The staff here is super friendly and very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the spa. It was super relaxing and refreshing. They made sure I was well taken care of. Walking the track around the property is good to get a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be back.

Well let me tell you something. What an amazing experience. From the professionally dressed front desk to the absolutely amazing breakfast, fresh fluffy eggs, sauteed potatoes in peppers and onions, sausage patties, and a 100% freshly squeezed glass of cold juice. WOW! NOW let's get to the front. If you can imagine a beautiful stair case from a old movie where a beautiful woman walks down and your heart melts… They have it. I even watched my wife walk down there and think how lucky I am to have her and to be in this picture perfect hotel. From staying at the Omni to the Hilton. This is by far the best I have ever been in. Not only willi be back for business trips, but for sure to come visit family. Thank you to Travis at the front desk for explaining the area to us and all the amenities around the area and what they provide. You sir have the utmost concern for quality and making someone feel at home away from home.

Clean. Nice staff. Large rooms. Good amenities. Only downside is that everything felt just a little dated. But I’d gladly stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were beautiful, classy and very clean. All the staff was very cordial, friendly and very cheery. Everyone made sure our stay here was pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ok but older and brings me back in time. Could definitely use a remodel. Just does not have the high end feel you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Fascinating hotel, great rooms — super clean, you feel like you were transported 30 hears into the past, but in a good way! Access to the fitness center and spa make staying at this hotel easily one of my favorite hotel stays. Continental breakfast is average.

Copper is a top of the line clinic, fitness center, hotel, and research institute. The staff and facilities are first rate and there is something for everyone. Come in for an assessment or get fit with one of their professional trainers. Highly recommend!

The room was wonderful. All of the furniture and beds were brand new and super comfortable. Everyone working on the property was helpful and addressed any issues immediately. I will definitely be back and recommend the Cooper Hotel to friends visiting Dallas.

Great hotel with good facilities. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Stayed there 3 times and every time service is just bad. Rude and slow, especially front desk. Management really has to do something about this, otherwise, good hotel.

Unique hotel on a lovely health campus. Was only here for 1 night business. Didn't take advantage of all the health amentities. But room was great, very comfortable bed, good value that includes breakfast.

Great little boutique hotel tucked away on an AMAZING campus with running trails, ponds, and access to one of the nicest gyms in Dallas. The rooms are very nice and come with complimentary continental breakfast. The surrounding area has a bunch of great restaurants and things to do as well. This is one of the hidden gems of Dallas.

My husband and I loved our stay here! Our room was comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free parking and laundry. One suggested improvement would a change to the policy of not accepting credit cards without names on them, eg. Travelex Mastercards. We could have used our pin or signature and the hotel would have been covered so it’s probably an unnecessary precaution.

Very nice and quaint hotel. I was staying for a week to attend a conference so also experienced quite a bit of the food. The food was very good and well prepared. The room was nice and well kept. Staff was always acimidating and friendly. I did not use to much of the centers amenities so can not comment on them.

Room was much larger than expected, with modern look and new furniture. The room was clean, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Ok, I can only do the review on the staff I Deejayed a wedding at Cooper Hotel. I checked in with a real nice gentleman who directed me to a friendly lady that led me to the back of the Hotel to the reception to the Hotels Coordinator. She was very friendly and directed me to where I would be setting up for the evening. The place was wonderfully decorated for the evening. When guest arrived the were welcomed with a beautiful staircase that led up to cocktail hour. The Bar was stocked beside the staircase with wines, beers and assorted signature cocktails. The 2 bartenders were very friendly and faster than some of the other bars l have reviewed on here. The wait staff was perfect from serving of the hors d’ oeuvres, salads to make course. The gentleman that was in charge of dinner was very nice and checked on all in attendance.

We have been here for a week while our floors are redone. They are very gracious and the rooms are comfortable!

The hotel has a very homey feeling which is what I look for when I am away from home. Very nice staff. Quiet rooms. Spa services on site. And Not too far a way from North Downtown Dallas. I would defenitely recommend this Hotel.

I stayed there with my girlfriend for one night and it was an amazing experience. The amenities were great, breakfast was very peaceful in it's setting as well. We definitely recommend a stay.

This place is an absolute gem. Service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, nothing fancy but fresh and complete. Tthe rooms were huge and spotless clean. The neighboring gym is outstandingly. We will be back!

A well maintained hotel. There are many useful amenities to enjoy especially the spa. Staff are all kind and amazing. I've had a great stay here.

Our experience was very nice, the staff was very attentive. I liked that it was not a typical hotel, it had walking trails and beautiful trees. They also had a really nice pool to do some laps. The only thing I would say could be better might be the breakfast like the eggs — their powdered eggs. They have a couple more options though, which were good so no complaints. Another thing that was not the hotels fault, was some snooty customers. Since its a nice area your going to be surrounded by some customers who think they own the place and the staff which if your like me, will upset you and make you want to stand up for them. (not all customers were like this though). Just a heads up. Thank you Cooper Hotel for a beautiful and relaxing stay.

They were having a sale and we were able to go here. It's an amazing hotel with the beautiful grounds and workout facility. You can attend most of the exercise classes. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Very nice fitness spa. But no room service on the weekends. The continental breakfast buffet was small, over-cramped and poorly managed.

Very large rooms, healthy breakfast, workout facilities, 2 lap pools, tennis courts and all very clean and affordable!

No longer living in Dallas, we visit frequently; and since our children are now teenagers we need more space to be comfortable when we travel. Two hotel rooms are must. So, imagine my delight to find this wonderful property which provided a light and bright two bedroom/two bathroom suite, complete with a large living room, all for less than two nothing special hotel rooms at other properties. The location is fantastic and the grounds are beautiful as well as secure. The property is quiet and the amenities, which include access to two large swimming pools and a world class fitness center (Dr. Kenneth Cooper) are top notch. This will be our new home away from home in Dallas from now on!

My stay at Cooper Hotel was great! The room was clean and spacious. Facility and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was the only part of our visit that was lacking — average breakfast included at your average hotel quality. Overall, though it was a great stay!

The rooms are spacious and lovely. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but there was a distinct lack of knives.

THE best place to stay in Dallas. Love the atmosphere here. The staff is amazing. Always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their guests.
