2* Best thing about this place was Christopher the bartender and Tanya the waitress breakfast shift. The hallways will clean the rooms look clean but everything is sucked switch rooms a couple of times AC wasn't working properly They switched our rooms due to the AC problem but the room they switched us to seems like a downgrade from the room were in Didn't have anybody on night duty to assist the host. The breakfast was horrible I mean extremely horrible the juice alone was like cheaper than the cheapest cheap juice you can find on the market pancakes taste like they were store-bought Frozen stuck in the toaster and served burnt. Oh and the omelette cheese was the square cheese the cheap kind that's individually wrapped sliced cheese disgusting. Also to be right next to the airport. This place don't offer much for us new to town. Shuttle only goes 3 miles away Just awful.

CLEAN, upkept, beautiful place. My flight home got cancelled so I had to choose a hotel in the area to stay another night. This hotel made me want to stay the entire week! I think it's also a plus that the pool is open till 11. ;)

General manager Mary was the worst hotel manager I have ever met and I travel monthly for work. I have never been treated so poorly. Horrible customer service! It was my daughters wedding night and we specifically asked to check in at 2 rather than 3 when we purchased the room. My husband and I went at 2pm to check in to decorate for their wedding night and was told NO! Not one room was available and the general manager and the front desk person were very rude.

Clean, comfortable and great staff. Eager to help. We felt incredibly welcome.

Nice place and it's near to airport. Comfortable room and clean. Lights are in good condition. I recommend this place.

Newly remodeled from the first time I stayed there. Everyone very friendly & nice. They allowed my family to come and swim in the pool even though they weren't staying there.

Good location, right next to the airport. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. They have a restaurant and bar in the lobby area along with room service. They have a lot of parking space but it's difficult to find parking in the front. It's only 20 min from seaworld.

Located 3 minutes from the airport. Quiet inside. So you dont hear the jet engines near by. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Good gym too and many amenities.

Clean and quiet near the airport. Only heard one airplane. Convenient to bus stop on the other side of 410. Took a Lyft to the Majestic, but took the bus back 9 miles for $2.60 for 2 of us!

Our stay would have been perfect if the room had been cleaned properly. The room was very comfortable and very nice. The trash was not taken out. The bathroom was clearly dirty. There was hair in the shower, counter, and all over the floor. All of that, made us feel like maybe the towels and sheets hadn't been changed either. Then the second day, the maid tried to come in with the do not disturb sign on the door. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. The lack of two stars is for the lack of cleanliness. I've seen other reviews about it, so if they fix that issue I would definitely stay again and rate higher.

March 13-14 2018 have stayed here two days. What a delightful place wonderful room, great staff from Bianca at the front desk to Our waitress Brianna in the restaurant. The chef Guerrero who made the most delicious salmon dinner that we had two nights in a row. You have great staff. Will be back again for sure.

Thin insulation between floors. Every step 1 floor above sounds like elephant troupe Could hear creaking in hallway as I walked too. Going to ask to get me room changed to top floor. Otherwise very clean and spacious.

New, clean, modest, contemporary, dining and a bar, pool and exercise room for what you'd pay for a modest place with only half the acroutrements. Gracious friendly help on every level from room service to manager. Well done Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio right next to the airport. Keep it up!

This place was not to expensive and it was really nice. There was a lot of informational pages in the room and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. There is a fitness center, bar and a restaurant. It says on the website that there is a sauna but I don't think there is one. The indoor pool is a little small but we went at night and we were the only ones there. Good place overall.

Very nice place in and out. Staff is nice rooms are clean and the food is good.

Pretty comfy accomodations. Decor is modern and unexpectedly nice. Beds are comfy and rooms were pretty clean except for the showers, which looked as if maybe they hadn't been cleaned. There is free internet that's super slow, have to pay $5 for faster internet. The closets were really spacious and had lots of storage. Parking lot was pretty full most of the night and day. There's a place to buy snacks and a few toiletries in the lobby.

Rooms Wer perfect… staff very helpful and respectful. Was able to have a home cooked meal away from home. Thanks to the really well supply of kitchen and cookware supplied in room… thank you.

Very nice. Everything is new, crisp, and updated. Although the pool is rather small it is worth it for the huge gym this hotel has to offer. The rooms are rather large and well taken care of. Also, the staff is very friendly. I would also recommend the pizza — it's delicious!

The fact that there are two hotels named exactly the same thing is absolutely insane. Both hotels have to send people away cause they booked the other one. The hotel itself is fine. Completely unremarkable.

I am really suprised at tge spaciousness of the room and the bathroom. The bedding and furniture all are top notch. Breakfast was a freshly made omelet. Too good to be true.

Came into town for a family event and really enjoyed our stay here. Very modern and house keeping does a great job keeping everything clean. Will definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Only stayed for one night but for finding a last minute inexpensive hotel the room was large, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the service friendly. Overall a great buy!

The rooms that we stayed in were comfortable, and the management staff was very courteous; however, the dining room staff was not nice to the customers. The service is hot or miss if you stay multiple days. On Saturday morning, I saw a gentleman order pancakes and a omlete for breakfast, so I decided to order that the next day, and I was told to use the waffle machine. I can clearly see that there are pancakes on the menu. Okay, then to top it off, the staff day back in the office the entire time talking and not once was I offered coffee. Finally when I was getting ready to leave one of the servers came over to offer coffee.

Room had some newer style decor. Nice change from other hotels. I used the office chair in my room a ton while working and never was uncomfortable. Spacious and cozy.

Nice hotel visually, but when I got to my room the shower walls and tub had hairs from the last guests all over, and there were items left in the mini-fridge from the last guests as well. I wouldn't stay here again since their cleaning staff clearly doesn't to do their job. I'd definitely rather not think about what else they may have missed cleaning that I didn't notice.

The hotel was wonderful! We stayed in a room that was remodeled. The hotel was still under renovation but it was on a smaller scale and we had no inconvenience or noise from it. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It was modern, comfortable and a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable. The only concern was that the bathtub was very slippery in the shower. But otherwise, it was a great stay!

I would give this place 1 star less than 5 because when I was visiting this place it was going through renovation as it has been acquired by Hilton hotels so few things were not quite right. I would 5 stars to location and staff. Very courteous and friendly. Complimentary Breakfast was very good quality. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back next time I am visiting the city. P. S. They have airport shuttle but you need to call ahead to schedule it.

The beds were the best! So cushy and comfy. Friendly staff, great free breakfast. Not sure what restaurant brings their in room food but it was delicious. Veggie pizza, french fries hand cut with parmasian, BBQ wings. All delish!

This place is worth the money rooms and always clean and cool food is OK but service is great worth staying instead of having to look every were for something cheaper you get what you pay for.

Great location for the airport. Very nice staff. Better than average included breakfast. Room was large with a tub bath. I was happy with my choice.

We stayed one night. Everything was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast and thought the kitchen staff was outstanding, especially Araceli. She was excellent. I'd keep her around! I will definately go back next time I'm in town.

One of my best hotel experiences. The room was good, no complaints, but the service was excellent. I made the wrong reservation date online and called the night before and they changed it for me with no hassle and were very friendly. I also arrived at midnight and they sent a shuttle right over. In the morning they said they would drive me to enterprise themselves so I would not have to go back to the airport. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I will surely look for Country Inn next time I need a hotel!

Stayed one night. Hotel and room were clean, service was excellent and breakfast buffet was not bad. Just a little dusty outside due to construction.

We stayed at the County Inn San Antonio Airport from March 15, 2016 to March 17, 2016. The room was never cleaned. When I called the front desk the woman I spoke to, BJ, said that I had requested that only the trash and the towels be replaced. I told her that I never requested that and she went on to cover up for the housekeeping staff and stated that she heard me say that. I told her That I never spoke to anyone but even if I had requested that which I didn't the housekeeper did not even go into the room to do anything. Our trashcan was full from the night before and the towels were on the restroom floor where we left them. The beds were unmade. The front desk clerk said she would bring fresh towels but that is all she could do since housekeeping had left for the day. The next morning I tried to speak to the manager Mr. Flores but he supposedly was not in his office. I left my contact information for him to call me back and he has never returned my call. I am now writing a formal letter to their cooperate office since they refuse to address the problem. I will never stay at another County Inn again.

Please read… if you want your car to get broken into this is the place to go to. We had a reservation for 4 nights at this place and the second night our car had 3 complete broken windows and of course stolen property from the car. I wasnt even aware of the incident because they do no kind of intake when you check in for your vehicle. There is not one surveillance in the parking lot and no kind of security outside the hotel. When I spoke to the GM she stated " this stuff happens all the time and there's nothing that can be done about your situation". We would like to thank the housekeeping manager BJ cause she was very helpful with our cituation and was more helpful then the GM which has no customer service and was completely roud. We ended up coming out of pocket $540. At the time of making the police report the police stated it had been the third reported break in that day. Please stay away from this place it is in a high crime and dangerous area.

The staff was super friendly and had a pretty decent breakfast, everyone in the family had a great time. And as always the cookies were good too.

This place is great. The young lady that checked us is was so sweet and friendly. The service from the woman at our amazing breakfast was outstanding! The room was large. I had minor issues with a stained pillow and wall but that was fixed by management who also was very nice! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and beds are great. Area is convenient to many things.

The Hotel was very clean. Our room had 1 king & 1 queen separated by a wall each section had its own TV. Refrigerator, Microwave etc. Plenty of pillows and towels. The Breakfast was great. You can make your own waffles, oatmeal station with different toppings to add. Cold cereal station. Breakfast buffet for hot food. 24hr access to Gourmet coffee. Great stay! Will stay again in the near future.

I stayed here at this hotel a while back. Pool was a bit too small and at the time of our stay, it was so crowded with only 5-6 people. Staff was extremely friendly. Other than that, the location was nice! I was lucky to have a window view of the airport. Definitely will stay here again, plus it's so close to great restruants :)

It is a decent place to stay in. I have been staying three nights for now and two more days to go; the hotel is clean, smells good everywhere. The gym has good Precor machines with TVs and free weights, towels and water. The breakfast isn't that bad, not many choices but good enough for the hotel size. The staff are friendly, helpful, but some don't really smile (it's not a big deal though). The room is pretty good, I personally like it. I will be coming back to this hotel in the near future.
