It is Clean. Came into a room that smelled good. The location is great, right off of interstate, loves truck stop — gas station for easy gas/drink/ snack pickup, Waffle House right beside us. Very friendly! Room service knocked on the door when we woke up and we told them we just needed towels, they grabbed us some clean towels. I don’t see why people are so picky and have wrote bad reviews; a hotel is somewhere you come in and lay down not a year long rental. The only thing is the pool has been cloudy, but it’s been raining/storming (first tropical storm of the season). It’s like jumping in the lake or the ocean. It’s South Carolina! We Enjoyed Our Stay!

There was no elevator to the second floor. To have the free breakfast in the morning, you had to go all the way around to the front of the motel if your room was around the back. There was no way through the motel from the back. The furniture in the room was torn and dirty.

Filthy room. Cobwebs dirt everywhere. The only good things were clean sheets and nice staff. Charged us 50 apiece plus 50 for 2 cats. Total $112.00. Skip it and go to Orangeburg Mathews exit.

Staff is very attentive and courteous. Nice, clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Super nice place! Love how the rooms were set up, and the bathroom as well. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice, and super helpful! The breakfast was awesome! Would definitely recommend this place! Honestly, I didn't expect the hotel to be so nice. I was really expecting it to be a little shoty place, but I was definitely wrong, and it exceeded my expectations!

Very nice friendly staff. We just pulled off the road to get out of a severe storm. We were welcomed to sit on the lobby for almost an hour! Love this place!

Good for one night, last minute stay overnight. Continental breakfast was a plus.

Was on the road and needed a place to crash. Found this and pulled in. Was fairly clean from what I could see. The room smelled clean. The breakfast in the morning was a typical hotel breakfast nothing special however it was included with the room.

This hotel is disgusting. I asked for a non smoking room. I was placed in a smoking room. Ashes in the made beds. Stains all over the walls. The bathroom was disgusting They switched my room to a non smoking and the rags had pubic hair on them. The heat didn’t work. I was afraid to touch anything it was so unclean. It was a all around a horrable experience. I should have slept in my car.

Good place to stay right off highway — around $75 a night is a good deal.

Very poor house keeping. Total dive. Per pet fee is ridiculous since we only occupied one room. Would not recommend staying there.

Not what I was expecting from a cheaper hotel! I had my doubts about this hotel as I do about all hotels that are the only lodging on an exit for $70 a night. Typically my experience has been less than ideal. However, I was plesently surprised with this gem. The hotel itself is standard just off the interstate lodging with surprisingly sizable rooms and comfortable beds. The environment was very clean and maintained. Although, the truly memorable experience is the staff. The staff are very friendly, warm, warm and welcoming. They like to joke around with the guests and care if they have a good experience at the establishment that they represent. Quentin was by far the best part of the experience. Cracking jokes and singing in the early morning hours. Definitely a bonus to the experience!

Nice sized room, smelled like it had been converted from a smoking to non-smoking room. Bathtub/shower left something to be desired. Otherwise it was a very good room for the price.

Bed was really comfortable and sheets were clean. Other than that, meh. Would I choose to stay here again? No. But it was fine for a last minute stop for the night on the way through. Room is outdated. Looked nothing like pictures on here, but maybe they’re working through the rooms. Time to update the bedding, replace carpet, etc. Bathroom and shower were nice in comparison. Smelled like stale cigarettes in my non smoking room (coming through the vents? ). Pretty loud right by i26.

Quiet area close to interstate but quiet pool was seasonal so closed receptionist was friendly not alot to do near by just gas up and go in the morning. 8 miles to most places to eat they have a nice breakfast but ends at 9am, waffles and eggs I slept late so I missed it.

If you are looking for a spot to just sleep, then this is it. I had a great night sleep but I wouldn't recommend the shower.

Perfect for a rest from the long road. The staff is courteous and the furniture and bedding is in good condition. Also a pool for relaxation.

The front desk clerk Michelle was so nice and helpful. The rooms are old but clean and the sheets smelled freshly washed. The breakfast was good but no meat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming staff for both night and morning. Excellent choices for free breakfast. Clean room with nearby parking. Quiet and overall good for the price. My only negative was the pool looked green. I didn't want to get in.

Dirty rooms. "Clean" towels folded neatly — hairs and all. Smell — terrible. Left my clean clothes in the car so I wouldn't smell like the Days Inn the next day. AC working overtime — could not get the room cool, but Charleston, Summervile hotels booked that night, and DI Orangeburg had a room. It was probably better than sleeping in the car.

Rooms were big but inside lighting need bit improvement. Breakfast was ok! Need some eggs and beacon on the menue list. Rates were amazing and staff was helpful. Swimming pool was good and open for the season. Overall, I would rate the place 4/5. Thanks and see you again!

Best motel ever I have seen and stayed.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on at a hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It's a little distance from any real stores, but that wouldn't keep me from coming back.

The room I asked for was supposed to be non-smoking. It was definitely smoked in, so I asked for a different room. The second room smelled musty, and wasn't as clean as it should've been. The hallway leading from the check-in desk to the rooms was dark without a single light, giving the place a rundown look.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can't beat a free breakfast.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They should be ashamed.

So far, Great! Nothing "nasty" Not a bug in sight. Spacious room and very comfy beds. Where else can you get a snicker bar for $1? … nowhere. Except Wal-Mart. But I'd never shop there.

Well, after 7 hours driving, we pulled in to Days Inn, Orangeburg, SC. MISTAKE! They only had one room left… it was a king suite, I got for a very low price. But, the room was dirty, the refrigerator and microwave did not work, the toilet ran all night, the remote was missing the battery cover, the free Wi-Fi password was invalid and even if it had worked the signal was so weak it wouldn't work anyway, when I tried to call the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi the telephone did not work, and there were stains on the furniture. I certainly hope that the Days Inn I booked in St. Petersburg, Florida is nicer than this one.

The staff members we actually encountered were very sweet and friendly. The problem was the ambiance. The rooms themselves are OK. Not as tiny or dirty a room as I feared, but with a few menacing stains in the tub, around the toilet, etc. No mini fridge or microwave. If you are not a trucker or single man, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! Truck drivers sit outside your room at night, drink beer, and have loud and obnoxious conversations… I'm talking 11:30 p. M. It was soo uncomfortable for my husband and I. If I had children, I would've left the first night. Stay in the Days Inn on St. Matthews Rd instead, it is lovely and family friendly.

Room was nasty, sheets covered in hair & dried stains. Asked for another room & it was nasty as well. I slept in a chair for a few hours just to get a little rest. Arrived at 4am, housekeeping (if that's what they call themselves) were bagging on my door by 845am… smh. I will sleep in my truck, before EVER & I DO MEAN EVER… Staying at this DUMP of a hotel again. Feel like I need to go by Home Depot & buy pesticides. You've been warned.
