Review of Comfort Suites Medical Center Near Six Flags 2*

Horrible experience. The swimming pool area was dirty every morning we went down there. They never stocked up there towels either. So many people had to get out of the pool and walk to the front desk and ask for a towel, you would think after the second person at least that someone would go put towels in but no one ever came. The floors thru out the halls were dirty, some one doesnt know how to vaccum I guess. But the room was OK. Besides the cleaning during our stay, because they didnt clean the tubs or vaccum when everything was noticeable to do so. But we just let it go. We left for a couple days and then came back and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Once we get out on the floor it was once again dirty floors dirty walls. Ok, wat ever lets just check the room, well they gave us a dirty room that was never cleaned. So me and my husband and our 3 kids went back down to front desk and told them, they appologized and gave us a room on the 3rd floor, we walked in and it smelt like shit. Literally. And where the coffee tray is, there was sugar packages open and god knows what else. There was a coke that exploded in the fridge. When we moved the chair there was chips crumbs. And coke atains all over the woods. We left again and went and complained, they gave us another room. I asked for brand new sheets and everything before we went back up. The room was desent. At this point its already 2 in the morning. Morning comes and we notice things we didnt see last. I was so pissed we slept there. Then we switched rooms again back to first floor, we get a room. Where the TV and phone dont work. And we moved the dresser to try to fix the cords and there was a cockaroach (sp). Horrible stay. They are dirty and they dont know how to clean. We will never stay in a other comfort suite again. Filthy.
