My sister and I took a trip and when we arrived there was sex toys in the drawer and when we took them to the office the clerk laughed and switched rooms. Then the new room had black nasty slimy stuff under the toilet rim. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Our trip to Hawaii was canceled due to Corvid last year so we rebook to Nashville. Staying at Best Western Suits near Opryland. Check-in was fantastic clerk kept us laughing the entire time. Great continental breakfast coffee, danish. Housekeeping staff are fantastic. Room beautiful This Motel location is perfect easy to get anywhere in the city.

I'm sitting in the car for 2hours bc the clerk wouldn't let me check in until after 3pm. Customers without a reservation are being checked into rooms immediately upon arrival. This is terrible customer service and no excuses can be made for it.

Clean, nice staff, very close to many places.

Covid is everywhere and has now hit my family. Praying for your family and mine that our family and friends are healed. And I am also boycotting Best Western hotel chain as they refused to cancel my reservation for this weekend when I told them a family member that was to come with us has tested positive for Covid. I understand it was a prepaid non refundable rate but charging my credit card as I was on hold asking if I could cancel due to the circumstances pushed me over the edge!
Gaylord Opryland hotel however was very helpful and nicely refunded my Christmas Event tickets after I explained the situation even though I did not purchase the cancellation protection w the tickets.

Very clean. Front desk were helpful and nice. Beds were comfy, room was clean. No breakfast at all. They had juice and coffee with little cinnamon rolls. I understand why tho.

Me and my daughter Violet and my older son stayed for three days and I can’t Thank then enough for how awesome they were to us. The sweet lady who made the breakfast every day was super sweet and breakfast was awesome. The best sausage gravy too. The Front desk was super friendly and took care of needs ASAP. The airport shuttle drivers were super nice and sweet and helpful.
I just can’t tell you how much they all made me feel comfortable and like family.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. We have come back to this exact location many times.

Ok so this is the second time I’ve gone out of town and I’ve been highly disappointed about the service at a hotel! Best Western near Orpyland Suites was suggested by our President as one of the hotels near by if the host hotel was full. After driving 8 hrs I never thought I would have to deal with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior by the hotel staff! My mom, sister and I checked in with no issues and was given a room (220) and immediately upon checking the beds noticed a bed bug! So we went downstairs and informed the manager and he dismissed the bed bug claim but gave us a new room. Ok no issue we took the keys and said thank you. I went to inspect the new room and it was disgusting! The sheets were dirty and the bathroom so my sister called downstairs and asked for housekeeping and fresh sheets! The manager came upstairs and handed us fresh sheets and informed us we had to make our own beds because we didn’t clarify on the phone we wanted our room re-cleaned and sheets changed and said housekeeping left at 4:30 however it was only 3:30

Front desk attendant was very rude. Didn’t seem to want to wait on customers. The refrigerator in room was broken. Bathtub was a problem. Hair dryer was a mess. The breakfast food was not where you sit for breakfast. The location is ok. It’s really the farthest from Opryland area. The Kleenex was used in my room.

Booked the room for 4 nights and paid $593 at check in for those night. Then 3 of those nights had air conditioner problems. First two nights the gave me a credit of $75 then the next night they tell me to bad can't issue you another credit. So paid nearly $600 to have one good night without problems and that's all they can say. Even filed complaint with main headquarters. Never Again, very disappointed being this was a out of state vacation.

We had and awesome stay here the staff was so friendly especially Renee she was fixing breakfast this morning and so friendly anything we needed she got it and was even suggesting things to fix I will stay here again when get back to Nashville.

My girlfriend and I have never been to Nashville. We choose this hotel out randomly and boy were we lucky. This location is basically across the street from the Grand old Opry, a 20 minute drive from a majority of the city we wanted to explore. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful when we had questionsWe arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and they allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious clean and looked recently renovated. The bathroom didn't have a fan. Not really complaint just an odd thing we noticed. The continental breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of options. All in all when I go back to Nashville I am staying in this hotel. The staff has earned my return patronage and should be commended for their great jobs.

We booked this hotel several months ago. Upon receiving the reminder email about our stay it says our rate is 100$ more. Even tho we changed the dates the employee of best western told us our rate would be the same as our original date. We have tried contacting Tara the manager several times and she has not emailed us back. The only answer we have gotten is the rate is higher because the dates were changed. The employee told us the rate would be the same therefore they need to refund the extra money.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food choices for breakfast were excellent no matter what you require. Would stay again if we return to area. Good value for the money. Only negative would be bathroom needs a vent fan… stayed on 4th floor. Very quiet.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. A good 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. Front desk personnel are much to be desired. They do not explain how their shuttle van works and when you ask they look at you as if you should know. In the evenings it appears there is only one person at the front desk so if you needed the use of the shuttle even it is questionable. Last night of stay called for wake up call and there was no answer even after calling several times. Finally had to go down physically to find attendant outside enjoying the evening and finally asked for the wake up call which we never received. More training and staff is needed for your front desk because they are who represents your hotel!

My wife and I needed a place to stay for her work. We came in a day early and found Best Western. We had a room the next two nights at a Marriott, and the Best Western blew it out of the water! The staff is great, rooms are clean, and an overall great experience! Whenever we visit Nashville we will use Best Western.

I prepaid through Priceline and they failed to see that so charged by debit card again for the stay — total of $337 which was all of my spending money for the only vacation I could take this year (and only 2 days) — so when I brought it to their attention they said it would be reversed in 3-5 days and instead when I called to follow up after 5 days they again made an error and told me they never actually processed the refund so I have to wait another 3-5 days. When I tried to …express my discontent and that I should be getting a refund for my night’s stay too for basically ruining my vacation and all the inconvenience of incurring bank fees and having to transfer money to cover finances the manager’s response was “you’ll get your refund” and hung up on me. Never did I get an apology or acknowledgement of not only one major error but then another! Here I am moving in a week and still waiting for my money to be refunded. And they could give a rat’s ass. Never again. The manager’s name was Tarra or something and honestly should be fired. I should be getting at least a 50% refund for one of my night’s for all this incompetence, rudeness, and inconvenience.

Booked this room because it is close to the airport and has an airport shuttle. First, the room is nice and clean but it's RIDICULOUSLY HOT, we've had the air set at 60 for over 2 hours and it's STILL not below 85. Front desk was kind enough to provide us another room. Second, they notified us at check in that all water will be shut off for a couple hour's today. Why couldn't they discuss this with us at the time of booking yesterday? Last and final straw, the airport shuttle isn't complimentary. It's $15/person, this too was not disclosed until after we checked in. There are 4 of us so that's an additional $60 plus a tip. Instead, we're using a local cab company and they're providing a van for $24 plus a tip for all 4 of us…

My family enjoys staying at Best Western. It is reliable, reasonably priced, has a nice breakfast and pool area. We can always count on them to give high value for the dollar.

Not what I expected. Not happy. Dark. Thought we were getting a king suite. NO king and no suite! AGAIN NOT HAPPY. If you are looking for vacation nice. This isn't it. Looks like 70-80's rooms. Yuk.

This hotel is nice, rooms were clean and large. The big issue is sound travels through the walls and ceilings pretty easily. Also the AC unit in the room was very loud. If your a light sleeper you might get woken up often.

Nice place. Usually overpriced but we got a good deal during this stay. They offer a shuttle ride to downtown Nashville which is great. We did not use it as it was raining but would stay here again knowing that is an option. Breakfast was good. Clean place and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel and excellent location. Needs just a little more lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and so were the staff.

The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had biscuits and gravy which my daughter loved. Within five minutes of the mall. Wish there were more quick bite eats that weren't located in the mall. All in all great price and great stay.

Clean and quite. Comfortable beds nice business center. The Lady manager here is amazing she was very sweet, helpful, and knew alot about the town. Def recommend this place if your in the area.

Nice, basic hotel with hot breakfast. Parking easy and free and close proximity to Opry. Beds and pillows great and spacious room with desk and couch, friendly staff. Downside was some lax housekeeping issues, a jetted tub that was no longer jetting etc.

The hotel was amazing. Got a suite with a jacuzzi tub. Everything in the room worked and was clean. The staff was friendly. Wish tbere were a couple more towels! Overall great stay and will be my go to hotel when I stay in Nashville.

The hotel is clean and modern. The room has an area for work, along with a mini-fridge, microwave, and keriug which I find helpful when traveling. I made multiple reservations paid in full, however they charged us twice for one of the rooms at check-in and attempted to do the same with another. They did, however, remedy the situation right away and the credit went back to our account the next day.

I really enjoyed staying at this Best Western hotel in Nashville while I attended a conference. They had the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in at a hotel, and I loved the flatter style pillows. As with most hotels, the noise from the room Heat/AC units cycling through is always an issue. Not the case here as the quiet clicking noise did not wake me at all, and I was able to get very restful sleep. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was great in keeping me supplied with an adequate coffee supply. I had all the necessary amenities I needed for my 4 day stay and felt very comfortable and safe. Very practical hotel and well worth the cost. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it!

Staff very friendly and helpful to direct us to a near by rib place Martins a couple blocks from Broadway. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome breakfast. Saw some water on bathroom floor around toilet, maintenance was there in a few minutes and cleaned it up and tightened a couple bolts and all was good for our stay. Enjoyed our stay and our visit to Nashville.

We had a reservation for a wheelchair accessible shower room we called them directly — we have found that works better than through a central booking agent. We get there and they remembered speaking with my husband but they were sorry they gave our room away. They had a handicap room and could put a shower chair in the tub. We took it because no other hotel had rooms left. When they brought up the shower chair it did not fit in the tub. No manager on premises so no one could authorize a discount or refund our money. Just so you know if you have special needs they don't care.

It was a nice hotel for the price. Clean, nothing fancy but offered a continental breakfast, had a one cup Kerig in the room. Didn't care for the dark roast coffee but they may have other. Only two frowns were 1) Not sure if it was due to being part of a package deal but rules said they could substitute my requested King room for two doubles (which they did) and while it is always my responsibly to read the fine print, I just wish it were made to stand out a bit more to avoid the surprise for those who miss that particular detail. 2) The toilet is obnoxiously loud and would not always use enough water to actually flush the paper. Nothing a reasonable person can't deal with given the savings over other places.

Good experience. I looked for an affordable room and this was it! I was not disappointed. Clean. Large room. We didn't use pool, but looked clean. Nice continental breakfast. Desk staff helpful. The shuttle service to downtown is an outside vendor and I didn't see any advertisement, but I had read online reviews and found out about it there. You MUST use the shuttle. It is worth it. No need to stay downtown if you use the shuttle. I didn't rate it higher only because it is no frills, basic hotel. Nothing wrong with that. I would stay here again because the prices elsewhere in Nashville are so high.

Breakfast disaster! Stick around to the end of the review, because our experience got progressively worse. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was fine, although the faucet had a leak. We informed the manager upon arrival that the faucet was leaking. He told us he'd try to fix it and if he couldn't he'd turn it over to maintenace. When we returned a bit later, we saw that someone had been messing with it, but it was leaking soon again. Oh well, we wrapped a towel around it and forgot about it. The real reason for this review is the laughable fiasco that is the included hot breakfast. The quality of the food is pretty ordinary hot breakfast fare for many hotels, nothing special, but not bad. We stayed here for two nights. The first morning, we tried to get a quick breakfast as we were in a hurry to get out the door. There were so many people trying to get breakfast at once that you could barely move through the small dining room. I grabbed a cup of coffee and quickly gave up on the idea of grabbing anything else. The room is too small for the volume of people trying to get breakfast, so I could see this happening over and over again. The hotel needs to reconfigure this area to allow for the volume of guests trying to take advatage of the breakfasts they paid for. The second morning was the real fiasco. We went down for breakfast around 7:30am, and found that it was crowded again although not as bad as the day before.

We stayed May 2nd through May 5th. The hotel was clean and the staff was most helpful and courteous. However, one desk person on the evenings of May 4th and 5th was extremely rude and arrogant to a guest from Denmark. I was in the lobby and witnessed the exchange. She was asking for change to use the washing machine. He told her to walk to another hotel and ask them. As she was leaving he swore and then loudly announced that he needed a cigarette. He left his post, walked outside, and stood by the front doors smoking. He needs to be reprimanded or fired (in my opinion).

Accommodations were adequate for our stay. Price was a bit higher than expected, especially during construction. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For the most part our stay was great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the shower was hot. They have a good bit of renovations going on, so there is construction dust. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was not good. The biscuits were hard, the gravy bland, the cereal dispenser crushed the cereal, and the waffles were watery. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Clean hotel. Okay breakfast. Not a good place to stay if you want to sleep in. Cleaning staff knocked on all the doors at 830 in the morning the start cleaning rooms. Way before checkout time. Not cool. Gym is a typical hotel gym: some cheap cardio stuff and some simple cables set up. There is a sauna, which is the reason for one of those stars… Overall, sleep is most essential need for a hotel, so I was highly disappointed with the uninvited 830 wake ups… especially on a Saturday morning…

The hotel was clean, easy to find but not enough front parking. Staff was cordial and breakfast was good but missed it the 2nd morning because they shut down at precisely 9:30, lock you out of dining area. My biggest complaint was the fact that I left my phone charger and long cord in the room. I realized it after we were 400 miles away so I called to ask if they would mail it. Now, I realize this was my mistake so I was more than willing to pay for shipping but the front desk told me it would be a $30 flat fee to mail it. Seriously? I feel like $30 is just taking advantage of a customer's mistake. I know it would cost no more than $10, probably 5.95 to mail so this was very disappointing. The lady that answered my call was professional but did not offer any type of assistance other than the $30 fee. So I guess someone at the hotel got a new I phone charger. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me.

Close to everything within Nashville's reach location awsome. Manager's day shift Carleton was very disrespectful. Melissa and Cullen were very professional. Rooms clean. Complimentary breakfast good.

Hotel was very clean. I did read there was lady bugs on the ceiling, and there was but they were harmless. Another little thing is the toilet paper was cheap, and not soft. If I had known I would have brought my own. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Booked through Pricelines name your price and we weren't disappointed. Good room. No issues. They were even doing some renovation on the outside and it caused no problems.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was acceptable. Then why a one star? The front desk. My wife had a conference at OpryLand and we came a few days early to enjoy Nashville. Check in time is scheduled for 3 pm and we got to the hotel at 2 pm hoping to check in early. But the front desk clerks had to look up from playing on their cell phones and said that we could not check in early because the room was not ready yet. Okay, so the next day the cleaning crew is knocking on our door at 8:30 am to clean the room. The next four days the cleaning crews were gone by 2 pm. We had two sets of registrations (one for her work and one personal) and we asked if we could stay in the same room and not have to move to a different room. The same two at the front desk said that we would need to check out by noon and then check in at 3 pm. Two days later we asked an evening front desk clerk if we could stay in the same room and she said, “No problem. We do this all the time. ” Upon checking out, the same lady who first checked us in was back at the desk and would not give me a receipt for the room because I did not have the credit card (it was a company card that the travel department uses) that paid for the room. All the years my wife has traveled this has never been an issue. When I asked why, the clerk said credit card security. I said don’t print the card number. She said she could not print it without it. I suggested to black it out. She refused.
