I and my wife stayed at this hotel on a visit to San Antonio for my sister's wedding. I promise to come back again. I love this hotel. It's got everything I need, cozy environment, courteous employees, great bar! amazing breakfast, good swimming pool and open parking lot right outside he hotel. Its close to Six Flags as well. I love this place and will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Great staff with a well maintained property and rooms! Free parking and a great location! I stay here almost every time I'm in San Antonio. Located right next to the San Antonio airport.

Convenient to the airport, but not much else, the hotel is aging and some of the rooms show it. Ice machines only on odd numbered floors and moldy smell in some of the rooms. Friendly staff and cozy bar area, the employees are the only real redeeming quality.

Always a wonderful place to stay in San Antonio. Rooms are clean, a/c works great, shower is hot and the restaurant has good food.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was delightful and friendly. The conference room was nice, but much too cold even though they kept turning down the ac. At one point they turned it off, but I think it has an automatic turn on system after a time period.

Decent hotel but the one in little rock AR was the best and could give them tips. Had a few dirty towels and place could use dusting and fresh scent. The top of toilet is very dirty and you can see pee stains on the top inside of seat. Tub looked like someone showed because soap scum was on the side wall and soap from the dispenser was on the tub. Big room but the one in AR was perfection and had a color changing pool and room perks such as cotton dean and nail file etc. They do give bottles of water here though. I recommend a shower cap and more water pressure because it takes longer and uses more water.

The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby smelled amazing when we entered. Overall construction is great as we couldn't hear the the walls. The breakfast was not included but it was a buffet so if you're hungry and not picky then I guess it'll be OK. Otherwise just head on over to Cracker Barrel. This location is about 10 minutes from the zoo, Quarry, and a Walmart in case you forgot any essentials for your trip. Parking is free. The pool is small and goes to 5 feet deep.

Really liked this hotel. Great parking, nice room, nice bathroom, and very comfortable bed. But beware… we were in room 304, with a room on either side of us, and these 3 rooms directly overlook the lobby (when you look out your window you are looking at the lobby) it's crazy, I've never seen that before. Well, never get one of these rooms because it was LOUD, as the 2nd night we were there we were woke up at 2 am to a large group of people partying in the lobby while they waited for a ride… this went on for 2 hours. Never again.

Our room was huge. 2 queens w/sofabed slept 6 comfortably. Rooms were clean and service was was prompt. Close to the airport and near the freeway for easy accessibility. Recommended.

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Great location between down town San Antonio and New Braunfels Schlitterbahn… the staff extremely helpful and clean rooms! Definitely recommend to stay again… wishing I didn't have to work tomorrow.

Nice hotel and convenient location. But you have to pay for breakfast here unlike in many other hotels.

This is a relatively cheap hotel, but the rooms are good, the beds are soft, the showers strong, and the service is great. Good people, good bar.

The food was not spectacular, just decent. But the service is friendly and the bar staff is nice and chatty. Enjoyable experience.

We had a comfortable stay. Stephanie at the Front Desk was so courteous, helpful and super friendly! The hotel amenities are great, but attention to detail from engineering and housekeeping could be better. One of my rooms needed a paint touch up, and the bathroom needed screw tightening on 2 places. The lobby attendant didn't bother removing dirty towels from the pool; there were no towels and the trash was full : (but the room attendants do a good job at cleaning the rooms. Nice hotel over all.

I stayed on the 2nd floor which was the lobby and my only complaint is that the walls are too thin. U can easily hear everything from next door rooms and outside. Other than that, service was good. Excellent morning coffee. Very comfortable beds.

Opposite the north star mall, airport and other hotels and restaurants.

We spent a night there in one of the suite. The staff were very helpful with offering an extra bed and also most of the suites are wheelchair accessible with a spacious and adaptable bathroom. The morning after, the manager told us all the places we can visit and even told us the festival they will have in April. We will come back for that. All the staff were extremely helpful and so far they are the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not a 5 star hotel, but still felt like 5 star client. Cleanliness, excellent service, everything any client needs.

Great room with refrigerator. Excellent and large desk with fast Wi-Fi. Daily happy hour.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff make the experience even more pleasant. Would recommend 100℅ just for that.

BUGS! We stayed there for a few days. We had ants on the night stand between 2 beds. There were a lot! Like over 40. We had them clean the table and they took the hotel phone so I’m guessing they were all over that too. When we left the hotel, the ants were all over the inside of my car! Just as bad as bed bugs! Be careful.

The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and nice for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade, probably for being friendly with the front desk. The location is near the junction of 2 highways, so it is not the quietest. Not a problem for me.

Four Points is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the restaurant is great. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a Platinum SPG member and this hotel always treats us very good. We stay here the night before we fly out because they charge 12 dollars for a week of parking… Can't beat that. 5 min free shuttle ride to the airport.

Great location with a friendly attentative staff. Nice breakfast buffet. The equipment in the exercise room wasn't working correctly.

The 4 10 bar is awesome. If you are in town and staying 4 points you must stop in and say (Bye to Felicia). Great service.

My cousin had a terrible experience and the Gordon's clan will not support this place.
If a Gordon is unhappy, that is a reason to make sure another one of us don't pass through the same fate.

My family has been loyal to this hotel with every stay in San Antonio while my son attends college. That loyalty has not been returned. Things have certainly changed over the past few years. My last stay was awful as the staff was rude. On top of that, I was grossly overcharged after my last stay. When I called for resolution I was "greeted" with hostility and an employee who was unwilling to assist nor would she acknowledge the fraud that occurred. She claimed there was nothing they could do and "if there truly are additional transactions" I should deal with it through my bank. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and business acumen. Myself, nor my family, will be supporting this hotel or other SPG properties again. I will make it my mission to spare other families the horrible experience I had by bringing awareness via as many public and social media outlets that I can.

Enjoyed my stay here! Staff was beyond courteous! Make sure you go see Felecia at the bar! She is a very exceptional hostess and is a very good baker! Every one here truly cares about the customer experience! Coming back to stay my next time in San Antonio!

I met guests at the hotel for a meeting and the staff was very courteous. While waiting for my associates, I overheard an interaction with a guest and the staff member in which the guest, who was not listed on the reservation, wanted to get into the room of the listed guest. The receptionist very politely explained that it is against policy to do that. The woman proceeded to explain that she had belongings in the room to which the receptionist said that if she described them, she could potentially retrieve them, but she could not go into the room. After that, my associates arrived, but I really appreciated the receptionists commitment to security and privacy for the guests.

Overall a good hotel. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and courteous. If we need a hotel in this area of SA again then I would certainly return. We had 1 very bad experience with the hotel restaurant (1 out of 3 times we ate there). I went to the front desk and spoke to the hotel manager about it and he was very helpful, took my complaint seriously and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you Management!

When we checked in, we asked the clerk for a 330 am wake up call. She said it was done. I asked my husband to call the front desk before we called it a night just to check… the clerk said nothing was put in for a wake up call. Ugh! We had to be at the airport early for a 6 am flight. Just a feeling I had… good thing I double checked. When we were leaving our room, I seen 2 bugs crawling on the bathroom wall. When checking out the girl told us, she would email us a receipt since she wasn't ready to print one out. Also, maids missed garbage in one corner of the room, papers wadded up & a plug-in cell phone charger
On a good note, our shuttle driver the airport was great.

Had a great Balcony room and the "Heavenly Bed" was great! Friendly desk staff — they gave us free drinks even though we were early for check — in.
Bar staff was fine, and the Breakfast Buffet was very fresh and plentiful. Great Overall stay, I'll happily stay there again!

Nice, clean, relaxing atmosphere and has a great happy hour ($3 wells? Yes, please! ). The beds were super comfy. The one dark spot on our stay was our dealings with the manager of the restaurant. My husband's entree was charred and the mgr only wanted to refund us 50% because he had taken a bite first before we complained. Of course, he was not competent enough to figure out how to do that on the register, so we got a full refund with a lot of unnecessary attitude. I'd skip the restaurant all together next time. Plenty of great spots nearby.

Definitely worth staying at! Great location, walking distance from dozens of places to shop and eat. The rooms are large and they offer great room service at affordable prices.

The lobby staff was very nice but when I got here on Sunday (6/5/2016) afternoon I noticxxxed a strange smell in my room that smelled like smoke but once that cleared out it still smelled really funny and tonight I found the source. Which was an extremely moldy taco in the microwave. I called the lobby and they were polite and promptly came and got it out of the microwave but they didn't clean the microwave or anything else and the smell is still lingering in the room and the microwave. Hopefully it will be gone soon since I'm here until Friday night…

This was a truly amazing stay! I loved everything about it! The room was beautiful and the restaurant was nice as well! Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The Four Points Sheraton San Antonio Airport is a beautiful hotel and has everything you'd want! The staff was efficient and very attentive. The hotel has a great pool and workout area. Upon entering my room the first thing I saw was two complementary bottles of water. Nice touch. After driving 12 hours that day the bed was like a dream. I have never slept better. I have stayed in San Antonio many times and this is now my favorite places to stay by far!

We got in late and left early so didn't get a chance to take advantage of all the amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations.

Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel.

I was there to meet good friend for breakfast. He was in town on business. The hotel has an impressive lobby and nice, low-key seating area for breakfast. The buffet was ok, not anything memorable; howevere, service was very attentive. My overall feeling is this is a great place to stay for business and the food is good for something on the run. Would not use hotel for any formal meals. The lobby is a great place to meet people for a drink at bar or a quick visit.

My kind of hotel, abundant parking, walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment. As for the hotel itself, fantastic property, HUGE spacious suite, 2 flat screen TV's, plenty of power outlets for electronics, as well as a fridge and microwave. Suite came with a large desk, lots of clothes storage for longer stays, and comfortable chairs and couch. The staff was very friendly. There isn't a free breakfast, but that's par for the course on higher end properties such as this, but at $9 for a breakfast buffet, it was cheaper than most. They also had free BBQ and Beer samples on Wednesday evening in the restaurant, so that's a nice bonus. Nice outdoor sitting area to hear the soothing sounds of I-410, but you're near the airport so traffic is expected, but you hear NOTHING inside the hotel, it's very quiet and comfortable. Speaking of comfort the beds are fantastic, it was a great nights sleep. Overall a very pleasant stay for sure. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel! * Staff is very friendly * Check-in was easy * Heated pool & jacuzzi were nice and clean * Rooms provide shampoo, conditioner and body on the shower walls (very convenient) And much more! We were too tired to go out for dinner one night and decided to eat at their restaurant. Their spinach grilled chicken salad was so good, actually all of their food was. The staff is very accommodating. We will definitely be going back!

Room is big and clean, neighborhood a bit noisy. Overall great value as SPG member.

We reserved the room for 2 nights and had to leave after first night stay. They did not quite entertain the "early departure request". Felt the greed kick in — in the end I guess money is SPG guests prepare to stay on the ground floor (had requested a club house floor). No top floors for you.

Place is great for the price. Service is number 1.

Small rooms but clean. Shuttle is cool and helpful. No free complimentary breakfast sucks. Plus I think the food made me sick or the small room.

Well obviously service has taken a downturn. We ate in the restaurant there and the food was horrible. The service was very slow. No excuse when you know in advance how many guest to expect.

Great place, very nice location, friendly helpful staff, beds and pillows are so comfortable, rooms are clean, we stayed in king suite lots of room. Pool was clean, lots of sitting areas, quiet, very plesant experience, definitely will return.

The rooms were extremely clean, the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was polite and helpful and the pools were awesome. Not to mention the location was close to restaurants, the mall and everything you could imagine. I loved it, I will be booking here on my next trip. Great hotel.
