House keeping is horrible. I had been gone for 4 hours to return and the door was opened. Luckily nothing was missing. The toilet had blood on it. A stream of blood. My sheets had blood spots on them. The front office “remedy “ was to give me $20. I don’t know it housekeeping was bleeding it what.

Rooms very clean enough towels for bathing coffee also available in rooms.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. We were even running late for breakfast and they made sure that we got anything that we needed. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Super nice place for the location on this particular side of town. Your options are somewhat limited being so close to the airport suprisingly. The Staff is great and everyone is super friendly. Decent breakfast options as well and some vending machines on site. Down the street a decent over-priced Mexican restaurant is within walking distance. This hotel is across the street from Kenworth or MHC.

Not fancy but a great hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, room was quiet. What more could you ask for?

Decent hotel. Clean rooms, a pool (open from 9am to 9pm), a laundry room is on the second floor, parking and your rooms are gated. Very nice employees, service was excellent.

Great place! Really valuable. Good area, pool, breakfast, friendly staff, large rooms and free parking. What more can you expect? Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Memphis. Read a lot of reviews about many places and I'm really happy about this place.

There was nothing wrong with the room, everything was clean and comfortable. But when we tried to check out early in the morning in order to make our flight, the front doors were locked. The only employee in the lobby was on his phone and I was having a hard time getting his attention. After he seemingly ignored my attempt to get his attention, I tried to open the doors, to which he loudly and rudely shouted "Its locked! Can't you see the doors are locked? Just leave your card out there. " I don't care how comfortable my room was when the only employee I "spoke" with was as incredibly rude as he was.

Loren is awesome and provides the best customer service. The rooms are avg. And doable for short stays near the airport. The room was clean but did smell a little musty. My rating is higher because of Loren at the front desk. Just a very kind and helpful person.

I stayed at this hotel on 3/30/2018 and checked out on April 1st on the ride home my husband complained saying his thumb was itching really bad. We looked at it and discovered to little bite marks on it but we didn't think to much of it. When he woke up this morning we noticed that it was swollen. We then realized that a spider had bitten him at the hotel. I called them to inform them of the issue the first person I talked to was rude. I asked for the manager and he said she will be in at 9:30 am I called at 9:30 the manager wasn't there. L explained the situation to the clerk she said let me check to see if the manager is here she back to the phone and that she isn't here but I'll take down your information and have her call you back. Well I called back at 10:30 and she still wasn't there. I called back at 1:00 and she still isn't there and has yet to call me back. I feel like this is an important issue and it needs to be addressed. Mrs. Rutledge.

Really nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was also a hot breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here.

My hisband and I truley enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. It's very nice and clean.

It's okay. Just for one night. Our hotel phone started ringing at 3am and wouldn't stop until we unplugged it which was creepy and weird. Definitely just a pit stop.

Great staff, excellent continental breakfast (fresh and as good as it can be). Close to airport, noise level is tolerable. Close to most attractions but far enough away to escape. Would recommend.

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. If we need a hotel in the future, this is where we will stay. Everyone there are great. Clean friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me.

Very neatly kept hotel. The room came with a fridge and they served breakfast. The location was also convenient since it was by the airport.

Great clean place. Been here for 5 days while my truck. Was broke down. My room is super clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Gate around building (got to have room key to get in parking lot) breakfast is hot and alot of different items. Def the nicest Quality inn I have stayed at.

The hotel itself is very nice. The people are extremely friendly. But you are exactly in the best part of town.

T is a shame that a company as big as Choice Hotels, would spin there recent ad campaign that allowed you to qualify for a free night, if you had 2 qualified stays in one of their properties. MAKE sure first that you follow all the rules exactly before you begin. I followed the rules. I had several qualified stays over 15 nights while traveling. The bigger problem turned out that If you choose to stay in rooms that cost around 90 dollars a night, they only allow you to get the free night as a much less quality of 50 to 65.00 per night property. That’s just not right, and it is false advertising. Shame on you Choice Hotels. Now for the rest of my review on this property. Internet was awful and kept disconnecting. Not a good place to stay if you work online. First time I have stayed in a neighborhood where the parking lot is gated for security. Great staff at this location.

Nice rooms, found one bug that freaked the wife out but other than that everything was awesome.

Friendly and helpful staff met me as I arrived to check in. The rooms are spacious and inviting. This is an older hotel that has been updated fairly recently, and they did a great job. Secure parking is a plus. Would stay again when flying out from Memphis.

Clean, smells fresh, good service.

Kind of a scary place, but the staff was great and the rooms were clean and very nice… The gate to keep crazy people out… Or in depending on which side they were on, even those were nice… If you need an early am shuttle, this is not the place for you… Theirs starts at 8 am.

Lovely service from the front desk — there were some issues finding our booking and they kindly gave us compensation for the delay. Great rooms — clean, large, modern.

Overall a good experience. The room was nice, and I didn't notice anything wrong with it. It was kind of close to the road, but it wasn't that bad.

Parking is limited and tight but it's a nice hotel with nice rooms.

Ran out of pillows. The breakfast was decent, I liked it. Other than that the staff was nice but beware of the housekeeping lol theyre always on time for 11 o'clock checkouts.

Fairly nice hotel, room was clean but notice their was some bed bugs and also a wet spot on the pillow. The bed was lumpy and hard. I could hear car doors and guest coming and leaving, also guest upstairs and next door; other than that a fairly nice hotel.

A beautiful hotel. Very modern very clean they just have this strange gate for parking not a big fan of that. Continental breakfast friendly service and staff high speed internet it's wonderful Hotel just remove that gate the gate isn't bad they just have a really hard way of opening it they should have some sort of key that you can just press like a garage door.

Location was a little weird and scarry. They have fencedfenced in parking though.

Rooms are big and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, breakfast was more than expected.

Just read on facebook where a family with a service dog was denied a room here even though reservation was made and dog was acknowledged! A veteran with his wife and 3 children! Shame on Best Western! Memphis Police had to come and tell the clerk that they were indeed breaking the law and without corporate office getting involved, the "Executive Inn" would have denied a veteran with a service dog and a family a room! Staff need to be trained properly in ALL locations! Serious lawsuit will be the ultimate result of horrible training of staff!

The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are not very comfortable and the noise from airplanes in the early hours are a nuisance. You can here people arriving at 2:30 in the morning, horns going off from people going in and out of their vehicles. Sound proofing would be a great asset to this facility.

I checked into my room and as I prepared to lay down I notice little bugs on the pillow. It was bed bugs I was disgusted. The towels I had were filthy and no one was at the front desk to replace my towels. Horrible service.

The cleaning of the first floor does not change the bed linen the bathrooms very dirty.

I have to say that the staff at this motel go overboard to fix any problems you may encounter. My daughter's flight was delayed and she was stuck on her airplane unable to call and change her reservation. Even though she didn't get to the hotel until the next day at 10:00 AM they still honored her reservation and let her have the room for the next night. I have never received this type of service anywhere else we have ever traveled and we travel extensively.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, nice and plenty of room. Staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. Plan on staying here for years to come. Great breakfast and continuously replenished. Thank you to the staff and management for making our stay great and making us feel very welcome.
