What nice experience, my first B&B. Kevin and Heather are amazing hosts. Beautiful home, land and the views. Thank you again I will be back. If you have dislikes of breakfast items let them know. We all had a good laugh at my expense. 😂😁

We came as strangers and felt that we left as friends. Heather and Kevin were not there to greet us when we arrived. But they had made arrangements and check in was completely painless. There were snacks and drinks awaiting our pleasure, as well as a comfortable living room for guests. It was cold and a bit rainy during our stay in Montana, but we were always snug and warm, perfectly comfortable in our room and the rest of the house. One of the things I particularly liked about the Bitterroot Bed and Breakfast is the location. It was easy to find, felt like it was out in the middle of the country, but it was a ridiculously short drive (less than 5 minutes) to an assortment of restaurants, pharmacy (with soda fountain), 2 grocery stores, and a state run liquor store. If you knew me, you would know that my least favorite meal of the day is breakfast. So when I tell you that breakfast at the Bitterroot was an absolute treat, you should pay attention. And I strongly suggest you make sure a Sunday breakfast is part of your stay because Heather and Kevin's fried chicken and waffles are not to be missed under any circumstances. All their breakfasts were delicious, but this was especially so! They use local meats, eggs from her chickens, and locally made cheese in their cooking. The room. We stayed in the Bitterroot River room, and it was roomy and comfortable and very, very clean.

Kevin and Heather are wonderful hosts. The kids (goats) are entertaining. The whole Montana B&B experience with amazing views, pasture land, river access, great food where it’s your own unique adventure.

The best breakfast anywhere. Heather and Kevin are a treasure. You will feel like family.

We stayed here over the weekend and let me just say. Beautiful space! Small farm animals out in the pasture and a delicious home cooked breakfast.

Can't recommend these wonderful people enough! Their B&B is simple, yet wonderful, backs up to a beautiful river you can walk down to with gorgeous views of the Bitterroot Range. Very clean rooms, amazing home cooked breakfast, and overall honest, respectful, and heartfelt people. Heather and Kevin and their house feel like home. I hardly ever give recommendations so if I do it's worth it.

Our stay at the Bitterroot River B&B was amazing! A perfect rest after a busy day. We loved the walk to the river. Next Summer, we hope to visit again and sit out under a starry night around the fire. Thank you!

We love staying with Heather and Kevin the rooms are magnificent and the views are spectacular. We love the surprises we get for breakfast and the locally sourced goods. If you’re coming to the Bitterroot you have got to stay with them!

We had a wonderful stay. We love the property and the area. From the coffee delivery to your room, tasty breakfasts, cookies, to recommendations for dinner, local sightseeing, and hikes. We will be back.

The views are great. Really quiet, and spacious rooms, loved the cover porches, and the prices are good. The owners are very accommodating.

If you like to fish, make new friends, and eat great food, this is the place for you.

We had the best stay! The location is beautiful and the family is wonderful that owns it! The food was scrumptious, especially the homemade muffins each morning! We definitely recommend this place if you are in Stevensville!

Kevin and Heather are about the sweetest hosts imaginable. Their property is lovely. The breakfasts are outstanding (try the locally made huckleberry hot sauce! ). They went out of their way to make each guest's stay special. Loved the fire they built for us down by the river, and the animal menagerie they maintain. The breakfast eggs come from the hens in the yard! Don't hesitate to book here, you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend to anyone loving Montana. Wonderful hospitality with kind and friendly hosts. The breakfast was outstanding. Nice fishing recommendations too!

My daughter and I spent a night here in early November and we had such a wonderful experience. It was just the right balance of pampering and being left alone. My daughter particularly enjoyed hanging out with the very friendly goats and chickens and I particularly appreciated that they accommodated our vegetarianism without a blink. The food was delicious! Coffee at our door in the morning was such a wonderful touch. I would go back in a heart beat and can't wait to share this great find with my husband!

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my first trip to Montana. October is such a beautiful time of the year in the Bitterroot Valley. Coming from the central coast of California, it's refreshing to actually experience a true fall season. Kevin and his family are wonderful hosts and you feel like you're at home. You know you're going to enjoy you're stay when you find a tiny elk face, complete with mini antlers, formed into the bathroom tissue roll! Perfection!

This B&B is amazing! The rooms are beautiful and creative. The Innkeepers are beyond amazing and friendy. The breakfast is to die for! The food is all Montana produced! Highly recommend for anyone and everyone! Book your stay now for an amazing stay at Bitterroot River Bed and Breakfast!

Our stay at the Bitterroot River Bed & Breakfast was such a delight! Between this place and the wedding we were here to photograph, our hearts and souls are SO FULL! Kevin & Heather are so fun and welcoming and lovely and make such a YUMMY and nutritious breakfast right from their farm, coffee to die for, and do SO much to make your stay special. We were honestly just looking for a place to get some really good sleep before and after a day of working really hard at a very important event, but we got SO much more! Thank you so much, Kevin & Heather! You are beautiful souls and we can't wait to come back & see you!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed every minute, with the beautiful views of the river and mountains, the farm animals, the delicious breakfast each morning, the clean rooms and homemade cookies at night. Kevin and Heather are the best host and hostess and really make you feel at home. We will most definitely recommend and also be back again!
