Only 2 because the customer service is good and theres restaurants and stores in walking distance. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Smells bad, so many broken things in the room, the pillows are so old and deteriorating that I'm just going to buy my own later, and costs more than more updated hotels with pools around it, we had to get it last minute.

Horible place im not to fancy but this motel has not had a make over since 1998 wn we had a high school party. And criters it has now would not stay ever only reaaon they gt 1 is it has walls.

Rate was pretty high for what it's worth. They call you to remind you to be out by 11am which I thought was rude. No lotion or shampoo.

Clean, large spacious rooms at great rates. Would return again. Love how this motel has interior windows.

It was nothing short of amazing, staff was friendly, rooms were clean not to mention spacious, overall it was a good experience!

It would have been better if the breakfast had more than honey buns and coffee.

July 18, 2017 — Pillows are yellow and filthy. Also, threatened to charge extra because it was 11:05 am and checkout time was 11 am (we were already walking out the door. ) When we asked for replacement pillows, the employee was rude and doesn't give you pillows. Breakfast is a honney bun… An expensive place with bad quality and bad customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Has large rooms that are clean and comfortable! Location is just off interstate 35 which is VERY convenient! They also have tons of wonderful resturants close by! Tons actually in walking distance! The price is a little high in my opinion, hence the reason for deducting a star. All in all a reasonable place with great service to its customers! I'll be back next time we have an extended stay in SA!

My wife and I went here for 3 days during spring break. I though with a name like Hallmark it's got to be nice. I got up early and went to eat breakfast and thought they were still putting it out. They only had honey buns, coffee, and dry cereal with milk available upon request. Room door didn't close correctly and I reported it but they never came. It was the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Next time I will keep going, even if it cost more.

We normally stay at La Quinta Market Square, but they had hiked up their rates triple the price for Spring Break. Because we waited until the last minute to get a room, this was the only room the we could find under $200 a night that accepted dogs. Our room was very clean. The mattress was new and fairly comfortable. The bedding and pillows were acceptable. The TV got more channels than most motel rooms. The bathtub was clean, but stained from age. The breakfast was below average, but expected for the low price of the room. It was either Honey Buns or Raisin Bran. Milk was available when requested. The other guests seem to mostly be construction workers. I did not see any drug heads or shady people any where near the premises. There is no pool or hot tub, but it was 45 degrees so we did not care. The train runs down the opposite side of the freeway and blows its horn frequently throughout the night. It kept me up the first night, but I did not notice it the other two nights. The staff is friendly. It is probably more of a two star review, but based on cleanliness and comfort compared to price, I gave it 3. It was much cleaner and felt safer compare to the last time we stayed at Laquinta Market Square, and it was less than half the price.

False advertising. Was gonna give it 4 stars until this morning. Drove in late last night with my family, and was told they served a "great" breakfast. Walked In to watered down coffee, and two small boxes of old cereal. Not even milk to eat it with. Was gonna stay another night until I saw that. Again, good rooms and friendly staff, just wish they didn't have me wake up early for nothing.

Pretty run down but okay for the night, front desk lady was nice and didn't have any issues, probably wouldn't choose to stay here but for the price it's okay.

It smell like sex all over the room… I'm an inspector for the city n I do have a light that can reveal lots of interesting stuff n most of the room bed floor walls bath n more n dirty fill with mostly human fluids n more so I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS MOTEL AT ALL! If I could rate this negative stars I would give it at negative 100 stars n this motel has been reported to the city. Thank you for reading!
