Inexpensive and comfortable. If you want a fancy resort this isn't the place for you, but it exceeded my expectations and was worth the bargain we paid for our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the Wi-Fi was free, the shower was hot, and our pets were welcome! This motel was exactly what we were looking for and we will likely stay here again in the future :)

Had a friend stay there an the price was around $70-80 bucks unless you as ted to smoke then it jumped to $250. An even higher with a animal!

The young woman behind the security window, at the time of my late night arrival was very professional and courteous. The room itself was clean, however the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned (including a dirty shower, and what appeared to be dried urine on the floor. The in-room telephone did not work. The outside was very off-putting. Trash in lot; gravel road leading to back. The bed was quite comfortable. I slept well. A Red Roof Inn, nearby, had a better rate — but I did not reserve it in time.

This hotel was a tragedy! I booked two nights there and one of my kids got bitten by bed bugs how disgusting! I had to leave the rooms at once! Don't waste your money. I'm still waiting on the manager to refund my money!

When we arrived we were told our booking had been cancelled and there was no room for us. Building also looks like a prison. We had to go to the Econolodge over the road which was very nice and cheaper.

I had an extended weekend stay due to car problems and the lovely front desk staff were more than kind and very accommodating. Newly renovated room looked great, area around motel was clean and well kept (parking lot and sidewalk). Only complaint would be that on the bed there was a flat top sheet in place of where a fitted bottom sheet should have been. Otherwise this was the best motel I’ve ever stayed in.

Friendly staff was the only thing this place has going for it. The beds are horrible, the AC ticked and made a horrible noise all night, and the sink dripped nonstop. We arrived at 5am, checked out at 10am and was still charged full price of $60. There are also no coffee pots in the rooms. Very bland and not worth the money.

The desk clerk was very nice. The room needed some repairs. The safety chain was missing along with the rest of the lock in the doorjam. When the lady called to see if the room was ok, I started telling her what was wrong with the room and she said she could not understand me.

Was a very good room for the price. We had an issue with our lights in the frost room and they moved us to another room immediately. Were very friendly.

Cheryl was awesome. She was very helpful and had great customer service an a very positive attitude. I have never been to this motel 6 but she was very professional.

Do not stay here. I had booked a two night stay, well aware that it wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel. What I didn’t expect however was the atrocious smell lingering throughout the hotel, no door knob on the bathroom door, a sink that was broken, water that took so long to even get warm that I had gotten redressed to go to the desk to tell them our hot water was out, a back door that led directly to the second floor rooms propped open well past midnight until I shut it, and oh can’t forget about the ants that we found crawling on us when we went to bed. Not to mention rude hotel staff that wouldn’t supply me with a second sheet after I complained of being cold, nor would work with us when we decided to check out early after one horrid night of stay. I wasn’t asked why we were checking out early, wasn’t offered a room switch instead, and absolutely no refund. Save your time and money. Do not stay here!

Room was clean and I had a great night's sleep. The building looked run down. The halls smelled like wet dog and cigarette smoke. Random teenagers were crouching behind a vehicle with flat tires vaping. It's a very sketchy place. And when we were checking out no one was at the front desk, but a sign said to call a number for service. No one answered. But the room was nice.

Very reasonable rates. Clean, easy access to local sights, pet friendly. Right off highway and local park is walking distance.

From the time I checked in with the friendly and professional staff, to check out with another friendly face, everything about this stay was great. From the clean room, to the fantastic internet, and the wonderful selection of TV stations, I had absolutely no complaints. In fact, I have told all my FB friends that if they are in this area to stay at this Motel 6 location.

They was great and so helpful. Very pleasant woman at the desk helping a lot of people during the Florida evacuation everyone was heading north trying to get out of Florida.

I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars. This place was disgusting. If any comments from customers said that this place was clean… I think we have very different standards of what "clean" means. The room wasn't even functional. The toilet took about a minute to flush. The sink won't drain. There was blood on the bed. There was a wet stain on the chairs. I had the worst nights sleep here. Absolutely disgusting. We had to switch rooms 2 times. The first room had no heat and no hot water, the second room had the blood, toilet issues, and sink issues. Also, the heat did turn on but it was just blowing out dirty smelling air. The room smelled horrendous! The whole hotel smelled horrendous! It smelled like dirty sweaty feet/socks. Please don't come here and definitely don't bring your kids here.

Clean room, fairly comfortable bed, good shower. Like many motels, outside noise intrudes (DO NOT GET A ROOM BY THE VENDING MACHINES! ). Friendly staff. I used the Motel6 app to reserve & got into my room quickly. Will stay there again.

Overall decent. Room was relatively clean, though there were a few spots the cleaning crew missed. (Food sauce was on floor and attracted ants). Attendees were very polite and took care of any and all issues immediately. I would recommend them as the issue we had was an easy mistake since the spot missed was in an area somewhat hidden.

Room was not worth the cost… the whole room need to be remodeled… shower leaked bad water filled the bathroom floor, towels in bathroom was very dirty even floor mate) like they never was washed in the first place (lucky I bring my own personal towels and soap) wood from doorway was not secure you could see the hallway, and frame work was to the point if you hit the door it would literally fall apart… bedding was horrible bed spread had so many burn holes in it… should have been thrown away before renting a room… Motel 6 needs structure needs to be torn down and start over for the money that is asked to stay. The customer service was great… To bad they have to represent the company that is not up to par with room regulations…

When I booked online I selected that it would be two adults in the room and when I got there I was told I had only paid for one adult and had to pay an additional $5. Also we had been out till nearly 3 am touring the town, and check out wasn't until 11 am but about 9:30 and again at 10:30 someone knocked on the door to ask if we were staying or leaving. I was kind of annoyed to be woken up twice before I was going to get up especially since we had stayed out late.

Ice machine was not working. Room was very dated. An abandoned vehicle was parked in front of our room. It had a flat and no plates. Bed was soft and lumpy. We will not stay here again.

No frills hotel. The reception area was being remodeled, so we checked in through a window, that was set up for it. Ice machine was not in working order. Our room was okay and the area was quiet. We appreciate Motel 6, for the military discount and that they are pet friendly.

It really is just "okay". If you need a place to rest your head and a shower, then this is a good spot to go. Walls were pretty thin, the shower was either blazing hot or pretty cold, mine bounced between the two even at the middle point. Beautiful outisde, kinda dated and creepy inside. Again, great for just passing through.

When I walked in to confirm my booking the Motel 6 employees informed me rudely that they were in the middle of a shift change and I would have to wait. They were busy speaking to a woman who I soon realized was a so-called Lady Of The Night. Once they finish their important discussion with the independent business woman, they informed me that the room I booked was not available unless I accepted a so-called maintenance room, which included a sink that was clogged, a door that wouldn't shut, two towels instead of 4, a bathroom door with no door knob, and a host of other deficiencies — the saddest of which was a used bar of soap complete with previous owner's pubic hair. We could not close the front door all the way in a sketchy neighborhood, which didn't help our sleep at all. In closing, we do not expect Motel 6's to be palaces, but this one was as bad as I have ever had The Misfortune to stay in. Stay away, Chattanooga Travelers, stay very far away.

I like it here. The staff was very good. Cheap, clean and my car is right outside the door. Safe place. No shady characters. Need a cheap room with free Wi-Fi, try it out. Close to everything in Chattanooga. I stayed in this hotel on my return trip on Jan. 1, 2018 and it was just as I described.

I was charged for a room that I cancelled on October 2, went round and round with front desk that evening at check in and check out. When got home found cancellation numbers for both rooms and file dispute with credit card company. Very dissatisfied with this chain of motels Cheryl and Patrick both who stated that they were managers told me monies will be r funded to card was refunded and motel 6 took it back out DISPUTE FILE HAVE ALL CANCELLATION CONFORMATIONS. Mr Jim you definitely need to check into this motel hair on bed no housekeeping mold smell in hallway hair on " fresh" sheets completely nasty.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good value. I'd recommend this Motel 6 for your next stay.

Hands down the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Clean, smells nice, hardwood floors, great TV and channels, spotless bathroom, super-comfortable bed, quiet, very nice hallway carpet. Best $65 I've ever spent for a night's rest. Highly recommend.

The rooms were recently remodeled & a great deal for the price. The front desk staff were great & cleaning staff were friendly. There were not a lot of amenities. I stayed 5 nights.

The day before yesterday the price for a queen smoking room was $63. Now that the hurricane is about to hit Florida and everyone is evacuating, last night it was $86. And they charged the Mexicans behind me over $100. Got in the room the air was broken called the front desk she threatened to throw me out of the room when I told her I was calling Motel 6 corporate. This is Motel 6 Eastridge, TN. I was in room 220, the floor is all torn up, the bathroom door is split in two spool bad! I paid $86. For a room with no microwave, no shampoo, no hair dryer! They say they don't put those in rooms so they can keep the price of the rooms low!

You are paying for a bed. That's it. No pool, no breakfast, no shampoo, not even a fitted sheet on our king sized bed… best thing about this place is there weren't any bugs, and they didn't have carpet in the room.

Fast and friendly service. Quiet and clean rooms, plenty of large haul vehicles. They were also understanding my hour late check out. My phone was still on a different time zone. I would stay here again.

There was a drugged out mother with 2 horrible little kids who were screaming and throwing things in the parking lot and at the pool. Turns out they were right next to our room and we heard them all screaming and the parents screaming at them all day and all night long. Our room smelled so strong of weed that I had to spray air freshner and try to air out the room. The room was fine other than that, except the shower was broken and the toilet did not work very well. The headboard fell off the wall when we were sleeping and we could not get it back on. The TV was super old and the remote did not work to it. We walked outside and there were 2 men exchanging a prostitute and they were not subtle about it. It smelled like raw sewage near the office and I am not sure why. There is a brand new La Quinta across the street. Go there instead. Oh, the pool was nice though.

Arrived right after a storm and there was standing water that came under the door. Also there had been water leaking from the ceiling for a while. Some mold on the ceiling. The outside doors were very loud all night. I did not feel very comfortable by myself. I would not recommend it for single travelers. Some unsavory characters hanging around the motel.

Start with the positive: staff friendly and professional. Room was very clean! Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Negatives: the fan on the AC rattled all night to the point I had to shut off the fan in order to sleep. By morning the room was pretty warm.

Well the room was comfortable when entered there was a clean smell and a pleasant home like quality to the room. There was no loud sounds violating the room and the shower was amazing by any motel standard. I would recommended this motel to anyone and hope to visit again on my next visit to town.

My boyfriend and I booked the room online last minute for a family trip to see Rock City and Ruby Falls. We only needed it for one nite and checked in after midnight. If it hadn't have been so late we would have packed the kids up and went somewhere else. The location was sketchy at best and we didn't feel at all safe. Its the kind of place u take a one nite stand if u really dont plan on ever seeing them again. The hallway leading to our room had doors with the locks removed, not professionally, as was evident by the prybar marks. The room it's self had a strong odor and dorm room feel all the way down to the cheep vaneer covered plywood nite stand and other furnishings. It was dirty and the beds may have been bug free but were very uncomfortable, not to mention the thin "blanket" and terrible pillows. In short, if it wasn't so late and we hadn't packed the handgun we'd have taken our business elsewhere. Be warned.

It's fine, reasonably priced. Close to I75. Some rif-raff around, not much. I only saw one young hooker in the a. M. Come out of a car, very provocatively clothed seems like she was being pimped out, but they didn't bother me.

Staff was helpful, rooms looked nice and clean, new floors, good location by interstate. Beds and pillows were pretty bad, though, as all of our backs hurt the next morning. No breakfast.

Night staff was unprofessional and allowed noisy hotel guest to do as they please, even after several complaints. As a result we had to relocate to another hotel across the street. If you need a nice quite place to stay for a night or two, Do not stay here.

This is by far the NASTIEST place I have ever stayed in… Stopped on my way to Florida and it was late, after finally finding they had a vacancy we payed the $66 and to our room we went! Hallway doors unsecured, several vacant rooms had their doors standing wide open, for only god knows why, and this is just the beginning! Upon entry into the room, the smell was not pleasant but I've smelled worse! The true horror was when the lights came on, the very first thing we saw were two cockroaches scurrying under the baseboards! Needless to say we slept with our close on and suitcase zipped up tight and immediately put it back in the car, didn't want any new pets! Sandpaper towels to dry off with after your absolutely necessary shower! We didnt mention it to the front desk mainly because we were just passing through and I never take the time to do these reviews, however in this instance I felt this was warranted! BUYER BE WARE!
