The price was good but that was it. I haven't stayed somewhere that was so gross before, and we didn't end up staying over night. It was dirty and the sheets stunk. What made us leave though was that I took off my shoes and walked around for a few minutes and my feet started itching, after about 20 min I had several bites of some kind on my feet. We packed up and left. My husband called the next day as we left after midnight and they did refund our stay. Not worth it, even for the cheap price.

Would not come back, the price was fair, and we were not expecting much. The sheets were a little stained up but we were really just there for CMA Fest so we didn’t complain. The walls are pretty thin so it’s easy to hear other guests but it was never so loud that it was too disturbing. The problem started on night 3 of our 5 night stay. We noted that the bushes next to where we parked was living quarters for a homeless person. Card board box and everything. Then on night 5 we were cleaning up our belongings to leave the next morning and we found a pair of MENS BRIEFS stuck between the wall and the top sheet. So with the location of these briefs it was obvious the sheets had not been changed since the prior person if not longer. We brought this up to the assistant manager and she seemed to be embarrassed and offered her apologies and comped us one of the nights and promised to speak with whomever cleaned the room last. We appreciated the professionalism for the issue but won’t come back due to the lack of cleanliness.

I stayed here last week for a work trip, and I had no real issues. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing. Honestly my only compliant was the facts that there wasn’t complimentary coffee or breakfast, most places I’ve stay at least had free oatmeal, breakfast bars etc. The coffee was only $1 but the cups were extremely small.

For the price this place was good. Had a mini kitchen and refrigerator which was nice. Room wasn't cleaned as it should be but we overlooked it. Room was supposed to be booked as a double but they only have us a single. I specifically called and made sure they had double bed rooms available and was told yes. Other than that nice place with good food options near buy. Typical 2 star hotel. Not gonna be the best but far from the worst of you know what I mean. I'd stay hear again.

Bathroom floor was water logged, rotted, and falling apart. Lots of water damage in the room. Smelled like cigar/cigarette smoke in the room and in the hall. Towels were stained. Bed was squeaky, uncomfortable, and had other people's hair in it. Old scratched up eye sore of a dresser. On the bright side, if you're looking for something cheap, I didn't find any bed bugs and it has everything you need for a quick night or a longer stay. Full kitchen including full size fridge/freezer, stove top, sink, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, dish soap, dish rags/towels. Full bath with blow dryer, soap, towels, etc. Two full size beds, blankets, 6 pillows, etc. Table with two chairs. Air conditioner, TV, phone, closet, and alarm clock. The was no iron in the room.

Our client, Kemp Muhl is a touring musician who stayed here recently after a performance nearby and loved the property! The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly (even after 2am! ) There was a laundry room on site as well as a small kitchenette which was awesome since touring entertainers hardly ever get to cook their own meals. Thank you for the hospitality, and we look forward to sending clients to stay with you again!

Super convenient! Right off the highway with a great kitchenette where you can heat up leftovers from the Milk and Honey. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy plus the staff was super sweet. Will definitely stay here again next time we pass through Nashville!

Excellent to spend a week knowing Nashville.

My stay here was everything that I was hoping it would be. After a long and strenuous 12 hour day of driving the Suburban was my Oasis off the interstate. My room was immaculately clean and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. I had a kitchenette, a full size fridge, flat screen TV, comfy chair, cozy bed and a nice bathroom. It was actually a shame that I wasn't staying longer than to just sleep, because I could have easily made a week long stay here. The staff was very friendly and the property was located adjacent to several food options. I'll definitely keep this one in my back pocket for next time I travel through the Nashville area.
