The woman at the desk was extremely nice easy to get along with I think her name was Shawna. She made our stay a lot more comfortable then what you would find at another place.

Clean room plus the manager went out of his way to provide great customer service.

Just okay — clean, a bit older and expensive. But one of the best places to stay near TR.

Stayed here after we sold and moved out of our River house in Marietta, SC. NICE PLACE TO STAY, always a good breakfast and a firm bed.

Room in need of modernization, was put in room with a large jacuzzi, but water handles removed — so of no use. It was very large, not sure if handicapped accessible room or what exactly the point was, it was in the main bed area. There was a regular tub in the bathroom, so it was a strange layout. Staff was ok, room was clean, but TV was very tiny.

This was a decent hotel. The beds we're very Comfortable. The hotel was clean. They also had a good breakfast. And very friendly staff. The hotel could definitely use some updates. The rooms are a bit outdated as well as the carpets and wallpaper.

We called to get a group rate for our Volleyball Team, the person told us $86 plus tax. Then they charged our credit cards $129 and when we asked why they said they never told us they did group rates. Which was all a lie because they were on speaker phone with us and everyone heard the lady. Then they told us they don't have queen beds just double beds, but when we got the invoices it says for queen beds. When we told the lady on the phone she says and I quote "My bad". I would rather spend more money on a nicer hotel then to ever go to Hampton Inn again. Very dishonest and the customer service is terrible.

Very nice staff at our registration and check out. The night staff helped us out by showing the local eating places. Thank you. Nice and clean. Calm atmosphere, esp in the morning for breakfast, glad you had some fresh fruit available. We were there for a funeral, but does not mean we won't be back. P. S. Missed not having a microwave and little fridge that we are used to in other Hampton's.

Staff is very attentive and nice. Rooms are clean, but need a little updating. Breakfast was good as well.

One of the best hotels we stayed in in the last few years. We travel a lot with our daughter being in gymnastics. We were impressed with the hotel, and staff.

Nice place to sleep. Staff is attentive. Breakfast is good. If you want blueberries for breakfast bring your own. Chocolate chip cookies made fresh in evening.

Looked to be fairly newly renovated. Wasn't bad but still had an older shower and older a/c unit. Kept the room cold enough though. It was fairly clean and had a good breakfast bar.

Hotel is a little older, but great customer service and beautiful area. The hotel is close to several great restaurants on the main street of downtown. Very convenient to Greenville.

Dated hotel. Room is clean but halls and elevator need attention. Room smells a bit like smoke. Windows can't be opened. That said — the hotel is in a very nice location. Bike/running trail entrance right across the street and it goes all the way to City of Greenville. Lots of FAST food nearby. Mountain scenery is nice. There is a cute town with tourist type places within walking distance.

Room was not clean. Phone did not work. Outlet did not work. We were double charged for the one night's stay. Enough said.

Stayed here because it is very close to furman university. My son was at a football camp there. It is an older property, but it is very well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. Decent swimming pool. Kids spent 2 1/2 hours in there. Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Location was great, just a short walk to charming downtown Traveler's Rest. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Recommended if you're in the area.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel is less than half a mile from a really cute and cozy downtown that really seems to pride itself on community spirit and making their main street really beautiful. (The big front porch swing by the little goldfish pond was so sweet! ) The hotel itself had a nice smell all through it which was nice and reassuring to the cleanliness of the establishment. My favorite part of our stay was a woman by the name of Elaine working the delicious breakfast area. She was pleasant and everything was stocked! (Breakfast is a big deal to me! ) Also, they had a little bowl of candied pecans by the waffles! I loved that! It was such a small detail but the gesture felt so homey and just really encompassed the feeling of southern hospitality the downtown area presented. I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars cause the refrigerator was really loud and woke me up during the night a few times.

Everything was wonderful. The bed was quitw comfortable and room waa clean. I wasn't there long enough fo enjoy the other amenities.

This hotel feels like a motel slapped with Hampton Inn name board. The rooms are subpar with very old furniture. Definitely needs a make over before I consider staying here again.
