We were there for a pageant. It looked really nice inside. Everyone was helpful.

We checked in and immediately saw a used dirty condom on the floor! We moved to a new room and in there was a used lube pouch as well as dirty rags still in the bathroom! This is absolutely unacceptable. The second time we told front desk and all they offered was us to leave the room for them to re clean it at 8:30 pm after 10 hour day of driving, we finally got back into our room at 9:30pm.
We would love to go stay somewhere else, but every where else is booked. Beyond pissed! Never staying here again when we visit. Moving to a new hotel for the next 3 nights of our vacation UPDATE: after the re cleaned our second room, the dirty rag was STILL on the shower rod! We will NEVER stay Radisson again. Spend your money elsewhere! We called to inform them about the rag for the last time and they had nothing else to offer to do to make this right. We went to bed pissed and uneasy knowing these simple cleaning messes were overlooked. Wonder what else they overlook or simply don’t clean.

Beautiful hotel but if your car gets broken in to they are absolutely NO help! Will NEVER stay here again!

My friend stayed here and said it was a beautiful hotel with nice service. The problem, the people at counter said had to have 70$ cash for incidentals and charged a 40$ tax fee to his card. He said he thought the breakfast was included, they still charged him for food. He asked for a refund and was denied. He booked it online and when he checked in said the desk retailer changed everything to make it more expensive and kept saying this is standard. They treated him as a idiot. Nice facility but he just wanted to see his family for thanksgiving and these people made it impossible. After the dispute, he tried checking in to over 10 different hotels in Nashville area and everyone said they were booked or made it too expensive to stay. He’s not rich, just a poor collage kid that people took advantage of. When neglected a place to stay, and trying to call around last minute and being denied over a dollar everywhere, he was forced to sleep in the local veterans hospital. Bad business and I feel bad for anyone coming through Nashville. He did manage to find a place after sleeping in a parking lot for another night. He said no matter what he tried using the online apps and calling places, the clerks just jacked up the taxes and lowered the rates. This is inhumane. I ask you where did Southern Hospitality go? After driving 17 hours who wants to argue about money? Are their any good owners left?

Reasonably priced, has all the basics with comfortable rooms. In-house menu could use some tweaking but overall satisfactory.

We stayed 4 nights here and have no complaints! Staff was friendly! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Food was good! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

The room was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and linens, plus a hair dryer and ironing board. There was a microwave and a refrigerator which were great for bringing back hot chicken leftovers! My only real complaint is that parking was very difficult, and it seemed there weren't nearly enough spots for all guests to park. There were cars parked in the grass and along curbs that made the parking lot difficult to navigate safely. That said, I would certainly stay here again and recommend it, although I might also recommend an Uber so you don't have to hunt for parking.

Decent room. Very clean but looking a little dated. Indoor pool and exercise room were nice amenities. Missing little things a newer hotel would have like USB ports for charging electronics. Towels were large and comfy, but tub was showing wear… drain was a little rusty. For the rate in this area, this is not a bad choice.

Fantastic stay after a horrible day at the airport. Adrian single handedly worked hard to improve my day after Delta Air lines treated us like dirt. Adrian went over and beyond to not only make our stay great but also to make our day a little bit brighter. He deserves high recognition for the incredible service he provides and for making this stay an absolute 5 star. The hotel itself is also very nice and clean and the restaurant downstairs is also a bonus.

Great room and view. Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to entertainment and food. Staff was great about answering questions. Check in and out was easy.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Very close to I-40, so you can get to just about anywhere in Nashville in reasonable time. Loved the indoor pool. Room was a bit overpriced for what you get, but not outrageous. Room was clean, but a fairly strong, chemical air "freshener" smell pervaded the hallways, like they were trying to cover something up. Overall, a nice overnight visit.

The Place looks clean and the employees provided great customer service. They offer long term parking for $7 per day. Better than the airport parking lot.

While staying here we dined at the in hotel restaurant and we were very well taken care of. Even though my group may have been there a little long and drank a little much the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs and food / drink orders. The rooms were clean and no noticeable dirt, mold, or dust was found in the room. I would stay here again if I go back to Nashville.

Very nice! Clean rooms, friendly service. The bar on the other hand… had to wait for a bartender, they didn't know how to make a Long Island Ice tea, had to wait for them to get a key to make change… If all u want is a beer, they can handle that.

This place is awesome! I've been on the road traveling the country for a month and this staff is the best I've seen. Hands down. Best in US. So friendly and helpful — — and not just one person — Everyone I encounter is above and beyond what you expect. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Internet is quick. Fitness Center is nice with water AND free earphones… yeah you read that right. Free. Pool looked nice too. Wish this hotel could travel with ME!

Great place to stay. Nice meal in the Bistro. And great breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean and nice. Reception staff were very helpful. I enjoyed a walk around the grounds while waiting for friends to pick me up. It was great to see green trees, flowers and best of all NO SNOW! LOVE Nashville. Happy.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to several food places all within walking distance.

They gave me a complimentary sweet! My housekeeper gave me all the coffee and tea I needed and the front desk people were super accommodating. I love the pool and I love the outdoor patio to enjoy soaking up the Sun. Finding a parking spot was never a problem and even though there wasn't a free breakfast at this hotel they had a snack bar with deli sandwiches and other cold options to buy.

The location looks plain but the rooms are well stocked and comfortable. The staff are all courteous and the shuttle driver will take you pretty much anywhere within a few miles without complaint.

Only three stars because : we only booked at this hotel so we could park there during our trip. We planned to take the shuttle they provide. We arrived and they told us they are too booked up that week to let us park there during our trip. It's a service that's part of the hotel… we only booked there because of the service… so we ended up spending $70 or something near it for parking at the airport. Room was fine. Shampoo and soap was amazing and I wish I knew what it was so I could buy some.

I am very pleased anytime I use the park & ride service! The shuttle is timely, both going to and coming from the Nashville airport. The drivers are courteous, pleasant, caring, helpful and safe drivers, especially John, Don and Jeremy. Most have been working many years, so I appreciate their camaraderie. The front desk staff is professional, empathetic, kind and excellent, too, especially Eric, Candy and Zequine; and even Cori, who is new. I recommend the Radisson’s park & ride service.

Great accommodation. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel was close to several fast food restaurants and a diner.

Nice upscale hotel. Comfortable beds. Had to get up very early so didn't get to enjoy what I am sure would have been a nice breakfast buffet. The setup looked nice at least.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… To preface, I didn't actually stay here but, having to leave straight from work to catch a flight, I had reserved parking at a hotel through a middle man website. The airport parking company was apparently supposed to send me 3 emails, but instead I only got 1. I didn't know which hotel I booked at, so I took a guess and called the Radisson. Eric was super helpful on the phone and made me less stressed and gave me the number to the parking company. They ended up being no help, and I was more panicked after talking to them. I went to the Radisson anyway, and told them on the verge of tears that I could pay to park there. The lady (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so nice and told me not to worry and I could park here, free of any additional charge. She even offered me a free drink as well, and the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes to take me to the airport. I'm so grateful and impressed with their kindness and highly recommend at least parking here!

I was made to feel very uncomfortable one morning while waiting in the lobby for the rest of my co-workers to join me so we could leave together for work. I was sitting on one of the couches and dozed off. I was woken up by the front desk clerk asking me if I thought it would be a better idea if I slept in my room. I told him no I was waiting for people to join me he then asked for my ID so he could check if I actually had a room at the hotel. After returning from the front desk very unapologetically gave me my license back. Then the same to me for what I'm not sure. There are plenty of hotels in this area to choose from I would strongly suggest avoiding the Radisson. That is unless you like to be treated like garbage then by all means stay here.

The heated pool is the perfect size with depths ranging from 3ft to 5ft on both sides (also includes handicap/senior chair for entry). Sky lights and a large amount of windows make it feel like summer all year long. Connected is a well stocked workout room. There is a business center and restaurant on the main floor as well. The room service food does leave something to be desired, however the order was accurate, priced very fairly and arrived in a timely manor. The main floor had updated decor. The rooms, not so much but they were in good working condition. The beds were very firm which was to my liking and included plush linins and down pillows. Customer service was friendly and the nightly price was mid-range.

Pretty good. Room could use an update, but it wasn't too bad. I got a good night's sleep and there were a couple places to eat nearby.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week and it was REMARKABLE! There is a complimentary luxury shuttle, my driver was John (Mercedes Sprinter) and the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. The front desk personnel were AMAZING! Cori and Grace were friendly and professional making sure every detail of a smooth check-in took place. Later that evening, I needed items from Walgreens and Anson, another team member jumped right into action and took me. The property is clean, beautiful decor, and has an indoor heated pool. The conference rooms are spacious and have state of the art technology. Our dinner was catered daily and the food was PHENOMENAL. Eman, another outstanding staff member, attended to each of our dining needs. She too, like everyone else I encountered and mentioned made this stay fantastic. If you're in the Nashville area, this hotel will not disappoint. The rates were awesome, my bed was SUPER comfortable, the guests rooms were spacious and they even have room service. The restaurant catered our dinner nightly but I also had breakfast one morning and it was delicious like every meal during my stay. Keep up the FANTABULOUS work!

Nice folks at check in. Room was nice, bathroom are not "to small" they're exactly like you'd expect a bathroom to look like if you've ever stayed in a hotel. Got a non-smoking room, it didn't smell like smoke. House keeping does a great job. Gym is nice, pool is nice. Gotta say we're pretty happy with our stay.

I am booked here for 10 days. Im on day 6 and everything has been great! Had a minor problem with the room but it was fixed immidiately and they even offered to move me if I still wasn't satisfied, all was well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and lounge are great. Housekeeping is superb! I recommend this hotel with confidence.

The rooms are a good size and the hotel is in an area with a lot of stuff near by you can walk to. There is a shuttle that will take you to the airport. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people in the room next to you.

Close to the airport and convenient to Opry Mills Shopping Center. Rooms were neat but the food in the restaurant was terrible. Didn't think you could mess up breakfast.

Room 307 is awful. Right after you walk off the elevator onto the room floors, you can tell the hotel needs to be demolished and redone from the ground up. The smell that comes from every wall, carpet and bed reeks of smoke, chemicals and no telling what else. When you walk in your room, the outdated appliances, bathroom attire and beds make you feel uncomfortable. I had the room set to 68° F, but the room never cooled below 74° F. So if you enjoy filthy floors that turn your socks black, cigarette smelled rooms covered up with some awful smelling chemicals and who knows what else is crawling in the rooms, this is your place to stay. My company makes me stay here, so I had no choice but to suck it up and stay here. I would never stay at a dump like this on my own time!

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. The checkin process was different from previous experiences, as we had to wait for the room to be cleaned and were not given a concrete check in time. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience at the Radisson. I was there for a work training class and things went great. They supplied plenty of coffee and breakfast treats, and the room was very clean and accommodating. Parking was not a problem either. We did not use the internet but the times I did to check email and things, I did not have problems. All in all, a great experience.

Nice hotel for the money. The room could have used some corner cleaning TLC, but it was clean otherwise and a nice layout. The staff was great and amenities great for our family.

The room was nice and clean. There was a mini fridge and a microwave and plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant has tasty food. The staff were friendly and helpful and addressed me by name.

Ended up with a handy cap room low water flow out of the shower and it never really got hot just kinda warm but a lot near by! Nice pool indoor, sundeck out back.

Very happy with our stay here. Never once heard a plane or room neighbors or even anyone in the hallway and we were right beside the elevator! Smart hotel builders place the sitting room by the hallway and the bedroom behind it. The hotel was very clean. Of course, didn't get to enjoy the pool (as at any hotel) due to a lot of screaming kids, so are waiting to find a hotel with an adult only pool. Lol
And the gentleman waiting tables at the breakfast buffet on Saturday was very nice and jovial. Good place to stay!

Great food and comfortable rooms! Transportation on the weekends can be a bit of a hassle if you don't have a car. Be ready to uber or cab it if needed!

Our rooms was nice, clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the pool. Easy breezy check in and departure. Overall we enjoyed all services rendered. We also visited the bar and had some tasty daiquiri ' s.

Fabulous stay. The staff accommodated our every need. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a suite, and felt more like an apartment than a hotel. It's a small thing, but the elevator impressed me. I stay in a lot of hotels. Going to the 7th floor was quicker than hoping to the third in some other hotels.

I would not recommend this hotel for the price. We arrived with an infant and were placed in a room next to a party that was extremely loud. When we requested to be move, they down-graded us from a suite to a standard room. The manager said he would refund us some of the cost, but would not tell us exactly how much or when he would reduce the price. We asked the next day and the front desk agent eventually figured out that he was supposed to give us $50 off (total). Personally, that didn't seem like enough for a downgrade and inconvenience. Fast-forward to the following Friday, and my account showed that I was actually over-charged $50 from the originally cost of $509.18 that was supposed to be reduced by $50. So instead of reducing the cost of our room they just charged me more for a downgraded room. Not to mention, the communication between the front desk agent and manager was horrible. The front desk agent had no idea that we were supposed to receive $50 off our room. Overall, the whole experience was stressful.

We had our Johnson Cousins' reunion here over July 4th weekend and everyone had a great time. Amy Alerlouf in Sales was wonderful to work with. Brooke and all of the Front Desk staff were awesome.
We are now back in Nashville a month later and of course staying here again. The room sizes and beds are extremely comfortable. We had previously stayed downtown at the Indigo Hotel which is also very nice, but the staff, convenience and affordable rates at the Radisson Nashville Airport can't be beat! We recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Nashville. Thank you for a great stay both times… and many more to come.

We stayed at the radisson hotel for a night and our stay was very good. The room was clean or all good. The breakfast buffet costs $9.50 per person.

Meh, it was ok. Decent enough as a normal hotel.

I had a very short, one night stay, but it was pleasant. Friendly people, good dining experience, and quiet, comfortable sleep.

1. I lived on the 7th floor suite, the room smells moldy. 2. I asked for slipper it takes the longest time to deliver. 3. It's so so noisy here… There are noise inside the room, airplane noise, even sounds like around the room! Honestly, I want to change a room! I changed to the 5th floor which is much quite. The staff was nice though!

Older establishment that has experienced some wear and tear. The staff makes up for the comfort of the rooms.

On arrival, we were assigned a room a few yards from a very loud construction site next to our room. Called the front desk, and we were moved to another room. Tried to turn on the TV in the new room and it did not work. Called the front desk. Repairman sent to the room and had to remove the TV from the wall and replace the big screen. This went on for about 1 1/2 hours. Staff should be aware of issues like this before assigning rooms. Nice hotel overall, but for $ 200 + per night I expect better. Great bed and pillows.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price I was able to book it for. The staff was very professional and this hotel has the fastest elevators I've ever been on! Seriously, hang on! The only negative was that the indoor pool was not heated the weekend I stayed, although they did say someone was coming to work on that.

The rooms are usually very nice, there are plenty of options in the area for food, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem that I had was that the noise from the room next to mine was bleeding through the connecting door all night.

This is our third stay. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very nice. We choose not to eat from the restaurant because we can eat a much better breakfast for less than $9/ person. The pool was warmer than usual!

Nice, micro/fridge in room, 6 min from BNA and offers a bus service to downtown for $10.00 round trip. This FA gives 4.5 stars! There are no sleep number beds at this one, I think they have done a remodel ;) — m.

Great hote. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. There is a bar and restaurant inside and a food store at the front desk. The room have nice beds and decor.

This place is ok. The room is very nice. The curtains seem to make it pretty dark. However, they do NOT have breakfast. If I had known this I would not have chosen this place. No wonder the Holiday Inn Express was full. They charge an extra $25 to your credit card in case you order room service and don't pay I suppose. These two things are deal breakers for me. I will NEVER return here.

I had an average stay here, but it was Nouk in the restaurant that made my experience much different than others. He understands the importance of making customers want to come back in the future. I will definitely return next time I'm in town. Thanks, Nouk.

I want to start out by saying that I loved our stay, loved the area and actually was impressed with our check in process. But I must mention what I went through upon checking out. At check in on Saturday evening the young lady was very pleasant. She advised me of everything that I needed to know, (lounge hours, breakfast buffet hours etc. ) She told me that " my rate included the breakfast buffet". I mentioned this to my wife and we both decided that we would stay at the property on our next visit as well. Before checking out on Sunday morning we had breakfast, our server asked if it would be one check or two? I told him that we were guest of the hotel and that the breakfast was included. He indicated that we needed the voucher that the hotel provided. I went to the front desk to get the voucher and was told that my rate did not include breakfast. I told the young lady that upon our check in I had been told that it did include it. I asked if she could look to see who checked me in on Saturday and she said that it was her who had checked me in. I then told her that if that was the case then it was you who told me. She looked at the reservation and told me that since I had booked through Hot Wire that my reservation did not qualify. I told her that when I checked in maybe she didn't look at my reservation closely at that time but that she had indeed told me that. I then told her that I had no problem paying for our meal but I do know what I was told.

First they lost our reservation. Then they charged me an additional $282 after I had paid for my room in full month prior. Now they will not answer the phone. The costumer service here is terrible. The room is fine but this has been the biggest pain and I can't even reach them to get my money back that they should not of charged me. I will not be staying at a Radisson ever again.

Our sleep number bed was a malfunctioning piece of shittake mushroom. I had to haul the dusty inflation unit out from under the bed and beat it into submission, only to have it go into vapor lock mode again minutes later. Aside from this, the room was good. Older hotel with attempts at a newer feel. Fresh paint in hallways, but once inside our room the entire air conditioner frame was separating from our wall unit until I kicked it back into place. Yuck. The front desk girl as we were checking in was a syrupy and seductive southern beauty, with impossibly long eyelashes and creamy skin. This had nothing to do with our stay, but was worth noting. Be careful not to become lost in the dark pools of her eyes, should you choose to stay here.

I needed a place to stay at 1:00a. M. And they were the only ones who were willing to pick me up from the airport. The lady at the desk was really nice and helped me out. The food was great and the bed was real comfortable. Thank you Radisson, you guys are life savers.
