Very rude front desk clerk! Said she was eating her dinner when I arrived at 7 pm to check in. Yikes! Then proceeded to say she was just trying to make a living for her family. Tmi. Unprofessional. Beautiful clean room. I am a dedicated Marriott customer but will never return to this one. Drove 11 hours to be treated so rudely! Whatever happened to customer service?

I don’t think i’ve ever been in a nicer bathroom than the one in my hotel room. Ever. anyway, my family and I stayed here for the night. The hotel room was very nice (especially the bathroom) and the staff were very friendly! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Beautiful room & lobby. Great indoor pool hours (6a — 10p). The breakfast is quite nice — if you haven't seen a pancake conveyor belt, you should.

We were very pleased with our stay. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful. The staff also. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was Good! Hope to stay here in the future! We have stayed here several times before and enjoyed our stay!

The service is very good. The staff is helpful and on top of things. The pool is clean and the breakfast bar is consistently good. My daughter is especially fond of the machine that makes pancakes on demand and the waffle maker.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at this Fairfield Inn. They were the friendliest people I have met. My family member was air lifted to Bristol memorial hospital due to a heart attack and the staff here was exceptionally wonderful and helpful. Extremely clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable beds. The hotel is gorgeous. I recommend this hotel for anyone that is out of town. It made our stay very soothing. Thank you again.

Newer construction, very nice hotel. Room is large, comfortable and clean. Shower only, no tub. There is a pool and workout room. I enjoyed the breakfast allot. Tip: odd number rooms are on the side of the property away from the interstate. I would request one of those due to highway noise. There is a large development across the interstate from the hotel for shopping and dining, but you'll need a car.

I love this hotel. It was super clean and the people there were nice and always greeted us each time we came in and left for the day. The hotel is in a super convenient place. Literally a 3 MIN drive from the shopping center and restaurants. I'm a huge critic of bathrooms and rooms and this place exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely book with them again when I come back through these parts.

Nice hotel for a family. The hotel Is clean and the beds are comfortable. The indoor pool is clean and warm as well. The crib we requested was also nice. Breakfast is perfectly suitable for a family and has something for everyone + good coffee. Staff was also helpful and kind.

The room is awesome and clean and all the amenities you need for a couple of nights stay away from home.

Amazing service and the cleanest hotel I have visited in a very long time. The manager and staff deserve a tip of the hat to running a great hotel that will definitely get my future business. I stayed there a couple of nights ago and was impressed as soon as I walked in the door. Super clean and the employee managing the front desk (Bryce) was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to make sure I felt right at home. Thanks to Bryce for making my decision to stay at the FairField Inn an easy one. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting Bristol, TN.

This hotel is wonderful. The room was clean and neat and very updated. The breakfast was very good and kept stocked and clean. The eating area large and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. Best stay I've had in years.

I don't like writing reviews, but our experience was great, so they deserve the credit. Every employee we met was friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. They surprisingly were very accommodating for our 1-year-old. They had a pack-n-play (slightly torn), gave us a night light, dish soap, baby lotion, baby shampoo, and outlet covers! We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We loved this hotel. The room was clean and the free breakfast was amazing. Tonya was very helpful and gracious explaining what I could eat they is gluten free. We had a great conversation with her during breakfast about our upcoming trip to Disney world. She voiced how she has always wanted to go to Disney, just once in her life. She also explained how much she loves her job and gave management great praises. Tonya is definitely an employee that you want on your team. She will keep people coming back. I know we will. So, management, I plead for you to send her, and whoever she wants to go with her, to Disney world. She deserves it. Thank you!

Best hotel around! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They have an indoor pool and workout facilities. The room was very clean. This hotel seems like it is brand new. The free breakfast was incredible. They have items I have never seen before for a continental breakfast before like a oatmeal bar with dried apricots, agave nectar and toasted almonds. We will be staying here every time we come through the area. We used to stay at the other Marriott up the road in Virginia but you get so much more for your money here!

We needed rooms for the night for a group of 9 of us and phoned the hotel for availability. Kaylee was so helpful and took care of our reservations and even let us park our motorcycles under cover when it started raining. While we were waiting for our take out to arrive, she even gave us cookies to nibble on. The hotel is beautiful and clean and we would highly recommend it to others.

Such a awesome and CLEAN hotel! All the staff was great! Never have met such awesome housekeepers! My husband was at work and we forgot the DND on the door, when I approached a housekeeper (young lady dark hair) and told her I needed our room clean before my husand arrived and forgot the dnd, she dropped everything she was doing to clean our room!. Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was great as well.

Great staff! They saw I had a baby and gave my husband and I a bag filled with neat little things that you wouldn't think to bring for a baby on a trip. (Ex. Night light, plug covers, and baby toiletries). Highly recommend!

Very clean hotel situated in a convenient part of Bristol. The bathroom is spotless and sparkly white. I'm just docking a star because the shower head/water pressure could've been better. I will def stay here again.

Love love this hotel! The staff is so great. Although a younger front desk girl was kinda zoned out and kinda rude. The housekeeping staff was amazing! All the workers were so sweet and happy! Nothing better then waking up to smiling faces Breakfast was great. Had a awesome time. This hotel deserves a 5 star. Was very clean and comfortable! Shoutout to the little brown headed housekeeper that made my son stop crying!

I do not understand why some people don't give this hotel 5 stars. It is brand new, super clean. In fact, I would love to congratulate the design team that decorated this hotel. What a beautiful place. Super modern but with a vintage touch on furniture and wallpaper pattern. Breakfast was great and the seating area looked like a high end class restaurant. Amazing. I have never stayed on a hotel at this level by the side of a highway. Bathroom super clean and rooms are comfortable. I watch a looooot of Hotel Impossible and trust me, this hotel would not fail on the show. Thank you and keep the staff working like that. Good management, that is what I call that.

Conveniently located near I-81. The rooms are very nice and clean, and modern fixtures in the bathroom. There is free continental breakfast every morning.

The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom, spotless. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful, courteous and extremely helpful in suggesting a good, close, inexpensive place to eat. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I am a Platinum member (translated: I sleep away from home a lot). I was looking forward to trying out the new Fairfield Inn in Bristol, TN in June 2015. It wasn't the best experience — from check in to check out. While the front desk staff was friendly, I waited over 15 minutes to check in. The hallway carpet was already stained and dirty. The elevators were dirty as well. I used the last tissue on my first night there and they were not replaced. All of that I could potentially overlook — being a new hotel, I understand it takes some time to get staff trained, etc. However, I apparently missed the Grand Opening Party the day after arriving. There was no sign posted anywhere, no invitation handed to me upon check in, no letter under my door. But when I returned to the hotel my second night, the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me all about the great party I had just missed (food, beverages, live entertainment, drawings). Please don't misunderstand me — my review is not about missing a party, it's about a poor customer service experience from start to finish. And as a Platinum member, I expected a little more.
