Worst hotel ever! Durty like trash, and has roaches everywhere and also smell like cigarettes! Never again I will stay on this trash! And the front desk was such a ass hole, didn’t want to open the lobby for me to do the check in! And also the sheets was completely dirty!

Stay AWAY! the place is total scum. Good thing I didn't get there (after reading reviews about roaches and bad bugs). The Indian dude didn't even let me walk into the lobby while I check in. He offer me the smoker room for 50$ flat (I guess he want to skip the invoice — IRA you should check them out!. ) But he refuse to show me the room. When I asked him about non smoker room, he told me that he need the mayor CC. He took the photocopy of my driver licence, and of my CC, the he ask me to give him my pin #! Seriously?! I told him — dude, its totally confidential!, ho ge told me to find another place! Screw that! Tomorrow I'll call my bank to check what going on. rezume: STAY AWAY! if I could rate the negatively, I would put — 100!

Nasty smells and dirty sheets. I lost money I left. Food on the walls. Do not stay here. Showers dirty.

Dog friendly for a price. $12 in addition to what was quoted on Expedia. No refrigerator or microwave. Room was worn and dated. OK for one night. Slightly overpriced for what it is.

Dated, dirty, rude desk staff, roaches, no amenities. If you just need some sleep and can't find anywhere else… I recommend sleeping in the woods!

Heating unit was very smelly and could not get extra blankets. Room was dated and musty — if we weren't so tired we would have checked out immediately.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! Tried to check in, the lobby was locked and the manager would not let the family in. It was cold outside and we have little children. Very rude staff. Refused to provide service to us. The manager’s family was in the lobby but it was locked for all customers. Ended up turning us away even though we had a reservation. We were not able to get a refund for the night. We tried to explain that the manager turned us away and we still could not get a refund.

I put one star and it isn't even that good. I have stayed in inexpensive hotels before and will not stay here again. First there was some type of frog in our room. Then we needed heat and man was that smelling if dirt being burnt off the heating coils, the shower was small, hot water limited, towels so rough the could take a layer of skin off and small, no bath mat no tissues (thank heavens I had some paper napkins), one cup for two people, I'm stopping now since I'm sounding petty, but this place wasn't worth the total of $74 and change for a king room.

Grossest hotel I've ever stayed at. Brown smears on walls, yellow stains on the ceiling, smelly, cracked AC unit, old fuzzy TV with 6 channels.

Needs modernization. I cannot recommend this motel.

Checked in got to the room put my things down left and came back turn lights on and roaches scatter. I went to the front desk the man says he wants to see. I show him. He states he doesn't understand bcuz they have orkin and if I wudnt have said something they cud have treated the room. Um im sorry wat the hell do u mean if I didnt say something. U thought I wanted to just chill up in here with the roaches? Switch rooms to find out theres roaches in that room as well. Go to get my money back and he states since I didnt cm b4 check out time at 11 he cudnt give me my money back. It was currently 1130. So I told him its ok bcuz im sure I'll get my money back another way. Do not ever go there… ever.

Wish I could give negative stars! Gross everything was dirty! Walls, floor, beds, bathroom, everything dirty & room had very "funky" smell! Bugs! I got so tired of killing roaches & various others, we actually had to drive to a store to pick up Raid & air freshener. They had ice machine but no ice bucket in room, just 2 small plastic cups & two little soap bars. Even trashcan in room was broken, disgusting, had 2 used Q-tips inside and different motel name printed on it. I would NOT recommend staying here unless you are hiding from a serial killer & all other surrounding buildings are on fire! P. S. The towels provided were a joke!

They emailed my dad and cancelled his reservation that he had made months ago because they were "overbooked, " just days before he was supposed to leave for a trip. No honor or integrity.

NO NO NO NO NO, DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay extra and go up the street! BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS and big nasty roaches!

For me it was descent, nothing fancy or special. I was only trying to find a place to sleep after every hotel was being booked.

Disgusting, dead spiders, toenails, and pubic hair found in our room. The pillows were almost as brown as the dirt built up in in the drawers of the dressers. Layer of dust completed coated over the tv, it looked like the last time it was cleaned was years ago. Disgusting.

Disgusting water ; nothing to use like lotion, shampoo or anything. A big hole under the door where bugs crawl in. AC doesn't work that good it's just air coming out that smelled really bad. The bathroom was dirty and really small. Everything was really dirty they didn't clean the bed and use the same sheets and don't have clean towels. The owner was mean charged us more than others ; it was not worth 75 dollars. It stinked really bad and I'm telling you DONT STAY HERE!

The staff were nice and the rooms passable but the place had the look and feel of section 8 housing with lowlifes hanging in front of the rooms. They were drinking and carrying on. Not good.

It is a basic Hotel no bells no whistles.

It is extremely dirty and there is very bad holor.

Don't ever stay here! Dirty and smelly. The towels, carpets and rooms in general are disgusting. The whole place is in need of repair. We stayed here because we were evacuated and there was no other place with a vacancy. Manager was rude and tried multiple times to charge money that was not legitimate. Many other people here during the stay had the same thing happen. Avoid at all costs!

The WORST ever. We have been on the road for 14 hours every hotel was book. All I can say my husband broke out all over his body from bed bug bites. Words of wisdom DO NOT GO THERE!

Its very bad motal, shower is broken, microwave is broken, and fridge is not working. There is only 2 towels which look yellow and dirty. Room was not even vacuumed, all over pet hairs and smoke smell was unbearable. I bought deal online and request the owner to give me smoke free room because I have one infant and 2 year daughter but he didn't cooperate even I ask him to pay more but he didn't. Room number is 135. One another person was also complaining about mold in fridge. The worst place to stay. Owner knows that it's on highway and ppl come late night so he is rude.

Stayed here because of bad weather. However, if I could have chosen another place I would have. It was very scary looking. In the lobby/registration area there was one man sitting in the dark. He took care of us through a little window because it was past 11pm. There were only 3 cars in the whole parking lot which scared me even more. The room was old, sheets had black hairs on them and stains. The bathroom was tiny. The TV had crazy static on every chanel. It is an emergency only place.

Air half work no ice had to go to Walmart and buy raid TV sound goes in and out and roaches all in this room we to take our luggage back to the car. Please gotnesct eexit.

Best hotel in manning. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the area. Great prices and really clean rooms.

This place was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. The first room they put us in had a roach on the wall and the bed had long black hairs in it. The second room they put us in, when I opened a drawer on the dresser it was infested with bed bugs. Stay away!
