Our room was VERY HOT. The manager brought us a box fan. It never cooled off in the room. After a long 9 hour drive all we wanted to do was sleep but got very little rest because the AC was not blowing out cool air. Also the shower pressure was very weak and didn't even rinse the soap off. Not too mention the dead bug by the iron board… why was there a pile if A. C. S under the stairs outside among with broken microwaves? Requested a refund but the Indian owner says NO WAY! Not a happy a camper.

Nasty place, the workers to busy texting instead of working. Terrible experience.

This is the worse place to stay in Carthage. Checked in was placed in a room that was dirty. The second room was a smoking room and the third room the door knob was broken.

Nice reasonable accomidations. Hard to beat for sleep.

Had to pay a deposit on the room. Not use to that. Everything else was tip top.

Booked a suite online arrived there and was given a single. Got that straighten out. Room was missing light bulbs, curtains were falling down, carpet was dirty and badly stained, desk chair was taped up, inside of door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, paint peeling, cob webs on the ceiling, bed wore out, soap scum in the shower, and the towels were rough and stained. Do I need to go on?

Very modern room setup. The room had high ceilings if that's worth anything. It made the room appear larger. You can expect a comfortable bed and a hot shower.

It's a motel, but the owners and staff seemed like they were committed to offer a good place to have comfortable night sleep.

The rooms are nice and large. The amenities are good; they provide a pay laundry facility, ice machine, digital tv, and free breakfast.

Really enjoy this hotel. Staff is nice, even with a truck stop next door, it is still quiet. Rooms are clean and decorative. Overall building is clean, and looks very nice.

Breakfast ended at 9AM! Come on… Have stayed at many hotels across 18 states this summer and this is the only hotel that ended breakfast at 9AM. When traveling and arriving around midnight to your room with 2 kids in tow it's nearly impossible to get to breakfast by 9. May as well say that you don't offer breakfast unless you are an early riser.

Room I received had a broken A/C unit. They were out of single bed rooms so took me to a double. What they didn't tell me is that they were going to charge me more.

Rooms smell like cigarettes bought a double last stay pulled on cover back had bed bugs not clean probably had roaches.

Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Lovely color scheme as well as quality comfortable furniture chairs tables & bed. More than ample number of appliances for guest use in room.

This motel is only a few years old and already needs some major maintenence! Or at least room 210 does. Tub doesn't drain, no water pressure, water was barely warm even though I had it turned all the way to hot. Tiles in floor coming apart in bathroom, and it feels like you're gonna fall through. Trim coming off wall in bathroom, light bulbs need replaced, stains on comforter, stains on curtains. Will definitely stay at Holiday Inn next time!

Was a great overnight stay while traveling across a couple states.

We have stayed here several times over the past year and the ice machine has never worked and they put ice buckets in the rooms. For what?

Parking outside the door for the Harley. Clean. Sr. Discount. Friendly.

If you like filthy rooms, revolving droves of oilfield trash, and Wi-Fi that rarely works then this place is perfect for you! I HATED my stay here. I ended up spending a week in this place while I was in town for work. The "cleaning crew" went from 3-4 strong to 0 in the week that I was here (not like they cleaned anyway). The manager running the hotel Dora or Dorthoy (not sure) spent her time barking orders to the desk girls, making excuses about why the hotel was so terrible, and sitting outside puffing away on a cigarette like a smoke stack in the folding chair outside the office. There was a constant flow of oilfield workers hanging out smoking, drinking, and every other word spewing out of their mouths was a curse word. I would rather have stayed in the hotel where I felt like I might have gotten stabbed instead of this place. I am willing to be that place actually gets cleaned once and awhile. Super8 needs to step in and fix this place ASAP it's terrible.

This place is crawling with theives, they stay there every week and the manager could care less about your personal belongings, She knows who they are. My items were taken from inside the motel lobby, and the manager says, our video camers dont cover that area of the motel. I would suggest you stay somewhere other than this motel when in this area. I wont be back.
