice and quiet. Fairly priced rooms and good cab) e and Wi-Fi. Staff is very friendly as well.

Would give negative stars if possible. SO unprofessional, quoted me WRONG PRICE for room, I paid that price then a few days later tried to have me KICKED OUT because of non payment when I paid the amount I was given by the FRONT DESK. Do not trust these people they are professional scam artists especially the TALL BLACK MAN at the front desk. He is rude, unprofessional and needs a goooooood a** beating. Maintenance staff is the best part about this place, always friendly even though they take a while to get things done. All in all alright stay besides the extortion.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Everyone is professional clean rooms always happy to help the manager is SUPER KOOL.

I'm all about being fair, but you have to ask for any dishes that you need, so that means going down to the office from your room if you need silverware, dishes, soap or shampoo. The batteries in the remote don't work. What bothered me the most is that they say free breakfast, but when you're checking in they described it as a grab-and-go breakfast which means granola bars muffins coffee, like minimal food so it can still be technically free breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 in the morning, and I go down there at 7:30 this morning and there's nothing, absolutely nothing. Severely disappointed here.

Worst hotel experience ever… no ice machine, lamp not working… Nobody showed up to clean the room for 2 days. Called the front desk to have the towels replaced and the receptionist told me that I have to bring the dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get them replaced and the worst of all, there are roaches in the room. no star for this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Nice rooms, updated stovetops and they offer good prices this is one of the best extended stays that I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are mediocre, business style. But the prices are ridiculous for what your getting. Over 500 a week if you pay by the week and 80-100 a day of paying daily.

This place was being remodeled when I went o go and check in. It was quite the dump. I had reserved a room on the internet with confirmation but when I arrived I was informed there was no room available. This happen after lighting hit the wires into my house and I needed a place to stay until I could get it fixed. The issue did not stop there though, I was charged by the cooperate office anyway. I did get a room the next day at the other Extended Stay around the corner on Vantage. I give then five stars.

It is easy and covinient to locate. The rooms are easy to find. Professional staff.

I loved the area, nice clean rooms. Freshly been remodel and still are working to improve. Will stay here again!

Awful hotel. Does not clean the rooms. Entire hotel smells like smoke. They say they offer grab and go breakfast but when I asked they told me they were out. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me to. Staff is completely incompetent.

Locationn what is convenient right off of 635 and Greenville Avenue. The rooms are quite and well kept everything's fresh. Seems like the breakfast can be a little bit better for the money you pay there I mean it's practically at $100 a night I'm not sure if it's quite worth it but it's decent place to stay it's peaceful it's quiet sometimes that's all you need, service is 3 out of 5 stars.

Horrible staff. Even worse room. If zero stars was a option they would get zero. Wouldn't even recommend it to a homeless person if that says anything. Also I think half these reviews are bots and wouldn't trust they are real people, or they got the wrong hotel to review.

If I could rate zero I would. Horrible… covered in roaches, fridge nit wrking nir the heayer or AV. Front desk even worse… absolutely horrible customer service! never again will I waste my time or $$$ @ this junk!

One of the benefits of staying at extended stay is the amenities each room provides. I knew I'd be staying in Dallas for more than a week. When I got my room it wasnt very clean, it didnt have any bathroom condiments or rags. The refrigerator didnt work nor the freezer. I told front desk each day. They assured me a maintenance tech would visit room and fix. I stayed 5 days and not once did the maintenance tech stop by or front desk offer to change me rooms. I decided to leave this hotel and stay at another for the rest of my stay in Dallas. No point in staying at an extended stay hotel that doesnt even offer a place to keep drinks and food cold. Eating out 3 meals a day gets expensive.

Let me start this review by saying if there was a way to post this without a star I would, it absolutely deserves less than zero stars. I made a reservation online about a month in advance. Well the day of my check in the manager calls me to tell me they canceled my reservation due to a "maintance problem" and stated they do not have any other rooms available, mind you I am on my way to Dallas which is about five hours away from where I live. Obviously I was upset so I called their company number and filed a complaint the woman who answered was nice and tried her best to resolve the problem. About ten minutes after I hung up with her the manager calls me offering to find another room with one of their hotel close by. By that time I had already told my friend who also made a reservation at the same place so she could cancel. When she called and told them why she canceled the front clerk laughed and told her about my problem. I tried calling the manager back to see if she found anything and she told me she stopped looking. They are just unprofessional, unorganized, and they lack communication. I didn't actually stay at the hotel but I can just imagine how horrible the rooms and service would have been.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. When I got into my room it smelled of cigarette smoke really bad. I went back down to the desk and explained that I wanted a non-smoking room and she reply that is a non-smoking room; however she gladly gave me another room. When I checked into that room the A/C did not work and the room was warm inside. I tried to call the front desk and when no one answered I went back down to the front desk and explained that the A/C did not work. She then accompanied me back to my room where she tried to get it to work and could not. She then gave me a third room which was clean and did have a working A/C. With the exception of the first room the other two were clean and had no odor. I don’t know if I just got unlucky or what but it did not make a very good first impression. With all that said the room I finally stayed was clean and no complaints.

I am surprised at all the very negative reviews about bedbugs and cockroaches. I have not seen any. But, that may explain why I don't feel well here. I have chemical sensitivity so that if they sprayed insecticide in here, it would make me sick, even if it wouldn't make the average person sick. This is definitely a cheap hotel. It is not the Ritz and I don't expect it to be. The staff is very nice-all of them. They have had some staffing problems, which led to no cleaning of my room for 3 weeks, and no fixing the stuffed-up toilet for 10 days (though I was gone for 7 of them). I asked them 8 times before I left town to be sure to fix the toiilet, and even after I returned, it took a few days before it was fixed. The maintenance man is just super and though it wasn't great to have several minor things wrong with the room, he fixed them all right after I reported them. I will be here for 4-6 months. The only thing I am really unhappy about is that the air doesn't seem fresh and I don't feel well here due to something in the air. The TV is also so low that I can't see all of it from the bed. Other than that, everything is as I expected, and okay with me. This is a follow-up: I know have several bedbug bites, and they are really nasty and itch more than you can imagine. I also had my refrigerator go bad and had all my food go bad.

This close to everything it is quiet and it is cheap.

Possibly my favorite hotels to stay. Absolutely love it.

I don't understand how the rating of this hotel states 2.9 stars. This is definitely a 1 star hotel. I understand it's economic, but it doesn't even have the basic necessities one usually obtains in a hotel. My bed had NO PILLOWS, the TV had no remote control, there was no iron in my room although there was a ironing board which was filthy, there was no hair dryer and when I requested one at the front desk they told me they did not have one. The curtains had all kinds of stains on them, the room smelled bad, the towels were dirty stained and very old and rough. The worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.

Terrible. The whole building smelled like weed and there were Rx bottles out front by the entrance. Staff was poorly trained. People were smoking in the elevators. There were burn holes in the furniture and linens and pubic hair all on the toilet and shaving hair in the sink and shower. A pipe leaked from the ceiling while we were gone and ruined everything on the bathroom counter. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, seriously.

This "hotel" has horrible shitty rooms extremely rude and unhelpful employees. Bottom floor smells of dog shit. And 2nd and 3rd floors smells of stale cigar smoke. My room had ants and nothing Was done Abt it. My room was only cleaned once in 3 weeks and only after I complained. And bring your own towels cause u barely get any. Would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE Upon arriving at the facility I was informed that there was a 75$ deposit of some sort! I travel all across the united States and never had this problem! When I book thru Hotwire they did not inform me that I would be paying 126$ for a one night stay at a 2star hotel! They manager or so they say they were named Nicole Ransom and Renee ran my card and it was declined. I explained to them that I was not prepared to have another 75$ charge applied the same as if I was purchasing something, now if they wasnted to swipe the card and hold the information on file, that was fine. Then I told the lady that I would just go somewhere else and to refund the money that I initially paid to my card! She the Black manager whom was rushing to take a smoke break, told me to call hotwire and have hotwire call them. When the hotwire rep called them he informed me the they said they were not going to refund my money! I do not know what these ladys problem was but they need to take their God suits off and realize that customer service is a must and that they can not steal customers money as if its going directly to their paycheck! They were rude and ghetto and not professional; minorities with the best positions they have ever had! I can say this cause im black, Totally unprofessional! It was only 51$ but its crazy how it went down! In my head im thinking they have these clowns representing Extended Stay of America? I see y they on 3rd party booking sites.

I stayed in this hotel 1 year ago, I stayed for 20 days. I was pleased by the convenient location (I was very close to the place where I was going) and also for the price I got for the prolonged stay. Just to one side is a Race track and the other a Jack in the box. 1 block a laundry room (the hotel is somewhat expensive) opposite the laundry there is a Kroger (a super large). It is relatively close to the metro station to go to taxis to the Center, in the course there is a Best buy bajandote at Park Ln.
