Obviously it is a dump. They pretend to have standards, only so they can charge extra upon checkout. That said, they have friendly hardworking staff. The owners (who pretend to be employees) have drug problems. They are criminal. I have to rate it four stars because the gentleman who checked us in (black guy, goatee) was exceptional. Gave us the best room he could, was honest about the conditions and I happen to know he did an excellent job cleaning. If you are a hotel manager/owner, hire this man. There is no way he gets paid fairly for the great work he does. To be honest, if it was not for him, the tide would turn and the business would crumble.

Bathroom was disgusting, mold on shower curtain, tub did not drain. Checked in at 1130 at night and had to wait for bed linen to be changed! Woke up to desk guy beating on door at 1030, "its check out time! " $200 for about 10 hours. Promise I wont be back!
