Kind staff, great rooms, amazing service, and a good view :)

Has a broken window at the top floor. Do not recommend. Birds flew in and ate my whole breakfast.

The rooms were dirty and smelled bad.
The manager was rude.
The airconditioner was not working.
The hotel should be closed.

It was nice. The folks were very helpful.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would. No complaints about the staff, but let’s just say my original had a leak from the sprinkler system that caused a shortage in the thermostat. Okay they moved rooms (a lower level room when our original was much higher), but that’s not even a concern. The sprinkler was still leaking and there’s no telling if that would’ve caused an electrical fire. A BIG safety hazard not just for the people in my room, but the entire building. Then we get to our new room and I find a tick on the shower curtain after I got out! There’s no telling if that was the only one either, just the one I saw. The hotel set up and rooms were decent, but obviously there’s a cleaning and or pest problem that’s being ignored!

Recently stayed at the Hilton Memphis and they have incorrectly charged my card twice now and despite showing proof of their mistake, refuse to refund the amount. I have repeatedly spoken directly with and left messages for the Glen the GM, Tom a sales rep, and even spoke to someone named Beverly Dailey who found the situation funny instead of trying to rectify the issue. I’m not even asking for a full refund of a terrible experience, I’m just asking for the balance owed to me.

The parking lot is dimly lit and felt unsafe especially with the weird police surveillance tower which to me indicates a high crime area. There is only one washer and dryer for the 20+ floors which is located by some old unused elevators. The temperature in the rooms does not get cooler than 65 on the thermostat however there is no way the temperature went under 70. The elevators work slowly or maybe one is down because it takes a long time. I work nights and it's my companies fault for booking this hotel because they should have chosen something perhaps smaller or where the rooms/doors are more separate for us that sleep during the day. It was a very busy and somewhat very noisey. The staff however was extremely courteous and very sweet.

The service to the guests during Covid was ridiculous. We needed towels, trash can liners, and tissue and could NOT get anyone to care. Very difficult to have a week long stay w this foolishness. Staff rude and Spent more time telling us what they could not do.

So friendly and pet friendly as well we enjoyed it.

My husband and I married here in June of 2019! We were able to experience the 11 million dollar upgraded facility, honeymoon suite and excellent staff. Anything you need taken care of at the Memphis location— don’t hesitate to contact Tameka Davis, as she was very helpful to this bridezilla.

Great staff, nice hotel, newly Renovated.

Food serving is poor. They put creamer but no coffee. No avail water refill. They served dessert before the main course. In totality the crew was very inefficient. We have our Christmas party there last Dec. 22nd I will never recommend this place for a party.

The location and aesthetics were very good. Great place to host events.

The staff was unbelievably rude, barely enough walking space in room, and ROACHES!

They do not have handicap rooms available. We requested handicap on our reservation but at check in we were told that the hotel is renovating all handicap rooms. Why not notify customers before driving 10 hours that grandma can’t take a shower without risking her life! So disappointing.

Always a great stay, great rooms, close to the airport and other things (restaurants, stores, etc. ), but most of sl the staff is warm and welcoming.

Clean room, delicious buffet breakfast, very friendly staff provided excellent service. Housekeeping quickly brought me more towels and a hair dryer upon request. Our server, Shannon, was very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to be around.

Stayed here for a family reunion the staff was fine & helpful but the hotel had issues. The continental breakfast was good. There were several reunions going on this weekend and the elevators mostly only 1 of the 4 was working so it took forever to go from the lobby to your home. Then there problems with the escalators & a couple of people had minor injuries because of it. Lastly for the cost of the rooms I expected to have a mini fridge & microwave but we didn't.

Beautiful Room… The wasn't much to look at but the whole wall was a window… Simply beautiful… I went to my prom here in 1998, surprisedly it was still clean and well kept up. I had breakfast the next morning and the staff was soooo nice… Thank you guys for a wonderful stay. I will return.

My rating was a 4 until my second night of stay. The pricing is GREAT. The hotel is in a GREAT area with lots of food places around. When checking in the room the bathroom smelled like old urine and there was hair in the tub and on the walls of the tub. I left a note for house keeping. Housekeeping did come clean the toilet and it smelled great but the same piece of hair was in the same exact spot. Where it is now on the wall in ROOM 1509. During the first night of stay I noticed the TV had a line in it and it was fuzzy while it was on. When I woke up I had two bites on my ankle but I bypassed it because I didn’t know if I got it from the bed or when I was out. They do have the best bed I’ve ever slept in tho. Second night of stay my significant other rubbed my feet before bed. We were watching a movie and the TV kept losing service/going black with a box saying no service for periods of time which made me lose my mind so I just fell asleep. In the middle of the night I woke up because my foot was hurting. Come to find out something bit my foot again. The overall stay was good until something constantly keep biting me.

As we were lugging all of our stuff into the hotel, a woman in a car approached us begging for money with her children in the car. We reported it to the front desk attendant who was very nice and stated she would call security. We made our way into the elevator which creaked and moaned and the floor gave way as you entered it. We finally made it to our room with the anticipation of lying in a comfy bed to watch a movie and the bed bounced as you lied down and you could hear the springs creak. The TV was old with lines running all up and down the picture. The decorations and aesthetic may have been nice in 2003 but this is 2018 and this is supposed to be The Hilton, not Hampton Inn by Hilton. The decor is overall a confused mix of 1980s red and yellow light decor meets hippie flower carpet and modern clean lined funiture. It makes absolutely no sense and it looks tacky. Additionally, as the night went on we could hear people talking, what sounded like stomping above us, somebody was smoking weed and then somebody shouting and yelling for someone to get out. All we wanted was a clean, updated room with a nice bed, a working flat screen TV and respectful clientele. I suggest you go elsewhere and let’s hope Memphis gets some better quality hotels in the near future… because it’s slim pickings out there.

I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2003 and today I have received the worst customer service ever. An incident happened at the Memphis Hilton East on Dec. 30, 2017 and I was told once management was in place I would receive a follow-up phone call to address my concerns. I called on July 5, 2018 to only discover that a report had never been made, so a file was created and I was directed to contact the property. I called the property on July 5th and left a detailed voicema…il, I called again on the 7th and 8th and still no GM on site, yet I have not received a phone call. I attempted to call today (7/12) and once again no GM on site. I started a chat with an agent whom ended our chat prematurely, I called the customer care number, and once I requested to speak with a manage I was placed back in que. I even threatened to cancel the 50 plus days of future reservations and the response I received was "do as you desire". Is this how you treat your guests? If so, I will no longer stay at Hilton properties.

They are currently repainting the lobby which looks really nice. The lobby bar is fairly spacious. The rooms are nice and the hotel is pet friendly which is what I was looking for. 35 lb weight limit per pet. The outdoor pool is great in the heat.

This hotel is getting a bit dated. My last stay two of us got trapped in the elevator at two different times. The printers were down check out. Also the bathrooms have tubs as showers were most of the newer hotels have nice walk in showers. Memphis east needs a new Hilton hotel. There is a new Hampton Inn but something on the higher end is needed.

I booked my room back in February with hopes of upgrading to an Executive room as I'd selected on my itinerary. I wasn't ever offered to upgrade but was given a room that didn't appear to be what I had booked which had no microwave or refrigerator. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and the room wasn't worth the cost. The representatives were full of lies with smiles on their faces upon check-in but got even more rude and unprofessional when requests were made that already supposedly came with my package. This hotel does not resemble the customer quality, friendly service and room cleanliness that I considered part of Hilton standards. I'm still wondering what the perks are for being an Honors member because, whatever it may be, I didn't get to experience it upon check-in or check-out.

Neat hotel — — 20 years ago. We went to the Hilton Memphis East for a wedding reception; we did not stay overnight. So I can imagine if the first things are any reflection of the Lobby areas… The lobby needs to be brought into this millennium, that is, while they do all the roof and drywall ceiling repairs. The water spots range in minor to condemned status, and they biggest one is directly over the check-in area. Unreal that the ownership would allow this disrepair so close to Hilton Worldwide HQ (which is in Memphis, like 5 miles away). All of the finishes are dated except for the cafe and outside seating areas, which both look very nice. Their Starbucks espresso machine was down. The majority of the decor is VERY distracting, and I understand the nightly rates are confusingly high for this shape of hotel. Either scrap it or fix it. What an unbelievable location to run an eyesore. And can someone please clean the exterior glazing? … like at the Ground Floor, at least?

Beautiful views but overpriced. Our room was booked with a mini fridge but had none. The pool was closed but no mention of that to the guests till you went to the pool area. The spa (hot tub) was dirty no one skimmed or cleaned it the 3 days we stayed. The staff was not very friendly and no one seemed to care. The breakfast buffet was also a let down the service was great But the food was not fresh and the selection was very small for the high price we paid for it. I was very disappointed with my stay and won’t be returning.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. I was impressed overall with the views, nice rooms, dining options. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of dining options in the hotel and they provide shuttle service within, I think, three miles. I'd definitely stay again.

Check in was really nice and fast. I have an executive suite not bad but I have stayed in a lot nicer. I just expected more at Hilton. But my stay is not over yet so we will see.

Truly wonderful staff. Hotel shows its age with issues like no fridge in room, but I was told they are about to do a big renovation. This place will be amazing after revocation. It is the most unique hotel architecture I've ever seen with a cylindrical tower surrounded by water. Good location.

Some of the staff was not friendly. It was clean. The lobby was beautiful. To me the greatest area to explore and take advantage of is the cafeteria. The service staff was awesome. The for was surpured and the atmosphere very calming.

World class service… the lobby is amazing and the hotel surrounding is great and just feels great. The staff is superb especially at the coffee shop downstairs. The rooms are super amazing, comfortable beds, cozy… clean bathrooms.

Rooms are good and service folks are above average. Like the people I deal with. Stay here every week. Just make sure you don't ask for food to eat if your in the wrong corner of the hotel. I'm a southern boy and like a good fried bologna sandwich, and they have a good one but you have to sit at the bar to get one. You can't get fries with your sandwich from the market, which is 100 feet away from the bar, because your not at the bar. It's not just the fries or bologna there's many items like that. Crazy thing is you pay a premium for the food but CANNOT get what is on the menus if you not in the right zone of the hotel. Look out for the room service menu, pic added. Again, service folks are great, rooms nice and food is good but whoever makes these menu rules needs to go back to hospitality classes. Going hungry tonight for the cause.

The Hilton Memphis is a great place to stay, to host, or to attend special events. For the last several years, I have attended comic conventions within this space and have found it exceptional in its ability to accommodate my needs. This facility provides adequate space to entertain a mass of visitors in a number of ways: from space for concerts, to vending halls, to private rooms for topic discussions. Key to its success is the consistently friendly staff that allows my friends and I to parade through the lobby and halls in cosplay without issue. Their requirements are reasonable, and the rewards for visiting here are innumerable.

The room was clean and staff helpful, but this place currently gets 3 stars because it needs to be updated. The executive floor room (mine) was the exact same size as my buddy on the 14 floor. No mini fridge to store your drinks or water, only two outlets within easy access on one of the dressers and two on the desk. The only usb connection in the room was on the clock (which mine was broken). There was only one light switch the rest of the light comes from lamps you have to turn a tiny knob. The gazebo outside looked like a deathtrap with an entire section of floor missing. And the convention floor while nice needs to be expanded a bit more. Overall good but needs serious updating.

Facade looks great. Don't look closer. 4 elevators, but only 2 worked, which meant a 10-30 minute wait to get to your room. Hour tin and pool weren't clean, though we paid for use of it. They obviously only care about your money.

Early Saturday while others were sleeping I headed to the lobby to do some work. The seating area on our floor was terribly depressing. One drab chair and table in front of a window that had been partly draped hiding the only descent view from the window. The lobby/bar/guests office area is one large very noisy room. Forget work. Can’t even think for the TV, overhead radio (? ), a couple checking in, and the splattering of what is supposed to be soothing water flow all echoing around the room. Furniture is terribly worn and doesn’t even coordinate (carpet also) with the rest of the room, looks thrown together. We ordered room service for breakfast for 2 people, no beverages. The order arrived in a timely manner and was almost warm. There was no jelly with which to cover up the burnt toast and only one set of utensils. They did bring a glass of ice water, for one. They do get a gold star for employing a nice gentleman who was able to get my car running, the result of a dead battery.

Easy check-in, we got a executive room and it really wasn't anything special. It was on the 2nd highest floor. Had a nice view. And had a private lounge on the same floor. The room was kinda small but very clean with a comfy bed. The lobby had a nice bar that stayed open until midnight so that's always good, overall I would stay again.

My First impressions were not positive. I walked in and I was reminded on a high scale sports bar. It was loud and there were guys standing around at the bar that is open and right up front. The room was nice, comfortable bed and a great view of the water feature. Overall a good experience.

We were hired to provide photography and on-site printing services for a gala at the Hilton. We love working this hotel and do quite a few events there every year. The staff is super friendly and quick to assist you with whatever you need. The party hosts and servers are amazing and professional in both appearance and attitude. The food service is typical catering service, but we've never had a bad meal.

The hotel is round which leads to a little different layout of the rooms. Kind of fun and nice for a change. Very nice room and campus. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is great. Location is good, there is a Benihana restaurant just across the street. Rooms are clean and new. Staff is friendly. Loved the experience. I just missed an indoor pool for my daughter, it would've been perfect.

My favorite hotel in the Memphis/Germantown area. The rooms are nice and clean, the building is incredibly unique, and the bar is the best hotel bar I've ever been to. Highly recommend.

I️ must be in a secret part of the hotel. The rooms are clean and the people are nice. The plumbing is hot garbage… our second stay in as many months. Poop that I️ don’t recognize comes back up randomly after number 1 flush. The toilet also seems to run randomly. At least the people that work here are nice though.

Hope it's not normally like this, but there were some issues. There was no hot water for our first night. We were suppose to get free breakfast for four, but only would give us two. That brings me to the check in counter host. They were rude, very short and inattentive. I stayed 2 nights and won't stay again.

The meeting rooms were great. The staff was helpful and responsive. We had a large group of attendees for dinner, and they were able to address all of our meal preferences and were very accomadating. Great experience. I would recommend the Hilton Memphis for business meetings.

It's an older hotel, but it is definitely worth staying at. Great views (especially on the upper floors. Very nice, large lobby, with a bar. Kids loved it. The pool and hot tub were nice and maintained. Cool pond around the building with blue water and ducks. Great options for food close by.

Stayed here for quick getaway before school started with the family. The place was nice and clean. Close to plenty if shopping and restaurants. About 20 min drive to beale st. We have 3 children ages from 14-8 and they had a blast! We also brought our dog. The main reason this will be our spot to stay when we visit Memphis is the staff. Everyone, I mean everyone is so very friendly. The valet, front desk, everyone. We especially enjoyed our waiter for breakfast. He was a live wire! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back soon.

Stayed a night at the Hilton Memphis as a getaway with my wife. We have a young child and we had family in town so they stayed with him while we got a night to ourselves. I booked a king room, but we ended up in the presidential suite, which was kind of amazing. We didn't really need all the room, but I appreciated the upgrade! Lots of great amenities, and the grounds are nicely set up. Overall, I'd like staying here from out of town, and I'd consider hoping an event here in town.

We reserved this hotel for our first stop on our trip across country. When we arrived at 3am to check in we were told that we did not have a room. They had given our room away. Thankfully my husband had booked through his company's travel system and they have an amazing 24 hour help line. Hilton was forced to find us another hotel to stay at for the night because we had a legitimate confirmation number and should have had a room. Prior to calling the corporate help line the front desk staff were not forthcoming to offer to find us another place to stay. Can you imagine arriving to your destination with 3 small children and being told there isn't a room for you? Unfortunately we were not the only people to be told this on the same night another lady walked in right after us and was told the same thing. At 3AM! We were very pleased with the Sheraton Downtown that they put us in for the night.

The location was fairly close to the major highways. The lobby was beautiful and pristine. The rooms were standard size, beds were made perfectly and the room looked freshly cleaned. The only downfall was the water took a while to get hot for the shower/bath. But everything else including the service was great! I would definitely stay again if I was passing thru Memphis.

I stayed at this hotel just as an overnight from Florida back home to Chicago. I had been driving for 12 hours that day and desperately needed a bath to relax in. When I checked in and got to my hotel room (I was actually one floor lower than the lobby in a HIGH RISE hotel) I went to the bathroom and the tub was disgusting. I was very disappointed in that. So I called guest services and they told me to go to the lobby. I dragged all my stuff back to the lobby and I was immediately given a new room. I also asked for a room on a higher floor (since this was a high rise and all) and they put me on the 19th floor! Also, for the inconvenience they gave us free breakfast buffets for the next morning, which was very lovely. We also tried the marketplace pizza they had available. The pizza was tasty but the guy who was making it must not have cared about his job too much since he only cooked half of our order and when we got our food, we had to tell him ourselves about the other pizza we had ordered, which was a little upsetting. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The staff was wonderful! Especially the staff in the breakfast restaurant. Very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Only complaint is that they were not well insulated from the other rooms or the outdoors as we could hear our neighbors and the highway. Nothing too loud though. Overall a very pleasant stay in Memphis!

Hilton Memphis was a wonderful experience. We were on the 27th floor and really enjoyed access to the 26th for lounge. The only major complaint we had was with the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub which we saw being cleaned the next morning without us commenting on its appearance and the lack of staff response to provide additional towels for our swimming. Our room had two for showering, and so we went to the front desk and asked a couple people about getting towels before going down. We were told that someone would bring some down to us but this was never done. I think the ball was dropped, which isn't a huge deal, but it was a frustration especially when I had no issue with staying in the lobby until towels were provided.

Good hotel. Really liked the fact that this is one of Hilton's hotels that already implemented the "Digital Key" concept. You no longer require a key card. Your room can be opened using your cell phone. Rooms are spacious and the view is really good.

Really enjoyed staying here. Free parking and near lots of retail. Enjoy an evening on the patio near the fire pit. The room service was good. I didn't like the nachos from the restaurant, but overall really enjoyed the experience.

This hotel is in a great location and conveniently located close to great dining and shopping options. The check in process was smooth and we had great views from our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Was an excellent stay. The staff was amazingly helpful even though the hotel was swarmed with a convention going on. Staying on the 27th floor was such a good experience being able to see the city. I definitely enjoyed the hospitality.

It took 1 week out of a 5 weeks stay in order to get a refrigerator in my room. The main pieces in the hotel are great, but they are missing the small details. There are nicks in the lampshades, cobwebs in the corner, broken soap dishes in the shower. Also the drinks and food in the little market are laughably over priced. 2 dollars for a bagel with nothing on it? It's cheaper in NYC.

Old hotel. The lobby is very open and very loud. Great staff that are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and updated decor, but the building is very dated and the room layouts are interesting. The workout room is updated and the equipment is fairly new and in good condition, but very small for a hotel of this size, and is not large enough. Overall, a good value for the rate they are charging.

The customer service is outstanding. IV been here for 3 days. Everyone I've been in contact with goes above and beyond. That's rare in the hotel industry. I had one problem only with in room dining and oh my gosh! They were so quick to fix it and incredibly professional. In addition, I was at a banquet today. They served 150 graciously and quickly. The desert was to 'die' for. Way to go to the entire team at the Hilton Memphis! Rhonda Savage, DDS, CSP.

Not impressed… especially for the price. Elevator temps are in the ballpark of 30 degrees (at least it feels that cold while wearing a down coat). Room temps are set to 60 when you walk in, & it takes a while to get the temp up to an acceptable level. Walls are thin… I've heard the adjacent door slam several times, & it's jarring to the point it makes me jump. Toilet needs to be flushed twice every time… & I was told by maintenance that it's working fine, & some are just slower than others. I'm positive there's a stuck object requiring a snake job. Toilet reservoir cover was not clean, & even had hair on it. Faulty remote for TV takes 5 seconds to move up/down 1 channel. No mini fridge in room… & ice maker is absent from where it should be on the floor. Booked 1 king bed, & they only had 2 doubles at check in. The 1 good thing I have to say is that the staff is nice. However, there's too many negatives to consider coming back here on my next business trip.

While the lobby is very nice, the rooms have quite a bit of wear and tear on them. The bar is fairly unimpressive, with limited stock, hours that appear to vary by whenever the bartender feels like leaving, and a bartender that routinely disappears for 15 minutes at a time. That said, this was a very comfortable, clean, convenient place to spend a couple of nights. I love the electronic check in feature where you can unlock the room with your phone — it's awesome.

After United cancelled my flight and dealing with their customer service I need a place to relax. When I walked in into the Hilton I was greeted by the bellhop with a smile Andy how can I help you with your bags. When I was checking-in it was finally nice to talk to somebody with real customer service. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Some companies treat you like cattle and other companies have customer service at their roots.

The name within itself speaks volume and you expect nothing but the best. First we were lied to and told all rooms were sold out until calling the guest service line. Checked in wanted room service and had to cal from my. Cell. Room phone never fixed in which my order was incorrect and I had no way to call to verify. Toilet overflowing again can't call to report this is bull crap but my bed is comfy.

Had our company Christmas party there. Really nice and large ballroom. Food was pretty good to. Great service.

Next to the classic downtown hotels, the Hilton Memphis is my favorite place to stay here — and it's a lot more convenient if you have business around the greater metropolitan area instead of just touring downtown. I've been staying here since 2004, and I've rarely been disappointed. The conference center still feels pretty 1990s, but the rooms have been kept very modern and up to date. The lobby is really comfortable and pleasant, really a great place to spend time with friends. The fitness center is excellent. The pool is not exactly heated, at least right now, but the hot tub is nice. I haven't eaten at Rooks' Corner this trip, but have enjoyed it in the past. They're in the middle of significant modernization and renovations right now (I'm staying there this week), and I'm excited to see how they come out, but I'm happy with it as it exists today. I spent a lot of time at a different Hilton chain hotel this year because of proximity to a hospital, and let me tell you, they're not all equal. Right now, the Hilton Memphis is the same price as that other place and 1000% better in every way.

The room was nice but the service, the employees, the lack of working elevators, the smell from the cafe made the rest of the hotel not worth the stay. If I wanted rude employees, horrible smells, walking up 15 flights of freezing stairs I could stay at somewhere for half the price.

The first night we stayed the tub drained slowly and after notifying the night supervisor he sent up maintenance and it was discovered that excessive hair was the cause of the problem and his exact words were "ma'am you do not want to see this". The second night there was blood droplets on one of the beds and the rack in the closet that is used to rest your suitcase on was rusted and broken also the coffee cups had not been replaced. The third night the room had not been cleaned only the beds had been made, there was water from melted ice in the ice bucket, the trash from the previous day was still in the trash cans, there were no towels, the soap dishes still had dried soap on them, there was a wet balled up washcloth in the shower, there were no napkins in the holder, there was only the toilet paper on the roll and NO EXTRA, the floor had not been vacuumed also from day one none of the surfaces had been wiped down there was dust and dirt on the phone and all surface areas. There was also dark splotchy stains on the floor. I notified management on the night staff about the problems and he just sent up extra towels and we were offered a breakfast coupon which I had been given on the 2nd night of stay. I would not recommend to any of my friends and definitely not my family. We will never stay at another hilton in any state!

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was very clean on tidy, even with a conference going on. The cleaning nstaff were also quite pleasant, and eager to assist us with a few personal requests. The hotel was a short drive from Graceland. All in all, we had a good time.

Not sure where to begin… Shower was not clean when I checked in. I cleaned it and got the hairs off the shower walls. Then went to the gym and it was being remodeled so there is a bunch of equipment stuffed into 2 rooms. It doesn't leave a lot of space and was a bit akward when someone else was in there. I wish there would have been a warning on the hotels website about the gym and I would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast in the Members Lounge on the 26th floor was never ready at 6:30. So the last morning of my stay I go downstairs in the restraunt to eat and as I am getting my food a worker spills a huge plate of eggs and it gets all over my shoes and pants. So I go upstairs and put on some new pants then go to check out and they are unable to check me out for 12-24 hours because they are upgrading the computers. I would have thought it would be smart to check everyone out before the upgrade started. Long story short they could improve in cleanliness and customer service.

This has been a nightmare since I arrived. I had to change a reservation and you would have thought it was a complex math equation. I arrived and no valet or bellman at the stand. I went to check in and with over 400 rooms they were not ready a even though I already checked in and arrived past regular check in time at 4:00. I will not ever stay here again.

Several coworkers were plagued by bedbugs. I escaped the bugs, but my bathtub wouldn't drain, the pool was dirty, hottub wasn't hot, bar is ridiculously overpriced, no fridge or microwave in room. Worse, the shuttle was late getting us both to work & to the airport. Never Stay Here!

I stayed on the 22nd floor July 24, 2015. Everything was ok until I discovered bed bugs crawling from under the pillows and across the headboard. I did not discover this until 12:00 AM after being away from the hotel soon after check in. The late night supervisor only offered a refund. Good thing I had other accommodations because there was no offer of changing hotels or anything. Just a refund and he would give me extra Hhonors points, which I have yet to receive. I will not be staying here anymore.

Nice place, but would have loved a refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We had a toddler an had to get ice daily to keep her milk from spoiling. Went to the pool once out of the three night stay due to pool needing maintained better. Lots of floating objects in the pool including a Band-Aid. Yuck! The restaurant (The Rook) inside had a great breakfast buffet, and super friendly staff. Billy was a nice treat to have met, and has a welcoming super friendly spirit.

Stayed for a soccer tourney — great place, nice staff, awesome grounds.

Terrible service and doesn't follow through on diamond member benefits. Took 35 minutes and three phone calls to get towels delivered which made me late for my morning meeting and compromised my sales pitch. Even though I booked far in advance and am loyal to this brand (I stay 100 nights per year at least), the hotel did not give me my preferred room type and there were no complimentary bottles of water in my room for me nor were they offered to me at the front desk, something which every other hotel in the Hilton portfolio has no issue following through with. This hotel charges twice as much as every other hotel in the area and I stayed at a cheaper Starwood hotel the night prior as this one was sold out for that night. (The Starwood hotel was way nicer and had way better service. ) I switched to this hotel for the second night because I wanted to have a comfortable, uncomplicated quality experience and enjoy my diamond member benefits, and I have always stayed at the Hilton Memphis on my past visits to the area. The diamond member breakfast consisted of cold spongy flat "eggs" (from a frozen "egg mixture", not from real eggs) and unripe fruit. When the lady at the front desk asked what she could do to make up for all these negative qualities, I was honest that she should comp my stay because it was such a disappointing experience and there is no way I could feel good about paying $200/night for such a hassle-filled and mediocre experience.

I have stayed at the Hilton Memphis numerous times. The staff, servers, and door"men" are friendly and very professional! The hotel itself is beautiful and far superior to anything other hotels in the area.

A wonderful room, great view and an excellent staff. A nice quiet escape but still close to downtown Memphis. Great Hotel.

When I checked in, I asked to do a split payment for the charges. $200 was to be on one card and $64.36 on another. We were not informed ahead of time that the executive lounge would be closed; however, we received coupons for the restaurant downstairs, so it wasn't that big of a deal. The room was kept clean, it was in a convenient location and there was a decent view. I ordered room service, the food was mediocre at best. This morning I received an email saying that my account was overdrawn and I now had a fee of $20. On one card, there is the charge of $200, that is pending and a charge of $2.19. The 2.19 is from the restaurant for a Dr. Pepper, that I paid cash for, but since it is pending and "it came from the kitchen which has nothing to do with the front desk", Scarlet couldn't do anything about that charge. On the other card (for the account that is over drawn) there are charges of $310.19 and $58.57. So my cards have been charged for the overall total twice. The only solution Scarlet, who was not at all polite or overly helpful by any means, was to charge my card, that already has $200 pending for another $200 then put a charge of $110.91 on the other. Meanwhile, I will not have access to $880.39 until they release the funds. I asked if they would cover the $20 for insufficient funds, as the problem was caused by them, and was told no, it's not their problem, they don't do that.

Great place, friendly staff; very accommodating. I arrived early, but 'Scarlet' worked hard to accommodate me with a room before my family arrived. Rooms were clean and every place was and beautiful. My family enjoyed the time there. Will stay there again. Thanks to all.
