Gross! Had to change rooms 2x bc of bed bugs but they said they didn't have or find any so I was not refunded any money or even apologized to. Crappy manager with terrible attitude. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all! And for how I was treated… extremely overpriced! If I could give a 0 as a rating, I would!

Nice area, clean rooms and no bugs. Nice breakfast but the maid service needs to be retrained on customer service skills. We won't be going here again. One rude maid ruined what was supposed to be a much needed vacation for my family. My friend expressed her concerns and they office clerk was rude to her. We asked ahead of time for extra time to check out, we were given it as the maid knocked on our door she was rude to my friend and running her mouth to other maids. This is unaccepted behavior for staff to treat customers this way. We weren't rude or loud for her to act a fool.

The stay was okay. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Dirty outside and not much better inside. Walk ways and stairwells disgustingly dirty. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. There was cigarette burns in the vanity top. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Never again!

Decent rooms for the price. Friendly staff, worked with us on booking issues during our extended stay. Would recommend!

Room smells funky but are a lil nicer than it looks from the outside.

It's about what you'd expect from a Days Inn. You can hear your neighbors conversations quite clearly if you don't have your television on. Breakfast selections are pretty limited. Overall decent for the price.

My friend enjoyed her stay. She stayed 1 nite she say it was clean. They went out of there way to be attentive to her.

I stay at this motel frequently and I have no complaints. Also I think the people that work here are friendly and helpful which isn't found in other motels.

Didn't stay. Just visiting. The lobby was nice and clean and the person working the front desk was very friendly. If the rooms look as nice as the lobby I would expect anyone to be satisfied.

Older motel. Clean nice bed TV and air conditioning. Reasonable. Thing that was bummer was pool closed and weather still warm.

My bathroom light didn't work. The decaf coffee was opened and 1/2 used. Other than that people were great.

We stayed here for 2 nights and there are only 2 bad things I can say about the place. First, the a/c doesn't get cold enough for me… it was set on 60 but I'm pretty sure our room never got that cold. Secondly, the pillows look & feel like they are the cheapest Wal-Mart sells, 10 yrs ago & about a million people have slept on them. They are a sad, pathetic excuse for pillows. The good things are that the place was clean, had hardwood floors and was in a good, safe location. We would definitely stay here again but bring our own pillows next time!

This is an older hotel but it is very clean and has everything needed during a hotel stay. The staff has been friendly and rates are very reasonable. It's on the edge of town so it's pretty quiet but a short drive to many retail stores, restaurants and local parks on the lake. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

Our room was very dirty. We would have changed rooms but there wasn't one avalible since it was August 2, night if the Eclipse. I spilled water on the floor and when I saw how dirty the paper towel was after wiping up the water, I had to show it to the woman behind the desk in the office. She said she would let housekeeping know. I cleaned the end tables, phone, TV remote and sink myself. Cleaned coffee pot, but decided not to drink anything that came out of it. When we checked out in the morning, my husband told a different woman behind the desk, how dirty our room was. She said it's hard to find good help.

Amazing. I stay in a hotel for work four to five nights a week. The front desk staff is awesome. The gentleman is polite and is a great teacher. He was instructing a new hire on my arrival. The room is CLEAN. King size bed with five pillows. Very comfortable. Bathroom has tile floor. Very clean. Room flooring has new laminate hard wood. Nice chair to sit in. Has computer table also. I could go on. Great Wyndham rate! Great and cheaper place to stay than anywhere in Clempson!

Had many problems getting the door open, and a really drunk neighbor that kept insulting my friend. Other than that, everything was great.

It's pretty awesome and the kids really have enjoyed it.

I swear the hotels in Seneca are a hit and miss. We moved to this hotel from the Quality Inn only bc our room at the quality wasn't cooling off and they had no other rooms available. Pulling into the parking lot I was already terrified. This is a hotel for locals to hang out, do drug exchanges etc. The carpet was rancid. My kids walked across the carpet, and their feet were black as coal. I took my middle child down to the front desk to show them his feet. She said no management would be on the property until the following Monday. Which was 2 days later. Needless to say they didn't call. So I called them. She said she wasn't aware of the situation, and would have an owner call me. No one has called. No offer of a refund. $70 for one night of grossness. My kids really wanted to swim in the pool, but it looked really bad. Personal floats were in the pool, grocery bags that sank to the bottom of the pool. I can only imagine what was in those. Dont stay here!

6/1/16 onto 6/2/16 For $60 a night I expected better, we arrived with out 2 day old baby and our 4 year old son. The first room 111 its supposed to be "non smoking" (thats cute) it was horrible. The smell was putrid. We then got room 116. It smelled heavy of chemicals. We stayed, I went to get in the shower and theres not 1 or 2 but about 10-15 inch long black hairs all over the walls and tub. Fine whatever I wash that out. Get out go to brush my teeth at the sink and theres build up of dust along the wall. The paint job over the shower was pathedic, the mattress was very uncomfortable it was lumpy. And the pillows were soft but not comfortable. The key card reader worked when it wanted to. We came down for breakfast around 730 there was cereal all over the counter, the waffle spatula was just sitting on a dusty microwave. The milk jug was empty, there was a big plate with 2 little eggs on it, after making 2 waffles the waffle mix was empty. There was staff in and out and a girl at the desk… Never welcomed us, said hi, asked if we needed anything. At 11:05 (check out) my car battery died and my husband was 10-15 minutes away. I got a call from christy saying that I had to vacate the room she had that room booked, I told her my situation and she said to come to the office and wait well I had a baby 2 days ago im not supposed to lift more than 10 lbs and my baby is 8.

You would want to keep your shoes on to walk across the carpets. These are very worn out hotel rooms. They have a value of between $28-$45 a night. But the reason for my one star review is the 1.5 hour wait to receive a refund. The hotel manager is inaccessible. She puts the clerk in the awkward position of basically not being able to offer a prompt refund.

Had a air conditioner problem at home stayed for two nights. Staff very friendly, We had a nice room and good beds. Was not noisy and good place to stay.

Has bed bugs in room 210. Caught several of them to show manager.

The price was affordable. The room and whole hotel was clean. Comp. Breakfast was good also. Staff was friendly. Pool was refreshing. The bed was comfortable. Thanks Days Inn.

Positives: breakfast bar, HD TV in lounge, and newer furniture in room. Negatives: found wash cloth hanging on shower rod from previous guest, shower curtain had mold on it, coffee maker was not replenished, hole in bathroom wall because no door stop, cobwebs in corners of ceiling, curtains hard to move in track, counter around sink had few spots of something that should have been removed.
