Very clean room with ice cold air conditioning. No blow dryer in the bathroom but the stationary bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap was very nice.

Excellent Hotel. Clean facilities, friendly staff.

The inside lobby is nice. The hallways look dim and dreary. My room smelled like marijuana. I opened the windows to air out the smell. The bed is very soft and comfortable. The walls are also soundproof practically. Some of the bathroom doors have sliding doors which easily lock but are difficult for first time users to open. Speaking from recent experience, my dumb self accidentally locked myself in. Overall, the hotel is okay.

It was amazing. The suite was spotless and well maintained. They provided cooking ware and other dishes. Was a very reasonable price. Only wish the pool was open longer, we drove 8 hours and couldn't use it. But other than that loved it.

This was a second choice as the Marriott we prefer was sold out. The room has an odor a d luckily I bring an air freshener. They had no carts (happened last time we stayed there) and they had to find one. Front desk employee was new and had to contact manager about changing room as we request top floor. Uncomfortable bed. Quite average or less than average Marriott property.

I was in Memphis for a conference and this was a great hotel for the trip. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the conference venue. Nice outdoor area.

Good location mid town near many restaurants and St Francis hospital. Location near i-240 and easy to get around town. Rooms were clean modern and updated.

Upsides — booked and checked in late at night no problem, good clean room, very nice soap scents. Downsides — couldn't pay online, breakfast not included, no water bottles in rooms.

This spot was clean and roomy enough for two people. The room itself was nice but the TV did not work however they switched our rooms with no hesitation and we never even had to goi back to the counter… they brought the keys card to us. It's located behind a Target shopping center with restaurants so it was in a pretty convenient area. The staff was courteous. There was some construction going on in the parking area but it was not that bad.

I recently placed an out of town friend here while visiting Memphis who had only nice things to say about her stay.

Our stay was perfectly pleasant. Everything was nice and clean and the way it should be, with friendly staff, too. Lost a star for the coffee tasting very bitter.

Hospitality as soon as I stepped foot. With the given crowds checking in, receptionist we’re highly accommodating. There was a smell in ground floor hallway. I recommend!

Very pleased with the facilities at the Courtyard Marriott. Went there for a training seminar, and the room was very well equipped, clean, and professional.

Love how there is a refrigerator in the rooms and a microwave and Ice Machine on each level… and that it is easy to find! Also the beds are SUPER comfy and the hotel is located around a nice area so there are lots of different options for food and there is a target across the street!

Frontdesk guys are nice… Rooms were very clean. Hotel is starting to show its age.

Stayed three nights for a business trip. The room was as expected. The Bistro and bar have a relatively limited menu but good enough to grab a snack on a tight schedule. The area is perfect with lots of food options and quick access to all areas of Memphis.

Great stay here. Check in went well. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a hotel. The Bistro area looked nice and decor. Loved the shower and room.

Rooms are mostly updated, friendly staff. Convenient parking. No breakfast included, restaurant in the hotel.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. Temperature in the room felt good and the AC was easy to control.

Nice hote, l good food options just behind the hotel. They also have an agreement with LA Fitness within walking distance. Just make sure to bring your ID.

Pretty nice hotel with a very nice courtyard and lobby, as well as much softer beds than you'd get at most hotels. It would be nice to have a free breakfast but there are lots of nice places around for a good breakfast.

Stayed here after checking out of a disaster hotel. This was a breath of fresh air. Clean and comfortable great staff.

Great customer service. Early check in if a room is available. Rooms are clean with no smells of odor. Bed is really comfortable and soft.

Having my Mother's 80th Birthday Celebration here was the best decision my family made… the staff was excellent they assisted in everyway possible Ashley Ross was superb her customer service and communication skills was on point I give her and the staff a 110%. I will be hosting future endeavors here and will recommend to all of my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you Courtyard Memphis East/Park Avenue you guys ROCK!

Well my sweet Lisa runs this hotel and her boss and rest of her other staff are treating us well with our situation at home being without power and homeless almost 5 days but good news our power restored at 5pm this evening we will be heading home tomorrow morning.

The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious and enough room for the kids to have their area plus my husband and I. The staff was very nice. We loved the patio area and the lounge area in the lobby. I will definitely go back.

Clean room, decent fitness center, and pleasant staff. Didn't hear much hospital traffic which was also great!

Overall it was great. I didn't like that it was next to railroad tracks where I constantly heard trains throughout the night.

The room was clean. Breakfast wasn't free. There a good coffee shop behind the hotel with great breakfast. Good service from the staff.

Nice area from what I could tell. High end restaurants are nearby, but for something cheaper, there's a Mexican restaurant and some fast food within walking distance. The rooms are in great condition, very clean. Great bathroom setup; the soap holders in the shower have holes in the bottom so water doesn't pool in them. The Wi-Fi was free with pretty good speed. There was an outdoor seating area, but I didn't venture out there as it had just snowed.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a free upgrade to a King Suite. The room was lovely and clean with great amenities. The food at the Bistro was very good. Parking and entrances were easy to find. I never had to wait for an elevator. Highly Recommended.
