Nice facility even better unit in 1209! We had 4 couples my husband and I and his college friends and wives for a week of golf and beach. We loved it Unit 1209 was newly redone, new floors, cabinets counter tops, appliances and most furniture. A great view on balcony. Short walk to downtown. And close to the courses they wanted to play; arrowhead Aberdeen Acadia shores and tidewater. We had plenty of time to shop some stuff within walking distance and relax on beach. We definitely plan on trying to book same place next year if our schedules allow.

We have stayed here in the past, but our most recent stay was ruined when a security guard hired by Ocean Bay Club HOA broke into our room and stole $300. Fortunately the owner had installed a door bell camera, which captured the illegal entry. I am still fighting to get my money back, but the same security company is still in place. The guard was fired, but the company is unchanged.

Great place, easy beach access and the elevators were ALWAYS clean and smelled fresh. That may sound trivial, but when you're on them 5-6 times every day for a week, it's a big deal.

Can't beat the location and the price was right renting through Seaside Vacations. Plenty of parking (permit only) and elevators worked great. Property showed a little age and could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful time updating our new end unit oceanfront beach condo! With its 2 balconies, 4BR/3BA, my husband, son, and I were busy every minute painting, fixing, repairing, redecorating. We love it now and hope our renters do, too. April is coming up fast and it is a great time to visit. The outdoor pool will be heated then and there are no crowds. Check out Unit 310! It is accessible from the parking garage without using the elevator — so convenient for groceries, luggage, and the rare rainy day. It is on the same floor as the ocean facing work out room and just a short walk down to the indoor pool! You can walk to restaurants, shopping. And music venues! We looked for a long time for the perfect mix of ocean front, accessibility, walkability and spaciousness. We have found it and look forward to making it your perfect vacation spot. You can rent Unit 310 from Ocean Drive Beach Rentals — a few weeks are still available for 2018!

I like the time spent there in condos. The kids room is much cooler than any other rooms in condos. The key stops working after 9am whereas our checkout time was 10am. But the customer support was good and they helped us in getting our belonging after our checkout time.

Even though we had the "Grizwald" rocky start. Some minor inconvenient things like room keys missing and not cleaned completely though not a mess. Thos was a great spot. Owners gave us a free night for our troubles. Parking lot was large with levels but small spaces. Room was very nice quality furniture and appliances. Second balcony was handy and still good size with view. Room was on 8th floor. In short felt like we stayed in a very nice place. Thanks to the owners.

Great family place, quieter than a lot of other places near by. Living rooms are large.

Great location, nice pools and lazy river. Oue unit was very well appointdd.

Very spacious but cleaning could have been slightly better overall good stay had a lot of fun.

Room 506b is very out dated. Stove is approx 20ys old. All 4 burners can't be leveled up. Couch is also as old and has film from cooking. Base boards need cleaning. Vertical blinds at balcony Has missing veins House keeping does best for what they have to work with. We are here now till Aug 5th. Don't rent this room. We have stayed at this condo several times but were 2 and 3 bed rooms. We had beautiful rooms and up dated furnishings. 506b is one bed room. Never again will we rent a 1 bed room. We are stuck with this room.

Great access to the beach and lovely views of the ocean. The hot tub and lazy River leave a bit to be desired both small and we're not working at times. The pool was very clean but chairs can be hard to come by at times.

We arrived on Saturday July 1st. Stayed till Friday July 7th. Room very clean. Only got a one bedroom with sleeper sofa. Parking was great. We walked a lot of places, close to everything. Had outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub outside. Only problem there was everytime we went to get into hot tub it was full of kids playing around. We also had an indoor pool. All rooms had balconys. Sitting outside at was awesome. Short walk to beach. Really enjoyed our stay and will recommend Ocean Bay Club to everyone. When I come back will request this condo again, maybe a bigger room.

In the second day if our stay, we were informed that the building's a/c unit had to be serviced. Therefore, all units had to be off for 16 hours! I could not believe the inconvenience of this decision. OBCC made all guests suffer through a day of no air conditioning. This is our last stay.

Great location with direct beach access and multiple locations to rinse off the sand. There are multiple pools for the guests to use inside and outside. Overall a great experience. Only downside is the place looks slightly dated but that varies by condo owner.

From start to finish it was wonderful.

Seemed fine. I was visiting friends & they had no issues.

Awesome stay. However we did have to call the police to the room beside us… Drunk man was talking like he was suicidal.

We've stayed at Ocean Bay Club every time we come to North Myrtle Beach, it's always very clean and well maintained.

I Loved It Great Location Beautiful View Only Complaint The Water In Suite Wasn't Hot Enough To Enjoy Hot Tub Out Door Jacuzzi Maybe Up For It Whenever It Wasn't Occupied.

Great atmosphere over labor day. Clean condo. Pool and lazy river needs more maintenance.

The condo was everything we expected. Well kept and clean. Close to the beach. Pools were very nice and clean. Very friendly staff.

We booked through Sea Side vacations. Everything is maintained great & well furnished. I would write the unit number I booked, but then someone else might get my booking for next year :) — Lots of room!
