With the winter storm that came in we needed a place almost immediately I called to see if they had any vacancies and they didn't but they did look into getting me one and I came in right away the staff is just so wonderful that my sister and her family needed a place the next day and I referred them here and now we're all here thank you for everything you've done.

Logan just walked into my room while I was naked and kicked me and my emotional support animal out at 2:30 in the morning. He saw me naked. He came into my room! I’m suing you I’m literally shaking. I feel so violated. How can he come into a woman’s rooms while she’s naked. Oh my god, I’m literally shaking. He violated me.

This is our go to place to stay when we come to town! Great friendly staff! We left our sons "baby zebra" stuffed animal and your front desk associate was able to find him and held him for us to pick up! And the Texas waffles are soooo good! ❤❤

Everything was nice and clean and well worth the money. Staff was courteous as could be… even when I slept till an hour and a half past check out :/ lol.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location not too far from all the tourist attractions but far enough not to be overcrowded. Plenty of parking and restaurants available around the hotel. Will go back everytime I visit San Antonio!

The checkin process was easy and fast. The staff was pleasant and extra helpful. The pool was great although very small. The breakfast was simple except my bagel was moldy. The room was good size. Tv good size. Stayed cool. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room smelled like pee. The shower had hair in it so it proves it was not properly cleaned. I would not stay again co soldering so many other choices.

This hotel was very clean and generally quiet! The workers are nice! Definitely a trucker stop being so close to Pilot! Our room was perfect, I literally couldn't find anything negative to say! It's far enough off the interstate that you cant hear the traffic!

Nice accommodations. Quick and easy check in. Free parking and internet. Nice breakfast in the morning. Breakfast server was really nice. Front desk clerks were efficient and did their jobs but no extra customer service offered.

Great hotel which has been open for over 2 years now but still looks brand new! Kudos to everyone that works there! Friendly staff, quiet place to rest for the evening and a little hidden off the highway but definitely a gem once found! Will definitely return.

It started out as a bad experience, with in 20 min of getting in our room — the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work and the room had not been cleaned. The young man up front was awesome, moved us right away. Now the TV in next room keeps going out and we have to move rooms again. Not cool. For as much as I'm paying per night — not worth it (Plus I went to find website to put this and see this room $40 cheaper than what I booked for yesterday! )

One of my favorite places to stay. This location was amazing. Git us in last minute. Great night manager, clean rooms, awesome breakfast. Always a pleasure. Beds we clean and comfy! Thank you Beat Western for giving us an awesome stay away from home!

Our stay at this hotel was great. VERY clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety to chose from. The hotel is only 3 years old, but seemed brand new. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to all.

Our first impression was it looked like a nice hotel. When we checked in they said they'd have our receipt for us in the morning, which was never given to us. We arrived at 1 am and we're very tired from driving. When we got into our room we wanted to climb in bed, which were very nicely made. My daughter went to grab a pillow and on the bottom of it was a huge brown stain, which was clear had not been laundered. Too tired I told the children to sleep on their travel g blankets. In the morning when I woke I looked up to see dust hanging down from headboard. Looking around it was on the lamp shades too. The rooms aren't being inspected. So disappointed and hated having to pay my chdren on the beds.

This is a very nice hotel was very helpful staff. We showed up late at night finding someone (staff member) had accidentally cancelled our reservation. It took a little while to get everything straight but the young woman working the front desk did everything she could to get us a room that night. The staff would greet us every morning and make sure their guests were well taken care of.

This BW was truly one of the Best places we have ever stayed! From the staff to the room and all amenities for the most reasonable price! Extremely clean. The Only item I would like to recommend is better "signage" to direct customers into the facility. Once we found it, we could not have been more pleasantly Pleased! We will stay there anytime we are in the area and recommend it to all as well!

Once you find it, super quiet and clean. Nice free breakfast. You will never be disappointed in any best western plus.

Had a good nite sleep staff was very pleasant. There was water in the bathroom floor but that’s the only complaint I can think of everything else top notch.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and competent. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, we especially liked the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Bathroom floor in guest room had small a few small dead insects, and also could have been cleaner. Tub was especially sparkling, however, and it was great that a bathtub non-slip mat was provided.

Hotel is very new and the accommodations are excellent. The only problem we had was finding the hotel entrance when we first arrived (well after dark). It's a block off the service road and a little tricky to access.

This hotel is good. I needed a hotel at last minute for some out of town guest. So I book this hotel it's close by. Very clean rooms nice service. Yes it's little hidden from highway which I guess it's kind nice you won't hear the highway noise. The only problem is the road in front of hotel is to small there are big trucks that park on both side of the road in front of hotel so you have to drive down center turn lane other that I think it's great hotel.

Nice hotel away from San Antonio but near enough to very there quickly. Great rooms.

Left Victoria, Texas to get away from hurricane Harvey and I ended up here to this quiet, peaceful and nice and clean hotel. Thank God! They even let me get a late checkout. Thank yall.

Everything about the stay here was as expected from my previous stays with a Best Western Plus brand hotel: the air conditioning could freeze you out of the room if you wanted, the bed was extremely comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked very well. There was immediate recognition as a BW rewards member at check in and I was offered either points for my stay or a snack bag for the evening. Again at checkout, I was thanked for being a BW rewards member and informed that they would be applying points earned for my stay. The only bad experience was the main dish at breakfast. There was a combination scrambled eggs and sausage dish that was extremely dry. As such, almost everyone was discarding the item and going for cereal, yogurt, breakfast pastries or cooking a waffle. Also, the juice machine seemed as if the concentrations of juice to water was off and they were watered down badly. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend staying here if you visit the San Antonio area. They just need to cook the eggs better and not thin the juice so much.

Very beautiful and clean hotel with good customer service. Location is a bit secluded — tucked away behind a convenient store where you have tons of truckers coming and going but I didn't encounter any issues.

Hotel stay pleasant and uneventful. Even though it is right off the highway and behind a travel center and truck stop it is amazingly quiet. They are a bit short staffed. Everyone appears to have multiple roles but they pull it off quite nicely except a few times at check in and check out when they had to be elsewhere taking care of things. Certainly not their fault though. Otherwise great place.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable and the price wasn't bad either.

The location is a little difficult to access, but the hotel is a very comfortable, very quiet, place to stay. The rooms were large. The morning breakfast was plentiful and warm. I was on a road trip, and just tired. It was a late night and there was a highway jam on I-35 that was exhausting. I decided to stay there after driving through San Antonio so I could wake up and continue my trip without dealing with traffic. The night check in clerk was super nice and accommodating, even though I was checking in after midnight with no reservation. She gave me a room on the first floor, because I was tired, and I conked out like a light. Would definitely stay there again.

Sewage smell outside came in through air conditioner. Hotel not visible from main roads. Took an extra half hour to find it since staff wouldn't answer the phone.

I had a great stay at the Hotel it was a good experience the staff was helpful and my room was clean the hotel recognized my Veteran status and honored me with a discount.

Nice and clean. Good gym with weights. Laundry. Sundries which are pricy but convenient if you don't want to drive to the corner store for medicines.

Just stayed here this weekend for the first time. Definitely would stay again. Great customer service and very nice and clean hotel. Would 10/10 recommend.

This has honestly been the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The receptionists are super nice and friendly. Very welcoming and they'd make us feel at home. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice as well.

The hotel is fine but we had terrible experience. We were 7 people and booked 2 double queen rooms. At 1 am on of my cousins found bed bugs on her bed. They were terrified and had allergy all over. We went to the reception but got a cold response that the manager "Vick Patel" is not on property and will be back in the morning and until then they couldn't do anything.
V somehow spend the whole night in one room, all 7 of us. In the morning, in breakfast we found that there were a few expired yogurts and unfortunately my brother ate one of those. We complained to the manager for both last night and morning's incidents, he offered to promise and talk to expedia and refund but it hasn't happened and neither have we been contacted by them.
