Staff friendly and helpful. Handicap accessibility good. Beds were comfortable. Could smell dog in the room. Breakfast a bit skimpy. Indoor pool was nice and maintained.

The only place that I'll stay compare to others. Reasonable an very comfortable. I recommend this the Hotel.

I only stayed there one night but it was clean and nice. The queen beds are of the smaller variety. The service was also nice.

This is a little 3 star hotel I'm giving 4 stars. It is a very peaceful atmosphere, relaxing. The staff was friendly, and the bed was super comfy, with no shortage of pillows. And the shower was nice as well. It had a detachable head. And in general, it looks like everything was recently remodeled. I did an early check in, and I was on the top floor. When I got up there it was very humid, and my room was the same way. The bed felt slightly damp. The air unit did a good job of fixing that quickly. So no big deal. But some guy came bursting into my room. He looked embarrassed and just said 'new TV guide' laid it down and left. Haha. They didn't know I was here. But even after that I'm still giving it four stars. The shower, and giant bed with all the pillows is well worth what you pay.

I wasn’t going to leave a review at all but I do feel it is necessary as to expose the train wreck of a visit we had. Our first room was placed directly above the employee smoking area and the ac was blowing the smoke in our room. So no biggie, we got a different room. When we got our second room it smelled awful, later we found out why — there was a plate of dried up canned pet food left from the previous visitors in our room. At this point we were tired and I just cleaned the room myself with my own cleaning supplies. Upon cleaning the room I discovered more trash left from previous stayers — of which was a huge dog kennel box they had obviously purchased while on their visit. The bed sheets were very clean so we just stayed in this room, once the smell was gone it was ok. Our room does have tattered carpeting from a previous visitors pet I’m assuming. We got a double queen suite room, but it only had one ac so we were hot most of our night. Most double rooms, from my experience, have 2 ac units. I would not suggest booking a large room because the ac unit is not enough to keep it cool. We stayed in room 102, room 106 had a dog in it that barked all hours of the day and night. Our blinds were broken from obvious previous pet, I don’t know what they had but they didn’t appreciate the room. We stay at la quintas nationwide and are rewards members but this one is not on our list to return to.

Nice pool to cool off in, but it's small and only 3-5ft deep. Room is big in a section of it, the bed room. But the couch was put in a way the pull out bed didn't work, and it was extra small. Breakfast was given but the eggs and sausage didn't have the best taste. Didn't have a waffle but other people in my group said it was good. Not a bad place for a night, any longer isn't worth staying.

Left dirty Super 8 had booked and found this. Clean, welcoming. Did accept pets but seems all La Quintas do. Nice stay.

I have stayed at many LQs all over the United States and this is the first bad review I have ever written about any of them. This hotel is DIRTY. There was mold in the ice maker, mold in our shower, mold on the shower curtain and the carpet in our room turned the bottom of my white socks black in just a few minutes. When I asked that the mold be removed from the shower they did so and replaced the shower curtain with one that had a 12" rip right across the middle. SERIOUSLY? The breakfast was the worst I have experienced ever in a hotel. I plan to return to the Knoxville area by WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Very good breakfast and pet friendly. The staff was really great and the room was very nice. I would definitely stay with them again.

We stay at these hotels because they are dog friendly but do not bring your dog to breakfast. I guess they would rather have your dog bark in their rooms instead. We have always bough our small dog to breakfast at a dog hotel. We had problems with the key the whole time we were there.

The rooms were a nice size and clean. It was quite quiet even with the kids we knew were down the hall. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was a great value.

The hotel itself is quite like the others in this chain. The people were friendly. The pool looked very old, with bare concrete everywhere, and quite cold water. The hot tub was out of order. The room was fine in all respects, clean and up-to-date. The gym was very minimal, with 3 machines, of which 2 were broken. The remote control had no batteries. Conveniently located next to the highway and a big supermarket.

I would recommend it. It's a nice place, with friendly people.

This was your typical hotel. It was near a highway, clean, and seemed new. The breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy the day I was there. And they allow pets. I'd stay here again.

Not a bad stay. I was not a fan of the room entrance with the mirror. If you open the door to let someone in who doesn’t have a key. The full wall mirror even lets people in the hallway get a full reflection of the area in your room. Room was clean enough I guess. Just maybe in need of a more thorough freshening. Rugs were looking a little dinghy. Nice breakfast area though.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. Staff was very nice. Room was great. It was quiet.

Not bad overall, but there were fleas in the room lol. All those pets they let people bring in.

Low quality hotel with rating that cheated me into this dirty low quality room. Room is dirty fridge doesn't cool well, air dryer is broken, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no soap in bathroom, no hangers of any kind in bathroom and sheets on beds are dirty.

Ok, I have been working on the road for 3 months meow and this is one of the top 3 places I have stayed at. The rooms were spotless, staff os amazing and so friendly! Cant beat this place for the price!

Clean room and Friendly staff. Dog Friendly. Breakfast was good. We had broken down from out of town and had work done on our vehicle. They let us basically check out very late — and give back our room reservation with full refund since the vehicle was fixed early. It was much appreciated.

Great place for a quick drive. Drove from Michigan to Florida. Stopped at this hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

Room was great and up to date/modern. Only issue was the small AC unit didn't cool the room well.

Staff very friendly breakfast buffet good. The man working it was very helpful. Only problem was the construction that was happening. When I got off the elevator the hall was full of furniture. My room had so much dust you could write in it.

We choose this hotel for the spa tub and pool for the kids after a long day on the road… we were very disappointed in that department. The spa tub was warm, but not hot. The Jets were weak and no bubbles. The pool was indoor and advertised as heated and was COLD! The whole pool area needed some TLC. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was great! We had a coupon from the welcome center so I was able to get a 2 bed room for $89. I would've been upset to pay full price.

Not worth $150.00 a night… although the bedding was clean. Stayed awake most of the night due to a loud, disrepectful hockey team who shared most of the whole first floor with us. When front desk was called after 3 long hours of this. She seemed to not share our concern. After all, it was just the 'hockey team! ' The party stopped only after we threatened to call police. Really?

Chose this hotel for the indoor hot tub and pool. The hot tub here does not function properly. It's hot, but the jets do not work. Was told that the general manager claims this is normal operation, which means the GM is useless and doesn't know how to upkeep the amenities of a hotel.
