The service is great the Wi-Fi is great it's a great place for kids to stay.

Nice location for the establishment that it is.! When I entered the room the staff had left the A. C. On, I assume to show that it worked, and their point was in fact made.! The service at the front desk was a little shakey at first with a little hint of attitude but due to the situation I later realized they were dealing with I would say they were beyond professional 9.5 out of 10 keep it up guys.

Great Staff & good place to stay. Quiet except for a couple of neighbors every now & then. Well kept.

Visiting a friend they have been staying there for months, they love it and I love the Salado Historic Cemetery in front.

Room was pretty nice, price pretty good, staff not in your business, so it was good.

I am unfortunately stuck here due to my current situation. I had to be switched rooms because after the staff was responsible for flooding my room, they didn't clean it up properly, it began to stink, and then maggot came up out of the carpet. I'm talking about 30 or 40. Before this happened, the room wasn't to bad. It had a bigger microwave, a fold out couch, 2 night stands, and the room was all together bigger than the one they moved us to. I'm not impressed with the service I am receiving for a loyal guest, who had been here for a very long time paying appx. $1200 a month.

Kathleen is the most wonderful person I've met in the establishment such as this one. She's upfront direct always has a pleasant in welcoming smile and she listens any and she does instruct you see your responsibilities around the the prep promises and property I feel very comfortable and safe at this establishment something I haven't been able say for very long time thank you for leaving my ID where I can grab it and the room nice and clean with the TV on in the likes on welcome me in. Always the best value. Clean rooms HD flatscreens and the Wi-Fi is never slow.

Not a good area. Didn't stay because there are safer, more attractive options within a five-sided drive.

Bathrooms are gross, there is mold/mildew in the cracks. Cockroaches. Crawling on the ceiling, went to go kill it. Up on the cabinets I found a needle… Stuff is on walls, carpet is stained in many places. No hangers for your clothes or an ironing board. You get what you pay for.

Been here a week its quiet and well kept the only complaint no swimming pool or fitness center.

This is for transitional living. Folks here are unable to rent traditional apartments or homes. The property is well kept, rooms are cleaned once or twice a week by the maid staff and they contain a kitchenette. Laundry rooms on premise.

Definitely not the best area in town but, definitely not the worst. I could stay there if I had to.

The management was rude in attentive. And there were bed bugs absolutely gross. Housekeeping was kinda nice but I will never go back to that one. I gave 3 stars because I have stayed in others that were much better.

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. Once I got checked in and stayed the first night and asked the next morning if I could check out. I was told that since I have already paid for the week I wouldn't be refunded money. I asked if they had another room that didn't smell like an ashtray… I am still waiting. This place does have a kitchen with a 2 burner stove and full sized fridge, but I was expecting cooking and eating utensils. They don't even have a coffee maker in these rooms. I didn't think to look for that before checking in. I should have stayed at Motel 6. It's actually cheaper per day than here. It's really hard to breathe in the particular room that I'm in. I think the last guest must have been a chain smoker. Febreze isn't killing it. Unfortunately this particular address allows smoking inside rooms. I might need to get an oxygen machine to get me through the remainder of the week. It's hard to think with no oxygen. Never again, never again, never again for this address. Back to Motel 6 where they have king size beds, coffee, and sometimes a continental breakfast.

Clean and rooms are comfortable staff is helpful at the one on Perri Beitel.

Its been a week and no hot water but still want somebody to pay every week.

Deceptively good rooms and soundproof walls. Air conditioning great. I would say the internet was sub-par but it's honestly better than I expected.

For the price it's better than a stuido apt.

Very convenient with affordable weekly rates. Its a bit old but they say are renevating soon. Staff is great.

Front desk was courtious and welcoming, though the overall property felt run down and dangerous. TVs are nice, though they have a setting that dims them based on the lighting in the room.

Good service for the price paid. Though getting someone to pick up at the front desk can be challenging.

I got to visit a friend and the hotels bad reputation did not get in my way.

It was very clean a beer staff was very helpful in all areas and I really appreciated on time clean linen and toilet paper.

Called to reserve a room and notified the office I would be coming in when the officed closed. I was promised that it would be no problem and a note would be left. When I arrived 30 minutes after office hours I attempted to check in and got told there was nothing they could do. I explained that I would have to sleep in my car and got told it was my problem not theirs and on top of being rude tried to run me off by screaming at me to leave when I asked for his name he was immature and said none of my beezwax. Needs friendlier staff than can do their job right so people who are struggling can have 1 thing less to struggle about.

I say still standing strong cheap rates and good room maintenance and service.
