Stayed a few days in town for work. Owner or/and management were rude to their own staff, which is despicable. Treat the people you hire with respect — nobody wants to work for a hotel manager anyway, so act grateful they even show up to work, they're already underpaid… Will never recommend or return. Room had mold or something on the walls and pretty sure some things aren't up to code.

Very disrespectful manager. Not enough housekeepers. Place is falling apart. Mold growing on walls. 3rd floor hallway feels like the floor is going to fall thru.

Horrible, absolutely terrible. The costumer service at the front desk is TERRIBLE. They FLATOUT LIED to their customers and claimed an item in the pool room was broken when it was clearly working perfectly 3 minutes before the fact. One of the days stayed at this establishment it was raining profoundly outside and water came dripping at a fast and constant rate inside the window! Also, NEVER take the shuttle as a way for transportation. After a long night at a family gathering we had plans to take the shuttle home at 10:30. At about 11:08 with no signs of any driver in sight we called the hotel to find out where the driver was and we were told they left 15 minutes ago and were on their way. Then a fellow family member who was also staying at the hotel called us and let us know that the shuttle was sitting in front of the hotel still even though we were told they left already! We ended up leaving at 12:30 NOT using the shuttle. Never, ever stay at la quinta. Spend your money elsewhere.

It was a wonderful stay for me and my family! We stayed for an entire week. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, the breakfast was great every day, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again! I Highly recommend!

Honestly amazing room for the price. Better than some "4 star" hotels I've stayed at. Since pets stay free you will find me here frequently.

We had a great time at the La Quinta. We enjoy our stays at La Quinta and this was no exception. The only issue we came across was the difference between the beginning of breakfast, and end of breakfast. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Nice hotel big rooms only complaint is breakfast, they need more than one waffle maker.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from this hotel. The general manager Daisha, another employee Rebecca were all extremely rude and dishonest when dealing with a mistake they made. They lost clothing of mine that they made seem like could be easily mailed back as long as we sent something self addressed and postage paid for them to mail it back to us. My husband sent two large envelopes out the same day I checked out which was June 1st. Had I known the trouble I would have, I would have driven the extra hour and turned around to go pick them back up. I didn’t hear anything until June 7th and it was Rebecca calling to ask what the envelopes were for, and ever since then they’ve been giving me the run around instead of openly admitting that they lost my items. I’m in the middle of relocating and needed these clothes for interviews and job hunting in my new place of residence and it’s been 2 weeks and I cannot get them or their customer service escalation department to return my phone call now. I have given up hope and figured I won’t be seeing my clothing again, and it wouldn’t have been a big deal had it not been $150-$200 worth of clothing that I need for job interviewing/hunting. They act like it’s an act of congress and takes a special person to be able to go check this “other lost and found closet. ” Then they say they are going to go check somewhere else and call me back, well they never have, I have had to call back every single time.

Always clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is all you need, coffee, eggs and bacon. Other stuff to eat also but they cover the main 3.

Room was very clean with alot of fresh towels. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Wasn't bad, the bed was comfortable, laminate floor in entryway and bathroom was sticky but other than that, it was clean. Price upon arrival was more expensive than listed online. Online showed 89.00 per night at front desk they said it was 112.00 before taxes… had we known, we probably would have stayed elsewhere but were exhausted.

Burleson La Quinta was a great place to stay. My fiancee and I spent two nights here before moving to Pennsylvania. The beds were extremely comfortable. I got to use the pool and jacuzzi and they were both enjoyable. Two minor criticisms; the compressor on the refrigerator was noisyand the cardio machines in the exercise room need to be updated. But overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was great, but I think it's the staff that made the experience better. Valerie at the front desk was wonderful.

The rooms and service was nice, strangely they didn't have any syrup for their Texas shaped waffles at their continental breakfast so I would suggest you take your own. Typically it is just cheap high fructose corn syrup, so even if they did, the former suggestion stands.

One of the cleanest La Quinta Inns I’ve ever been to no doubt. Free breakfast is offered and it is quite scrumptious! The beds are comfy and the air conditioning and heating is great. Cots are offered if you don’t want to pay for another bed. The price is very reasonable for such quality. There is an indoors pool that is open most of the day that is very well kept. There are other hotels right by this one, but no doubt I would pick this one. The employees are very welcoming and enjoy what they are doing. There is a vending machine and drink machine on the first floor, as well as a little area for the necessities such as toothbrushes, body wash, conditioning shampoo, and food/drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

It seems every LA Quinta has a problem with serving their guest. I couldn't get ANYONE to come make our bed, get us towels, dump our trash. Self serve I guess? Avoid this location if u can. I just put my trash in hallway with dirty towels. Hilton just gained a new customer! Yes the pictures are after 5 hours of waiting on housekeeping staff. I'm VERY dissapointed.

Watch your step! 3rd floor hallway had obvious soft floor down the center, almost twisted my foot twice. On duty manager said 1st she has heard of it but would have maintenance look at it. Really? So the maids have never noticed 20 feet of soft flooring right down the middle? One soft spot in room floor also. Thin walls, lots of dogs and occasional barking.

The location of this La Quinta is very accessible, with shopping and restraunts in very close proximity. The rooms are immaculate and the amenities plentiful. I rather enjoyed the fresh start breakfast as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place to stay.

We stay here on NYE so the kids can swim in the indoor pool. The rooms are updated and the entire place is well kept.

Decent hotel, good service. We had terribly noisy neighbors and could change room at 11pm. Good breakfast.

Would reccomend to everyone, especially if you have a pup! We were able to bring our dogs with no extra fee! The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! The pool and Hot tub were an extra amenity and we were really impressed with how beautiful they were! Such an enjoyable stay! Thanks!

Every one needs to be aware of this hotels practice of ripping off people who out up a cash deposit on their pets. I put up 100.00 $ cash deposit against damage from my dog. I didn't have a problem at all doing so. The problem arrived when I checked out… I was told I had used drugs in the room and that forfeit my deposit. This was a complete and total lie I never had any kind of drugs in that room I never smoked in that room. The clerk claimed she smelled marijuana. She didn't smell it in my room. There was a man across the hall from us the checked out after we had been there 4 days and he was ranting about the same thing. The clerk claimed she smelled marijuana hence he forfeit his 100.00 $ deposit also. Take your business elsewhere or don't put up cash a deposit because you well not get it back.

Very clean… pet friendly… and friendly staff… coffee 24/7… love the way the owner took the time to respond to our comment… thats why we r back. Staying here till Monday… my husband Francisco signed up for la quinta membership… due to our satisfaction… Oh on our previous visit I forgot to mention that the kitchen lady was so kind and attentive which is a plus… This was a Saturday.

The rooms are very clean. The staff A+ and the breakfast another added bonus. This place is worth it.

Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. All in all, a pleasant experience and a real value.

House burnt down after lighting stoke and la quinta were quick to provide as much help as needed.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The room was huge, the bed was great, and the breakfast was delicious. We always stay in hotels with indoor pools, and this was the warmest indoor pool we've ever swam in. The staff is courteous and friendly. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again!

Accommodations are what I would have expected from the La Quinta franchise. Was bothered that the breakfast service did not stay open till at least 10 am. Not every traveler gets up at 6am. Nice place, clean and well maintained with a courteous staff.

Most Uncomfortable Bed that I've ever slept in & as a Big Man, the Two Chairs in the room were too small for Me to sit in confortably. The Pillows were too small.

Large clean rooms, updated amenities and excellent location off 35 and under 10 minutes from Ft. Worth. What's not to like about this place?

Excellent service, very comfy beds, close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. Speaking of quiet, the hotel has nice thick walls and doors. Neighbors a few doors down were having what sounded like a downright athletic romp, and once I was 7-8 feet away from their door in the hallwall I couldn't hear anything. Very clean, great facilities. Pool is a bit small, but that's a minor qualm. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Burleson.

Hotel itself was OK. Rooms and linens seemed clean; however, the rooms themselves smelled. I personally stayed in a room that smelled like Chinese food, while other guests in my party stayed in other rooms that smelled like watermelon or wet towels. Good for a night stay, if you get a good smelling room.

We got called from the front desk saying we where being to loud and hadn't even been in our room 30 minutes. Our keys never worked. The walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone's conversations in the hall and in their rooms. Plus our room never got cleaned. Called for 4 sets of towels where only brought 2 and it took 30 minutes to get them to our room. Not impressed at all. I will never stay here again.

The people are nice but no service for AT&T and not one of the 8 Wi-Fi networks work decently.

We stayed here this past weekend. There were dirty washcloths left on the air conditioning unit in the room. In the bathroom, one of the cups was opened already and when I went to make the coffee Sunday morning, I opened the package to get the sugar and creamer out and there were tiny chew marks in the creamer, like a mouse had gotten into it.

Wasn't there to for a room — a meeting only. Seems like a nice place: front desk staff was friendly, hotel attendants answered questions with a smile, meeting area was clean, and grounds were free of excess trash.

Driving North on I35 we saw numerous signs for La Quinta's at $69.00. We stopped at this hotel and we're pleased to see that it was brand new. I checked in and they charged me $86.00. I was ok with that since it was new. We went to our room, very nice, well appointed. Around 2:00 am the next door thier TV set on. Note, you can hear everything in the opposite rooms. We called down stairs, they made us MOVE! Why do these companies build these hotels with paper thin walls? Go next door to the Hampton.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Pool and hot tub were nice. I liked the pillows and the room was nice. The workout room was a major disappointment. The equipment looks nice and new in pictures, but was worthless in use. Eliptical handles were about to fall off. Treadmill belt both slipped and stuck. The bicycle pedals were loose and the entire machine rattled. That weight machine was way too small for even the most basic of exercises. DO NOT count on working out while staying here.

It's newly opened (just a week b4), very nice, clean and superb customer sevice.
