My wife and I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago for 2 weeks due to our house flooding and being repaired. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel then and would have given it 4 stars. We are staying tonight and it is disappointing seeing the decline this hotel. The room smells like stale cigarette smoke. There are huge colored stains on the carpet. The air conditioner is struggling to work. It does not appear they have done anything to upkeep the hotel. For the money we will be staying elsewhere next time.

We have had the most amazing experience while staying at the Homewood Suites in Bedford. I booked my room over the phone with Amy who was so great and answered all 100 questions that I asked! General Manager Melissa McCann was at the counter with Amy when we arrived and they were so helpful with information about local shopping and restaurants! Vanessa and Mallory were also at the front desk during our stay and helped us find things to do and answered any questions we had! The housekeeping was phenomenal. The free breakfast was great and the free meals each night were awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We stay at Hilton properties about 15 times a year and I will definitely be back to this one! Thank you all!

Nice room, very spacious but it was very loud and in the upper floor. We called room service and told us we'll send maintenance but that was who was making the noise also. But other than that it was a pretty and nice room. Just wish they've would have warned us about the renovation.

If you're thinking 'upscale' because you see the Hilton brand, and upscale is what you want, I would pass. I'm not saying this isn't a good hotel, it is just old and needs updated desperately. It looks like it is just falling apart. The hallways are dirty and the carpet is far too aged, it isn't even taught across the surface any longer. We are staying here as a family of 5 until our home is finished and it will absolutely serve its purpose for us perfectly. But, if you are looking for fit and finish, you won't find it here. Hopefully it gets a facelift soon. You can tell where anything and everything has been repaired obviously for purpose only and not for aesthetics. Many places, the wallpaper is coming off the walls, the caulking is missing or compromised, none of the carpet looks like its been vacuumed in days or more, and there are scrapes on the walls, the cabinets in the dining area look terrible and dirty. The whole pleace actually looks dirty, but there's only so much you can do with this type of aged facility. And if it isn't very old, it has been neglected.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Decor somewhat dated, room finishes worn, but clean. They are going through an upgrade though, hopefully there will be a refresh.

Cute lobby. They had the fireplace going. Check in was quick and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

At the time of my stay they were in the process of remodeling the third floor, the first and second floor rooms were still dated and old. Good location to major restaurants and the airport, easy access to the interstate. Great free breakfast with all you would expect. Decent price for the accommodations.

Really really awful. Smelled sooooooo bad. It’s like they even knew it and tried to cover it with these little plugins in the hallway, but that just made it worse. I had someone stomping around above me all night long and barely slept. I have never posted a review, but had to for this. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Will never stay there again and, do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else.

It was decent but we didn't get into our room until about an hour and a half after check in time. When we finally got our keys the girl said we might run into housekeeping on their way out. We get to our room and almost got our key in the door and housekeeping is in there screaming at each other and cussing each other out. The whole hallway can hear them screaming at each other. He was screaming about the room being 'clean enough and he was done with this s***. ' Later that night I go to take a shower and there was no hot water. They said they were working on it because people had been complaining. Middle of the night my boyfriend gets up and there was just no water, period. It's a nice looking hotel but they need some work lol.

Awful place to stay. We got in late due to flight issues to find out there were no parking spaces and my husband had to park the car at the courtyard by Marriott next door. The cold water in our bathroom did not turn on, there was an opossum guarding the front door… it just was very run down, bedding is awful, I slept in my clothes. We had booked this hotel for 5 nights, but got up and moved to a different homewood suites the next day.

Comfortable rooms, Friendly service, terrible breakfast.

This place is terrible. There was dried blood in the sheets. The bed gave my daughter a rash and she never gets a rash. I got itchy too but no rash. Never happens to me either. No bed bugs though. The place smells old and has scratches all down the hallway walls and the baseboards are nasty. The shower had a mildew smell and you could see it. Never had a worse experience in any hotel. Also got up for breakfast at 7 and there was food crusted on the counter. Decided to eat elsewhere.

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Is a decent place to stay. It looks dated but I think a renovation is in the future, per there was flooring being stock piled on the parking lot. Carpets show their age. However it's hard to find a room this size for the price. I would stay there again. I think this place is about the value. And it's a good one at that.

Stay away! This place is filthy. Floors are nasty greasy dirty and stained. Furniture in dirty and upholstery is threadbare and dirty. Won't walk on the floor without shoes. Need to close, strip and renovate entire property. Advertises as smoke free property but rooms have strong stale smoke odor from years as smoking rooms. Had 10 room nights scheduled for three rooms but have cancelled 9 of them and moving to New hotel in the morning. Hilton should pull their brand. It's not even a poor Motel 6…

I liked it. Our room was huge, with a complete kitchen, living area with t. V. Bedroom with t. V. And a bathroom. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and oven, dish washer, plates, glassware and washing items towels and soap. Staff was very friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

My stay was fantastic! The social hour was outstanding and all of staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was also great, close to a lot of very good restaurants.

Close to freeway and DFW airport. Ample parking. Rooms were of decent size.

This place has got it together! There was a fire (still waiting for the fireman to allow us back in our room) at our hotel. Fire alarms went off like they needed to, to get everyone out safely. Besides this, the staff is great and very friendly. In fact, one of the ladies who works here helped us take our stuff to our room. The room is very nice and clean. I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Bradford. A huge THANK YOU to the Bradford Fire Department for the quick response and containing the fire quickly! You guys are the BEST!

Wonderful place great staff very clean rooms wonderful breakfast and in the evenings a wonderful Social Hour with food would definitely recommend this place and most definitely will stay here again if I'm ever in the Fort Worth Dallas area I've been here a week and a half already I got another week to go and enjoying every night while I am here.

Old rooms in desperate need of an update and a thorough scrubbing. Staff just so-so. Not overly friendly or accommodating. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The afternoon social your was nice and on par with other Hilton properties. I would not stay here again.

The location is near restaurants and easy to get to. The parking lot is fairly small. Had a mix up on the room for the first night, so we were put in a smaller room than we asked for. The room smelled like a smoking room, even though the hotel is non-smoking. We were compensated for this with discount price. The room we actually booked was clean and smelled much better. The free breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but is mostly edible.

The first room we stayed in was horrible, not clean and cramped for 7 people. We then switched rooms to a bigger, cleaner suite that was near perfect. The pool was nice, the complementary breakfast was nice. Overall it was just decent.

This is by far the most visually unappealing Hilton I've ever stayed at. As others have mentioned, this hotel needs serious updating. The floors in the room I was in were disgustingly stained, furniture was falling apart and stained and the windows did little to filter out noises outside. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette, and if you do, know that you only get a medium and large sized pot to cook with. You are provided a sufficient amount of dishes for one person. The beds are OK. Not terrible, but not that great. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, which I didn't need but came with a very large bathroom which was actually my favorite part about staying here, although there is very very little counter space and no bathroom storage. The fitness room was a joke with only one elliptical and one treadmill, but they were both at least in good condition with a decent TV and stocked well with towels. The breakfast is pretty decent and the staff was very friendly. It's definitely overpriced for what you get. Overall, it's not my first, second or third choice BUT if I HAD to stay here again, I could manage.

Booked a suite to allow multiple family members to attend my daughter's wedding. Great price and quality.

Of all the Hilton properties I stay at, this was one of the dingiest, noisiest, and cheaply done hotels they have. I would consider this a $79-89 a night stay only because of the evening snacks and good breakfast. The furniture was cheap and also very worn and the highway is very noisy all night long. The mattress is definitely not up to Hilton standards assuming they have one nationwide. I'll be cancelling the rest of my stay and moving over to the Garden Inn. The Homewood I stayed at in Addison was by far a lot nicer than this one.

The staff is extremely friendly! The rooms are nice and I really liked the 5:30-7:30pm beer, wine, and snacks. My experience here has been amazing and I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great for the price. Decent breakfast and a nice selection for dinner. Close to a lot of other restaurants.

The night I stayed here was great. The front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was perfect and love the bed and pillow, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

This hotel is not representative of the Homewood suites that I have stay in the past. First this has nothing to due with the staff who were friendly and helpful. The building is in need of a total update, the hall and room carpeting had numerous stains along with the room ceiling. The furniture and walls all showed considerable wear. The bedding is not of the quality of the hotel chain. The walls are paper thin, I heard the radio early in the morning in the room next to me and the floors sound hollow when you walk. In the kitchen the freezer and refrigerator door could not be opened unless you stood off to the side due to their location with the opposite wall! Also there very few outlets for electronics. I travel a lot and don't normally write these but I was very disappointed with the stay here. Also signs in the hallway showing the direction to lobby when getting off elevator would be nice to have. On a positive note the price was reasonable for the large room and they do have a nice breakfast and happy hour.
