Great staff, clean and comfy spot, can't ask for more!

I am here two sometimes three times a month! Everyone is so friendly and even knows me by name now. It is nice when you have to travel to be able to go somewhere that feels like home.

We had a wonderful experience at this location all thanks to Isaac! He was friendly, professional, and patient with the long line of customers that were all checking in at the same time as us. He also promptly assisted us when we needed an extra pillow and towels. He made our stay 5 stars! The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean.

It’s a beautiful hotel and very clean and the people are so nice and friendly I love staying there would not stay anywhere else this is my Second time staying there and I will always stay there every time I come down here.

Spent 2 nights here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious. Now being from tampa florida don't know if we will be back. But would stay here again.

The customer service was exceptional the breakfast was banging especially the coffee the atmosphere was nice good customer service the waitress was excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody.

From the courtesy, efficiency and friendliness of the front desk staff, to the room cleaning personnel's proficiency and friendliness, to Koreen the bartender that makes you feel like a home town friend… … I really enjoy staying here! This is a very nice hotel, where the staff was awesome, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great hotel. The platform bed frames that hold the mattress are shin/knee destroyers. They protrude outside the mattress, and if tou are not careful, you will bump into the corners. Beware. The exit from the hotel leads into a curvy road with decent traffic. Look both ways. Be careful. The most pleasantly unusual thing happened. My little son held the elevator door open for one of the housekeeping staff (Ms. T). He does this kind of stuff as a matter of course, so we didn't think much about it, and went about our business. To our surprise, she slid an iTunes gift card under our door with a hand written note of thanks to him! How cool is that! We were blown away by the hospitality.

Nice pool, Restaurant, Patio, Rooms are very nice. They even had medicine for my husbands toothache. Many more amenities we did not even use. There are so many Restaurants to choose from that are right by the Inn, however they have a great restaurant right there. Complementary breakfast or Cook to order menu available.

The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very small and hot. The room and bathroom both were very clean. The towel rack and towels here, were inside the shower… Direct TV. Found complementary coffee in lobby, Was not told here or at the Pearl, Miss. Location about the morning Coffee. (aamust). The lobby's are really some of the nicest out there, with a full service restaurant and Bar there.

I'm an active duty military member in the middle of a PCS move with my family of 5, and we were traveling through the area. We were waiting for our car and was advised that it may not have been ready, so we called to make a reservation at this location. 15 minutes after making the reservation, we received a call saying that the car was ready, so I immediately called the hotel to cancel the reservation. Advised the hotel representative of the situation, as well as of the fact that I was active duty military, and she said that she would request that there be no charge for the room. 2 days later, I see that there was a charge so I called the hotel, and was told that the General Manager, a gentleman by the name of Gerald, had decided to charge me even after I did not stay! Called the main Hilton chain, and informed them of the situation, in hopes of getting the issue resolved. The Rep called this location, and spoke with the General Manager, Gerald, whom only would refund a portion of the charge; we never stepped foot into the establishment! Bottom line, this respective Hilton Garden Inn is not Military friendly, nor is it understanding of the frequent changes which are sometimes a part of our travels! Military personnel should seek another location to do business with, as this one does not appreciate us, our families, nor the sacrifices made on behalf of this country! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!

The location was very convient and easy to find. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I would have liked to see a few more items on the breakfast menu.

Checked out the rooms. Good value for the money. We had dinner there. The food was very good and served at the proper temperature. A nice quiet place to have a meal with beautiful atmosphere. The food was very reasonably priced as well. The couples we dined with made the experience memorable and delightful.

My mother and I recently stayed at the Hilton while she was in town for a few days. She picked this hotel over others due to the Jacuzzi. Upon arriving, she went to the Jacuzzi to find out that it hadn't been cleaned. The staff went above and beyond and moved our room to a room with a whirlpool as well as they cleaned the Jacuzzi that evening. Problems happen but how you respond is what defines the level of customer service. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Room was great, front desk staff were excellent too. Saw a sign for a nice looking mojito in the elevator so I got two from the bar. Wonderful bartender who made me a strong drink. Would have given 5 stars but breakfast was a mess. They were totally unprepared for the amount of people there. No silverware, fruit area was out of fruit, cooks could be heard complaining about my order and tables were uncleared so folks had to sit in the bar. I also had to get my own coffee when usually it is served at the table. Both Saturday and Sunday it was like this : (

We like Hilton Garden Inns because of their on-site restaurant. One down side, though, was the reservation taker that said she was for that group of HGI's gave us bad information. She said the restaurant was open till 11:00. It was not. You could still get take out till 10:00 and room service till 9:00. After an 11 hour drive, we hurriedly ordered room service. It was delivered promptly by a courteous man and the food was okay. The garden salad was excellent and enough for two of us to share.

Nice Clean place. Onsite restaurant is way to expensive no free breakfast. Room very nice. Right off the interstate easy access.

My house flooded and our insurance company put us here for awhile. The staff is absolutely amazing, anything we ever needed they did their job with a smile on their face every single time. The room was very clean just wish the bed frame was pushed in a little bit more so I wouldn't slam my knee on it every morning (not that much walking space). If I could change anything I would put sound panels inside the pool area, you can talk normally and it amplifies and echoes… so imagine a 12 year old basketball team birthday party when you have a newborn…

I have to visit Clarksville a couple times a year on business and always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Great staff and nice accommodations.

We were on our way home and the original hotel we booked was very unsatisfactory, so we left and just drove down the road and stopped at the Hilton and asked if they had a room. They did and it was awesome and reasonably priced! We also had a made to order breakfast that was very reasonably priced! Will definitely stay again! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn at Clarksville!

Large price differences in the rooms possible. The furnishings are mediocre but clean. The breakfast offer is manageable. The freshly made omelettes are OK. The staff is nice and helpful.

Quite nice! Good (cash) breakfast, but they have EVERYTHING you'd like custom made and ready to order. The rooms were clean, and spacious. And it wasn't too far from the strip.

Clean, well maintained, great hospitality. Always had the newspaper, coffee and some good breakfast ready in the morning. Kind of a ritzy atmosphere, more like new contemporary decor. Was always greeted when I came in and sometimes would be asked; how my day was going. Room was clean, and the furniture feels like new, if not, at a minimum remodeled. Cost was right on, to be expected, at a place like this. If you are a member of some rewards program, it brings the cost done even more. My parents stay here all the time. They’ve stayed at other places nearby, but this is the one that offers the most for the cost of the stay. Sure, it might be more $ a night then something else in the area, but the hospitality, amenities and cleanliness, make up for it.

A Hilton chain hotel — this is is nicely appointed. Clean rooms, nice lobby area. In an area with many restaurants and shopping. It has a pool, workout area, room service and limited bar.

Extremely hospitable front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room (beware of the knee-busting bed frame). TV remote was frustratingly unresponsive. Quiet location. Complementary Wi-Fi was actually very good. I watched Netflix on my phone! Dinner was good. Although it was a quiet Sunday evening, when we inquired about coffee, the host (Marcus) made us a fresh pot of coffee to take. Breakfast staff was super nice, and the food was fine (eggs tend to be overdone, so ask if you want them soft). Impeccable pool and whirlpool! Very happy with this hotel.

The Clarksville HGI was clean, bright, and welcoming. The room was pleasant, and there was plenty of light in the bathroom! Our only complaint was that the dark wood bed frame caused a couple of shin bruises. The desk staff were more than accommodating. They went out of their way to help us get just the rooms we needed. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was clean overall, staff was friendly. Only issues were the shower door kept coming off rail and there was a big crack in bathtub floor. Food at breakfast was good. I travel a ton for work, easily the best omelet ok have ever had at a hotel.

Stayed in Rm. 125. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower needed major work. The floor was cracked and the shower doors would not stay on the track.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The pool was indoors and included a hot tub! Unfortunately the breakfast was not complimentary, but it was available for purchase. The lounge area adjacent to the lobby was very comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent. They were very accommodating. We got there at 1:30 am. They upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast was great. Shower was great. We were in and out fast. Price was decent for a very nice and clean hotel.

Nicely located just off of I24, this Hilton is a convenient place to stay. The staff was kind and thorough, and the breakfast waitstaff did a wonderful job. My only dissatisfaction was that we were situated above a wedding reception that lasted late into the night. We could hear it, but it was not impossible to sleep. I would return here.

This hotel was pretty nice. Staff was friendly, it had a good pool, and the room was nice. The shower was a bit sensitive to turning the heat though, but not a big deal,

Room was a good size. Two queen beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. Doors do close really loudly so you do hear people closing doors down the hall from in your room. Their breakfast in house is really good. Friendly service.

Attentive staff, clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice pool area and even have a few pool toys for the kids. Good food served hot by friendly staff.

Had to call twice for towels for the pool the hot tub was out and the pool had trash / paper in it, the cooks were super rude talking very loudly about my order I ordered for breakfast complaining, Rooms were very nice and clean and the bed slept wonderfully, 3rd shift concierge wasn't at the front desk when we came in but we did get back there around 2 am, in fact a woman told us were to go to our floor and how to get there somewhat. Wouldn't recommend staying there for the price, I could of rented the Gateway Inn & Suites or Westgate Inn & Suites for a cheaper price and had almost all the same accommodations. Definatly not like the Brentwood Tn Hilton we have always stayed at.

My husband and I were married this past Friday. I contacted the Hilton Garden Inn to reserve a suite for our honeymoon. The Inn included the Romance Package when they found out why we wanted a suite. We received a bottle of champagne, free made-to-order breakfast and our check out time was extended to 2pm. Our suite was very nice with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Prior to the day of our wedding I downloaded the Hilton HHoners app to my phone and joined the reward program. I was able to use the app to pick which suite we wanted and check.

On par with the best of Garden Inns. We arrived late and they fed us just before the restaurant closed. Very satisfied with this hotel for a stop on a long drive.

Guy at front desk was awesome. Love it when people work hard for quality customer service and are equally efficient at their job. This guy was spot on and I'm a critic typically. Hope he gets noticed by management!

Always welcoming. Clean rooms are always nice. Each visit has been awesome. The front desk always greets us and the bar person informed me as I was walking that I had dropped something from my purse. Staff very kind and location is near all restaurants which makes it perfect.

We had a great stay. When they saw that we had a child, we were upgraded to a bigger room. They went out of their way to get us checked in early so we could dress for a wedding. Every staff member we spoke with was incredible! We don't go to Clarksville often, but we will definitely stay there again.

This was a really nice hotel. Better than I expected. It's a bit pricey for the area, with a lot of others coming in below the price point, but if you want a nice stay, with a very courteous staff, you won't be disappointed.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! I spent almost $250 to stay here for less than 24 hrs and had my camera stolen right out of my room. You pay extra for a room to assure that you are staying somewhere safe that you don't have to worry about. Never would have expected something like this. I have been in constant touch with the hotel to investigate this theft and we still do not have anything resolved. I've gotten plenty of "I'm Sorry " from the staff but they have done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. So $250 later and not only am I out the $250 for this "nice" hotel BUT I'm also out a camera and 7 years worth of pictures of my son and family.

What more do you need? Hilton standards, great rooms great beds, a bar, room service, great property. Happy to be here and rest.

Was traveling through Clarksville recently and got snowed into this facility for a day. I give the management and staff an A+ rating for the effort put into making a bad weather situation as manageable as possible. Although not typically offered, they cooked lunch for the patrons so we would not have to travel out in the ice and snow. They extended my room with no hassle to me, even though it was quickly filling up as others straggled in out of the elements. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a good night's rest in a friendly environment.

We recently had our wedding at the hotel and it was lacking in almost everything. The day of the wedding the reception area was not ready. The vases were too small for the flowers so I had to purchase my own. The color I requested was not available and I was not informed until two days before the wedding. The wedding arch did not have any decorations on it. Although we paid a hefty sum for gratuity the waiters did serve any food. The head table had almost no decorations. I would not recommend this hotel for a wedding due to their mediocre service.

First the customer service was fine, however, this hotel was the first I've had to check out of the same day as arrival. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like bricks. The girl at the front desk did change our rooms to let us try a different bed, but they were no better and probably should be replaced.

I travel frequently for the US Army. I have stayed in multiple locations and at many hotels. This Hilton Garden Inn has been one of the best stays. The staff is attentive. They are responsive, friendly and courteous. The cooks in the morning make some of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The bathroom was dated but I always had hot water and the water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was quick. Anytime I visit Fort Campbell and Clarksville I will stay here. The only con is there isn’t much within walking distance to it.

The Best Hotel in Clarksville! Clean and accommodating Facility. Friendly and personable staff. They have a full service bar and dinning room as well as indoor pool and exercise room. The on-demand movies are way over priced but HBO is available, as well as plenty of TV channels to choose from. We have family in Clarksville and will be returning to stay at the HGI.

Very clean, nice staff. If you are a Gold member you will enjoy their awesome breakfast! Gym is a bit lacking but the indoor pool is decent. Flat screen TV's in each room. Free internet, free business center with fax and scanner.
