Great getaway tucked into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This place has everything! Atmosphere is very clean, cozy and close to an abundance of hiking, waterfalls and lakes. Sharon and Andrew were extremely hospitable. We will be back soon!

My husband scheduled us for 3 nights for my 60th Birthday. It far exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious. The private balcony was amazing. The bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub; which was a treat after a 10 hour drive from south Florida. We had our own wine refrigerator. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. I am looking forward to going back; hopefully in the fall.

Wonderful B&B! Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and delightful hosts.

This was our first ever experience at a B & B, and we were very impressed! We stayed in the Stardust room downstairs. The king bed was very comfy. We had a remote to control the air in our room, and our own little porch are outside. Breakfast was outstanding. Andrew and Sharon were wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is stunning! Sharon was very kind and understanding with us. We will definitely be back and recommend TPV to others.

Three Pines View was very relaxing and very clean. Sharon and Andrew were extremely welcoming and flexible. The location of this B&B was great for hiking and access to one of the most beautiful lakes in the south — Lake Jocassee. If you don't want to go out, try one of their wonderful dinners. We will definitely plan on returning.

A great experience and we booked three rooms, all are very tastefully decorated and cozy, love the upstairs rooms with a view of the mountains. Sharon & Andrew are very accommodating and hospitable, their dogs Charlie and Mocha are just so sweet and we are still thinking of them after days, a very nice and well managed B&B, will recommend to all!

Love this place, this is the 3rd time I have stayed here. Great people and awesome breakfast. Hope to see Sharon, Andrew Mocha, Charlie and the cats again soon. We stayed in The Lofty View, which has a great view of the mountains. The spiral stair case is very pretty. If you ever get up this way, check out this place.

Absolutely love this place, The room we usually get has a great view of the mountains. I will also review a good Italian restaurant that we go to here as well. It's called Pesano's. Great bed and breakfast to go and get away and enjoy the scenery.

My husband and I have stayed in B&B's all over the country and there is not a single one that we prefer to TPV. The food was delicious, the hosts were gracious, the view was amazing, and the rooms were private and lovely. So grateful to have this beautiful getaway right up the road from our house. We can't wait to go back!

THREE PINES VIEW LODGE Dan and I chose the "Lofty View" suite which has a fireplace and a nice sitting area to read, watch TV or just relax. This suite also has a cozy loft that would be perfect for an extra family member or friend. The 2nd story porch has the best views of the countryside and gorgeous mountains! The perfect place to share a glass of wine in the afternoon or a mug of their wonderful coffee at sunrise. When we travel the bed so important and I have to say the queen bed and the linens were definitely 5 star! We took the opportunity to have Sharon prepare private dinners for us both nights. Romantic and were beyond delicious! Her breakfast were just as amazing! We were pampered the entire time we were in there. Sharon prepared a picnic for our afternoon kayak trip. Two kayaker never felt more special! Sharon and Andrew were the perfect hosts. They made themselves available if we needed anything but allowed us to make ourselves at home. Being dog lovers, we insisted they share their two fur children, Charlie and Mocha. I'm sure there are some guests that visit and never know they are even there. Those guests are missing out on a special part of the Three Pines View's charm. The Conkeys have paid attention to every detail of their charming Lodge. We will be back soon to see our new friends and can hardly wait!

My husband and I visited there for our 2 year anniversary and we are so glad we did. Sharon and Andrew were wonderful hosts! The food was excellent! She served several courses of wonderful deliciousness, sitting at a table with a spectacular view until we were absolutely stuffed. We stayed in the star dust room and it was a real teat. It was very romantic with the fireplace and big comfy bed. My favorite part was the whirlpool tub and sitting out, reading a book while watching the sun set. There is great hiking and plenty of waterfalls for the more adventurous. If you have an opportunity you should definitely go. It is a true gem!

We had a great couple of days at Three Pines Inn. Although brand new and still working out the kinks, this B&B is just wonderful. I've never been so well taken care of, so relaxed! The facility is gorgeous and healthy/green. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The hospitality is out of this world and the food is even better. Kayaks are available for rent, hot tub for soaking, in addition to jetted tubs in most rooms. Hiking is available nearby as well as fishing and boating. The website doesn't tell it all. Call for the best information.
