Nice and clean. I love it.

The closet mirror doors had fingerprints on them, found a pair of men’s undershorts between closet and vanity, along with a crumpled up tag from airport luggage. Entry foyer light didn’t work. Smelled like urine in room. Plus, there was no mention at time of reservation that they weren’t serving hot breakfast at time of stay.

I was so IMPRESSED and blown away with my suite~ I didn't even want to take pictures ~ I wanted to ENJOY IT IMMEDIATELY ~ taking pictures would have meant… waiting so the pics didn't have all my stuff laying around. Suite was so nice and clean. Separate coffee bar, couch, separate dressing room outside the bathroom. CLEAN — Friendly staff ~ I stay at the Hampton's often and this is now one of my FAVORITES ~

High crime area with frequent car break-ins and vandalism. Confirmed by police dept when my car was vandalized in their parking lot. They need security cameras or security patrol here.

Best hotel in Jackson. Very clean and comfortable hotel with superb rooms and amazingly perfect mattress. Our go to hotel for Jackson and very convenient location.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast! Note to other hotels: not all of us find a super soft mattress comfortable! The bed was super comfortable! Fruit, coffee, and tea is available all day. The staff was very helpful.

My family just left the Hampton Inn in Jackson Tenness. We had 2 two year olds with us. We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfy, the little ones loved the pool which was clean and well cared for. The staff, from the front desk to house keeping to the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and made our say even better. Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

Room was clean and easy to get to (on the 4th floor). Parking was tight. Free breakfast included more options than other Hampton stays have in the past. Overall a good hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff were the highlights of this hotel. The beds were also comfy. The complimentary breakfast was so-so at best. Probably better if you heavily rely on waffles to fill your pallet. The air-conditioners in our room didn't work, so it was a little warm in our room.

The rooms are very spacious very clean the breakfast bar was very good. We stayed there on 5/27/18 the next morning the front desk lady that just came on the shift she was super nice very helpful. I wish all the hotel front desk clerk was a friendly and nice and polite as she was. One thing that they could improve on is putting thier sugar next to where the cereal is, everybody was looking for sugar and it was out front by the coffee by the front desk.

Pool had no water. Access key didn't work multiple times. Clean facility. Good breakfast.

The staff is wonderful they are always happy to be of help any time day or night. The food at breakfast is served hot and kept neat and tidy. Love it here.

First off this is the cleanest hotel I ever been to. Next the complimentary breakfast made by Cindy is outstanding and the staff is so friendly. We are from Wisconsin and stayed 4 days here and it felt like home. I highly recommend staying here also the location is perfect. I truly feel the whole hotel deserves 6 stars Thank you Cindy, Tiffany, Taylor, April, Debra see you after we settle into new house.

Taylor at the front desk is AMAZING! He is so warm and attentive that you just want to stay forever. The beds were comfy too. Construction was occurring however, this was my first time in a hotel in construction that you really didn't notice or be affected. If they didn't have little decorative construction ducks everywhere we probably would have totally missed it.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Debra was wonderful at check — in. The staff here are consistently fantastic, and the hotel is relatively new compared to the competition.

Our client Hannah Hogan is a touring comedian who stays at a lot of hotels while on tour. This place was easily one of her favorites! The staff was very friendly (even after 2 am! ) and the rooms was like a little apartment. There was a free breakfast in the morning as well as a laundry room which made the next day very nice before getting back on the road!

Hotel is nice, clean. Beds were not very plush or firm. Pillows were comfy. Breakfast was decent. The pasteries were nice, and they offer Texas Sized waffles the kids loved. Would not recommend the eggs. Staff was very nice. Over all, would stay again.

Loved it, beds were comfortable and the setting was quiet. The continental breakfast provided in the morning was a pleasant surprise, good quality and a wide variety of options available. Super friendly staff, definitely going to keep an eye out for it next time I swing through Jackson.

We always stay at this Hampton inn when traveling back from Texas. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is good.

Won't stay here again. We get there after being at the hospital for 17 days they give me a key to our room gt to the room An another family was n there so finally get another room An decide to go sit at the pool An could not gt our key to work then one of our beds stunk so bad my mom could not even sleep in at.

Air conditioner on 60*, room is 75* Full house said only room available when we checked in. Never stay on the 4th floor again.

The most caring and helpful staff. It's been a great stay because you can tell that the employees really care about making a good experience for guests. It seems pretty busy from the parking lot, but it remains quiet at night. The free breakfast has a good selection.

Not the best night. Fire alarm went off at 5:54am then stopped. Called down to front desk and they said "There was a situation that set it off but it is under control now. Sorry for the inconvenience. " When it went off AGAIN 15 minutes later it was obvious they DID NOT have it under control. Found out it was someone burning something in the waffle iron. They were not "sorry" enough to refund our nights stay or offer any compensation. (And the pillows were awful and the toilet was leaking! Staying somewhere else on our next visit to Jackson)

I got there at 2 pm, 4/8/16, and the desk clerk said there were no rooms available. I had to wait until 3 pm. The lobby was full of screaming girls and parents also waiting to check in. At 2:45 I again ask the desk clerk if I could check in. She said no rooms available. Then 10 minutes later she started checking people in. I told her at 2:45 "you mean to tell me in this big hotel there's not one room available? " She said "no. "
I'm sure there were rooms available, she just didn't want to be bothered.
I was very unhappy with the service there!

Stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament and found bedbugs and bedbug eggs in our room. We notified the front desk and they gave us another room. The next morning the maintenance man basically told us we were lying. They remade the room and rented with no treatment being done. When it comes to bedbugs I know what im talking about, since I do pest control in Nashville. The lack of concern on this issue tells me that this one hotel I would not recommend.

The hotel atmosphere is an experience in itself… take a look around on the walls at the unique art that hangs on them… go outside and take a look around at the beautiful serinity that surrounds the grounds… and the staff go out of there way to make sure the breakfast well stocked and tasted amazing with variety of items to choose from… the staff went out of there way to make me feel at home and I look so forward to returning in the very near future to visit my son who is nearby for work… thanks again from a very satisfied guest… mindi moore room 218! My family and I booked a hotel room here for 4 nights. It was amazing. The hotel staff are very nice and accomidating. Our room was very clean and very nice. The jotel itself is very nice and up to date. A hot breakfast buffet was served everyday and it was very good. The pool was also a good hangout spot for my grown teens. The location of the hotel was perfect it was only a 6 minute drive to the nearest sams club and walmart and lots of restraunts. If u get a chance check out some of the antique stores they were pretty cool.

Stay here for work. Staff is very friedly and get to know you on a personal name basies.

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. My husband and I only stay at Hampton Inn because there is exceptional service each and every time.

Super staff, very very clean rooms. Slow at&t Wi-Fi and then want to charge you 5 extra dollars a nite just to get 12 meg the free Wi-Fi is only 1.5 meg really. Look into charter internet they are faster and prob cheaper.

Wonderful service. Super friendly staff. April was working the front desk when we checked in and I don't know that I've every met someone as nice as she was.

The manager is great. The front desk is very helpful. The only problem I've had is with a man named Wayne who is head of maintenance. He has been rude and very disrespectful. Other than that is a very nice place. Very clean as well.

The rooms are very nice, the breakfast bar was pretty decent and had enough selection, the coffee selection was fantastic the rooms themselves are very clean and tidy. The staff was freindly and pleasant. Overall no complaints, I would certainly stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean, seems new or newly remodeled. Good staff. Only drawback I saw is the lack of restaurants and things in the immediate vicinity. Have to drive to get somefhing to eat.

We just left our hotel and it was perfect. The staff is amazing and the morning kitchen attendant made sure that everyone had what they needed — she was awesome!

Stay at this hampton inn for work for extended stays and I would have to say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Staff are willing to anything to help you and make sure you enjoy your saty.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was ok. There was nothing around it on the exit that was open past midnight which isn't bad normally, but if you get in late it's a little inconvenient.

They over charged us for the deposit for damages. They said they would charge $25 and I had a $125. I confronted them about it and they said they would call about it. Then I was charged again for the $25 but they didn't remove the first $125. After 4 days of stay I finally was able to get my $150 back. On top of that the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. The complimentary breakfasts were great cooks were very friendly. The only complaint I have other then the deposit mess up was we had to go to the front desk multiple times because our cards got reset. I want to say around 6 times. Also the computers there at the hotel went down several times making it hard to complete my work. Over all if they fix those issues it was a very nice hotel. I might look somewhere else first before I stay here again.

I haven't stayed here yet, but I just booked my room with Shameka for next week. Her excellent customer service compelled me to write a positive review before my actual stay. Shameka was so helpful over the phone in selecting the right room for my family and my situation. Plus she gave me a few suggestions for kid-friendly places near the hotel. The customer service I received over the phone this morning assures me I have selected the right place to stay. Thank you Shameka for making such an impression on me.

My experience might have been good if James had not forgotten to put my reservation in the system. When I arrived late night, the friendly attendant said they were out of room. The folks over at comfort suites were very friendly too.

I've been staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Jackson, TN for business probably more times that I've been home since January of this year. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has up-to-date rooms. The staff has been professional, quick and, above all, accomodating. If I had only one "complaint" is that I leave before 6am in the morning, so I often miss the hot breakfast in the morning. Please keep in mind that breakfast is always ready from 6am as advertised and sometimes it is even ready before 6am and I can grab something on the go. In any case, I think the hospitality has made working away from home more of a pleasure than a pain, thanks to everyone at the Hampton Inn and Suites. I would definitely recommend the Hampton to any business traveler.

The entire staff was wonderful especially Lauren. What a great person, she greeted people by name and listened to every concern and every story. Genuine southern hospitality at it's best! This was out second stay at this hotel and both times the room was clean, the hotel staff was great, the breakfast was well maintained even with so many people staying at the hotel.
