We checked in on Christmas Eve and checked out Saturday Dec 28th. We were there because my daughter was graduating from BMT. The rooms were great, very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed social hour Tuesday and Wednesday pm. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Friday after graduation we grilled on the patio. There were 18 of us total and we enjoyed spending time with our airman in a comfortable environment and we did not feel rushed like we would have at a restaurant! I highly recommend this hotel!

We will always stay here for our San Antonio trips They go above and beyond for their guests and this time — it overwhelmed me a bit. Their thoughtfulness will NOT be overlooked and I will be posting a detailed review as soon as I am able to. Thank you for Caring!

Nice atmosphere cleanliness.

From the time we walked in the door we was treated with great service. The staff was super nice and the room was beyond my expectations. The shuttle to Sea world was a great benefit to have handy. Room was nicely made up, and found no issues or problems to complain about. Fully stocked kitchen is just a joy to have. Knowing you have items at hand makes staying abroad real easy. I highly recommend this place for sure.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Free great breakfast and free shuttle to Sea World — only 5 min drive, which will save you parking cost and long walk to the gate. The suite has full kitchen, fridge and microwave. The cons in this room is that the bedroom door creaks loudly even after applying WD40. The maintenance guy said he'll come next day to replace the hinges but never come. The fridge is kinda weak even after turning to coldest setting, level 9. The pan lost its nonstick coating, so it burns when we cooked pork chops. You may want to bring your own if you plan to cook. There's free W/D but you provide your own detergent. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

I had a good time staying here. It was clean and they made sure we had new towels often. I was a little disappointed to see how small the swimming pool was and our hair dryer caught on fire. Besides that I am glad we came here, the shuttle to sea world was nice to have. Would maybe stay here again.

From the very moment to right now this is by far the greatest hotel I have ever been to. Not speaking luxury, I am speaking everything else. I could not wait to give this review. Everyone was courteous, funny, helpful, the room is large, great, you have everything you need. The first evening we had free bratwurst, burgers, wine, beer. Free breakfast every morning-and I do not mean continental, I mean with meat… I would live here for months if I needed to. I will be back for sure.

They were friendly and helpful they have a nice breakfast each morning and the pool was nice and you can putt golf there was three holes and are granddaughter love it.

It's not luxury but it's REALLY clean and breakfast is pretty good. And if you're headed to Sea World its practically at the front gate. Bathrooms have. A tub (bonus if you're travelling with small children). One park for me was the drip coffee maker — one cup (Keurig) just doesn't do it for me! Staff are friendly and competent, there's a pool, parking is all safe and well-lit… overall a terrific value.

Conveniently close to SeaWorld Ambiance is great, staff is friendly, beds are comfy I definitely recommend it.

Would not recommend this place for the price! I've stayed in a stay bridge in fort worth for 3 months and it was so pleasant but this one I was so surprised. It smells horrible in there they need to clean there carpet immediately and the breakfast in the morning was a mess and nothing there. They still had another hour and half for breakfast to be over and there was nothing literally, no eggs, no coffee, no yogurt, no waffle mix, I MEAN NOTHING! I had to ask lady if she was gonna put some more out because it was packed in there and more people were coming. Trash was overfilled and place was just dirty. I definitely will Never stay at this location again!

A great place to stay … love staff Very welcoming. They go above and beyond to help Great breakfast. Also their shuttle drives you to seaworld, Walmart anywhere you want to go near by Rooms clean almost a full kitchen where you can actually cook if you wish. Good size fridge and dishwasher. They have about 4 days a week social hour with free food and drinks in the afternoon. I love this place and I book for my friends and family with them when they come visit me.

Rooms were clean, service was great. We enjoyed the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

We just finished our two month stay at the staybridge. We had the most fantastic time while there. They have free breakfast and dinner three nights a week and wine and beer! We brought along our dog and toddler and that’s a handful but everyone was always so helpful and accommodating. If you have a problem you can call down stairs and they will do everything they can to help you. We will stay here every time we come home to visit! Thank you everyone for giving us a home away from home.

Feeling lazy so I'm going to make this more condensed. Pluses: Pet Friendly (but no extra amenities) Free laundry room Suite with mini kitchen available Staff was friendly Complimentary breakfast Minuses: Internet was slow — upgraded infrastructure at the end but after upgrade was finicky trying to get on No hot tub Breakfast served was nothing fancy Overall hotel was small and condensed.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and quick to ask if I needed any additional help or direction to any place. The room is very spacious and was clean. All the amenities I would need for an Extended Stay were available in the room including plates silverware and cooking utensils. It was nice also to have dinner provided Monday through Wednesday. This is a good place to bring families to stay.

We recently stayed at the staybridge suites for spring break and my family had a really great time and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they greeted us right away and had us in it reserved room within minutes. Told us about breakfast times and the complimentary social hour they have on various days. We went up to our room and it was nothing short of excellent. Very clean set up very nice full kitchen with a 2 range stove, microwave, a full size refrigerator and kitchen sink. Not to mention the plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. It even had a dishwasher! Every question I had it was answered and any request that I had it was answered. I loved the free laundry service too. We took the shuttle to sea world two different days and that was great as well as we did not have to pay for parking at the park. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool to utilize the pool but if you don't mind cool winds with the sun out then it would be great for you as some guests were in the oil having a great time. Great hotel I highly recommend.

There is definitely better. The carpets are stained and worn, the bed ruffles also had large stains. The A. C. Quit working in my room and the breakfast was basically powdered eggs and burnt sausage. Disappointing to say the least. Yes it works bit that's about it. There are better options…

Everyone at this location was nice and great especially Carlos at the front desk he never changed not one day we was there. He always smiled and always helpful. Breakfast was good. They even have a laundry facility on site the dryer was a little bit slow and our room could have been cleaned just a little bit better. But overall I give these guys a 5-4 great customer service keep up the great work we would definitely be returning.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and up to date with nice amenities. The parking lot seems small but I had no issues finding a spot. The hotel is right across the street from Sea World and about 10 away from Lackland.

Everyone has been so nice! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are not the most comfortable, but the service and the social dinner opportunities more than make up for it!

Great hotel for extended stays! They offer both a breakfast all week and dinner Monday through Wednesday. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, great breakfast as usual for the kids. We always love staying at the Staybridge Suites.

The employees are super nice! Great evening reception with food/beer/wine.

I have stayed there 2 times in 2017. They have friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to serve your needs. I was pulling a trailer, and the outside security person went out of his way to assist and accommodate me. All around great experience there.

I have nothing negative to say at all! From the moment we walked in the door, Gabby greeted us with a smile that never changed the entire stay. She made both my husband and I as well as our special needs son feel welcomed and wanted. The breakfast was the best! Always hot and fresh and different each day. The socials were great. It was nice to have a bite to eat after coming back from Sea World. All of this on top of big nice rooms and a free shuttle. We will be back and could not think of a better place to stay! I want to say a special thanks to Gabbie she was the best!

We travel a lot with bugRIGHT company and stay at a lot of hotels. We enjoyed our time here. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The place is clean. We really enjoyed social time they have drinks and food. Only thing is a quick clean on carpet in the room would help and two hand towels and two wash towels should be in the room. We will stay here again in the future.

It is a very cozy hotel. They have incredibly friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I love that you can use the laundry free of charge. One of the main reasons that I love this hotel so much is that it has carbonated beverages in the complimentary breakfast! I love a morning soda (don't do coffee) I always have to remember to bring a soda from the room but here they are part of the beverage choices.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first was in January of 2016. We were pleased both times. The location is great. We loved the free shuttle to Sea World, makes it very convenient. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another really big plus is all the extras the room has. Not only a coffee pot, fridge and microwave, but dishes and cups. It was great to bring food back and be able to eat just like at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We will stay again at this hotel if we are in the area.

Good breakfast fills you up nice pool, 247 access to fountain drinks and hot drinks 6 3 liter airports coffee and hot water. Movies to check out and close to local restaurants and groceries. Room had almost a full kitchen and need am oven. Shirt on dishes and flat ware. 3 forks 2 knifes no spoons. Full sized coffee pot but with all the coffee in the lobby it is not needed. Signs say minimum room service on weekends by appointment but they came anyway and there was no do not disturb sign. Air Conditioner was slow to cool and room service set it to 80 while we were out.

This hotel is very nice. Good breakfast, though there seemed to be a chair shortage in the dining area. Rooms are very clean! Well stocked! Beds were not made after we left, I assume that's a "suites" thing? Anyway my favorite part was the greeting we got from Gabby when we arrived! She was so sweet and helpful! :)

Very nice large rooms, clean and friendly atmosphere, nice pool.

This is a very nice hotel. I like coming down to the pool and sitting under gazebo and grill out with my coworkers.

I stayed 3 days last week for business training my room was very nice! Tha staff was nice but didn't seem too eager to be helpful. There was no carts to carry luggage to rooms I waited at least 30 minutes for them to look for a cart and was told maybe I should carry my luggage in a little at a time… that it was check in time and they were busy. I had checked in at this point and needed a cart or I would've carried it but it made me feel like me being accommodated wasn't important. It also seemed to be the same people hanging out at the front desk having a good time and from the conversations lived in the area not guest to me this was unprofessional. The conference room we use was not cleaned the trash was overflowing. I actually went to the desk and told them and they gave me a trash bag so I did it myself. Me nor my company will be using this establishment again!

Awesome room and awesome breakfast! Loved the huge texas shaped waffles.

We have been here a day and so far it has been great! Gabbie at the front desk very nice and professional. It has a good breakfast selection and a nice gym. Going to try out the heated pool tomorrow.

This place is amazing. Every day that goes by I find out an even more reason to love this place. The people are super sweet, free shuttle to sea world saving $25 a day for parking. Free breakfast every day, free dinner Tuesday through Thursday and free washer and dryer. The rooms are huge with full kitchen. I just can't say enough great things about this place. We will defiantly come back and 1000% recommend anyone to stay.

Prepaid for my room on july 15 2015 for one night stay on july 18. Called in at 2 pm on july 18 and spoke to gabby, who was very rude, to tell them I was checking in around 10 pm. Arrived at 10 pm to check in and the front desk tells me my room is being cleaned. At 10 pm and my room is not ready? so she said it will be 30 to 40 min before room is ready. So I leave and comeback 30 min later and she tells me there are no rooms. I am livid at that point and she says it like she doesnt even care. We are from out of town and stranded with nowhere to sleep. I have to drive 30 miles to find us another room. Never stay here worst customer service ever!

EXCELENTE! El staff muy amable, limpieza impecable, desayuno caliente sabroso. Hay una gatita como de 6 meses en el estacionamiento, desgraciadamente no nos la pudimos traer por muchos motivos y en los albergues no me dieron respuesta. Alguien podría ayudarla? EXCELENT! The staff was super kind and helpfull at all time, it was very clean in all their premises and the breackfast was yummy! There is a baby cat on the car park, we fed her but unfortunately for many reasons we could not bring her with us. Can anybody help her please?

Enjoyable stay. I did not get the oppurtunity to use the pool nor fitness center, but they both looked very well kept and inviting. The lobby was spectacular along with the customer service. Breakfast was excellent, along with the staff that managed it. Although I didn't partake in the dinners, I'm sure they were equally satisfying. House keeping was polite and curtious, but did not go above and beyond in satisfaction. It seemed like they only made the beds, changed the towels and reorganized the pillows on the couch. I won't go into the details but I think some more effort could have been put forth on their part. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, and location ideal. I defiantly will come back and next time I'll try the pool and dinner.

This place is awesome! I had a wonderful stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Excellent customer service, the room is comfy and clean, free outstanding breakfast with a wide variety to choose from, and best of all. Free light dinners Tuesday-Thursday with complimentary beer and wine! The social atmosphere was very pleasant! If you are planning a trip and want your stay to be everything and more, stay here.

We had a GREAT stay! We took a summer vacation with the kids to Sea World/San Antonio. The hotel was fabulous! the shuttle to and from Sea World was so convenient! It was never more than a 15 minute wait, and we did not have to pay for parking. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which meant that we could put the kids to bed in the bedroom, and still watch TV or read in the living area without disturbing them. The daily breakfast spread was fantastic with eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, fruit, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and a variety of juices, soft drinks, and milk. They also have a dinner social during the weekdays, where dinner is free as well! The only not overwhelmingly positive thing I can think of is that the pool was a little on the small side, but the kids enjoyed it. We would absolutely come back again.

Stayed one night in a suite with my family on our visit to Sea World. The room was nice and large, and it was nice to see that even if you came unprepared for a suite visit, they had some basics that would come in handy (like pots and pans). The bed was also quite comfortable. When we got there, there was a car parked in the fire lane right in front of the hotel. We parked and went in, and no one was at the desk. There was a sign directing us to use the phone to call the operator. After calling and listening to a pre-recorded message several times (at which point I was about to hang up, as it seemed to be on an endless loop), someone answered and came right over. She was friendly but it came across as disingenuous. There was also a line item on the bill for USA today, saying it would be delivered. If we refused it, we would get a $0.75 credit. I mentioned we didn't need the paper and were told it doesn't get delivered to our door anyways. In and of itself, not a big deal, but why have it on the paper? When my daughter and I took a swim in the pool, there were no full-sized towels available. The premium channels on the TV also had no video. As I mentioned above, the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The walls and ceiling, however, were paper-thin. We could seemingly hear every footstep and conversation around us. Luckily, after some time, the people around us went to sleep.

Stayed here for a couple days for my brother's graduation from basic training at Lackland AFB. It was a great experience. Very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Keep up the good work.
