Everyone is so friendly here at the country inn and suites between the lady at the front desk to the woman who did breakfast everyone was extremely nice! The rooms are clean and breakfast was good.

Hair in my bed when I rolled down covers dusty room and TV screen was filthy! TV stations are a problem Cale HBO etc. Not working.

The staff at front desk was a delight. Our check-in process was quick and hassle free. Our room is pretty nice. Would defiantly stay here again and do recommend staying here.

Rooms are clean and nice always fresh coffee in lobby staff is friendly and accommodating overall a wonderful experience when we got there washing machine wasn't working properly they fixed it right away I travel alot for work this was by far one of the top three best experiences.

Nice place, just wonderful front desk folks! My only complaint is Housekeeping woke us up early but we didn't put out the do not disturb sign either so. Comfortable room and great breakfast!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend here for our three year anniversary. We had a very nice time until we saw a cock roach crawling from The restroom on our last night. Other than that, the room was very nice! It had a lot of lamps, nice LG Flat screen t. V. Couch, and a bench. They made sure to change the bed sheets which made us happy. We were just disappointed when the cock roach decided to join the celebration.

Big room reasonable price did notice maintenance issues like uncovered outlet, dirty walls and leaking roof in entryway.

Didn't stay in a room as I was there for a meeting. Lobby was clean and we'll furnished, meeting room was similarly clean and well furnished. Interfaced with the staff only briefly but it was a positive experience.

This Country Inn is below average. I have stayed in many Country Inns… this one cannot compare to the others. However, the staff was very friendly and courteous.

This hotel is the only one my family likes to stay in when we are in Florence. Not only is it conveniently located, It is comfortable and clean. This hotel is especially awesome if you have small kids. They have a frig and microwave a couch and table as well as a desk and chair in each room. And for an added bonus they have a washing machine and dryer! I love to wash all my kids clothes on the last day so all I have to do when I get home is unpack and put clothes away. The complimentary breakfast is something to look forward to and the fresh baked cookies are amazing!

If I could give a zero I would. Arrived at 1 am after driving 7 hours and confirmed late check in. Had a reservation for 3 weeks. The hotel was overbooked. Did not notify us and had no room. The front desk told us Expedia should of called us to notify of the overbooking. Did not try to help us find another room. Luckily Expedia refunded us. Huge disappointment!

It was a nice hotel compared to others we have looked at in that area at the same price. It is a bit off the road so you don't get too much car noise. Our room was in front of a light which was the only bad point of the experience.

We had a terrible experience at a different location, bit this location in Florence South Carolina was a pretty good. There were a few small maintenance issues but they made sure to take care of it for us. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. They made us feel at home.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. One room was enough for a family of 5! Continental breakfast was delicious and fresh. This hotel has a pool, workout center, and public meeting rooms. This was probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! We'll definitely be coming back.

Was under a lot of construction. Smelled like paint. Some guests in my group were missing shower curtains. My Tv got no channels. The nightstand was not clean (had a yellow sticky substance on it). It was a sufficently comfortable stay other than that. Close to restaurants, particularly Krispy Kreme. Good breakfast.

The hotel is being renovated and the smell of paint is obvious. Staff are not very truthful about wireless being out. I was told it Just went out this am, but it actually went out last night. No ETA on the fix.

Great people, great breakfast, clean and comfortable bed. We had problems with a very late night check in, as rooms initially assigned were not ready to be rented. The night manager was very calm and helpful. Our final room was nice, just what you would expect to check into, and the bed was even more comfortable than I had hoped. The morning manager was truly exceptionally friendly, seeming to have a connection with many of the guests and families as they checked out. The people working here made this a good first stay at a Country Inn & Suites. Given the night and morning managers' response to the problems, as well as, the friendliness of the personnel and quality of the breakfast, I would stay here again.

Fast check inn, updated nice large clean room. Bed was very comfortable, freindly staff, nice full hot breakfast. Updated bathroom, it was nice and clean, even had a massage shower head. Would recommend staying here again.

It was a mediocre place for an overnight stay en route to our destination. The hallway carpets had prints like that of an ugly sweater. We weren't expecting much from the place but there was a big, sticky spot on the carpet and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow… never going back hopefully!

This was a lovely place to stay. The bed was nice, the room very roomy and it was clean. Leon at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. When we had a toilet overflow, Bernadette at the front desk was super helpful and sweet with the whole situation. Overall I would recommend this place to stay again. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!

The rooms were not clean and smelled like smoke, even though we were in a non smoking room and a non smoking floor. There were renovations taking place and due to the containers on the premises, parking was very limited. Our door did not close properly and the bathroom floor was sticky. I was disappointed since we had stayed in a country inn in Florida and had a totally different experience. Breakfast was good and liked there was a non dairy option for their butter since my son has food allergies. There were also only 3 luggage carts for the entire hotel, so we had to wait for carts and follow people to their cars to get it once they were finished.

The room was adequate, the bed comfortable and the breakfast satisfactory. They are located directly off the interstate and surrounded by various restaurants. Very accommodating staff that were helpful getting us directions.

The rooms are clean! Excellent military discount. Yummy breakfast! The beds are too soft (meaning most of you will be thrillled) our family of 6 all slept in 1 room comfortably. Safe and best of all, a Krispy Kreme out front!

Room was clean, beds comfy and pull out couch acceptable for children. The Best part, Free HOT Breakfast! The waffles are good and the coffee is delicious.

I liked this Country Inn a lot! The staff are v-e-r-y hospitable. The facilities are well maintained and spacious. The price was excellent when you add your various discounts like AAA. The breakfast went a step beyond typical because you were given real utensils and plates, instead of plastic/paper products. I was also impressed by the fresh salsa! The area was very clean because the staff for the area was seen wiping and picking up constantly. Would definitely return here if traveling in this area again. My daughter left her favorite stuffed animal and they are holding it for a SAE to return to our home state by mail. Definitely worth the stop.

Seemed nice at first, good exterior and everything can give the right impression. Wanted to check in at the front desk, had to ask other guests where the heck the employees were. Stretched thin, are we? To cut to the chase, my brother had the misfortune of being the one to find a… stain on the comforter? No idea what the hell it was, but in our terrible attempt at optimism we just pretended it was a coffee stain. Flipped the conforter over, and it was red. Optimism gone, we tried to keep calm calling to have it replaced. I had enough time to walk down to pick up dinner at the nearby Arby's and for us to finish dinner before someone finally came in to replace it (while we ate like we quarantined the place. ) Long story short, please just stay at the Hampton nearby or ANY of the other hotels surrounding this one. Now I know why I haven't heard of this place before. Spare yourself the trouble and just do it, for the sake of your trip.

Best one I've stayed at hands down! Comfy beds, big rooms, CLEAN! Kids even loved it. Staff is very nice too :).

Myself and my husband were driving to Florida in December and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was nice but the night we stayed there I took off my necklace (very special and dear to me with personal meaning) and put it on the lamp table. Well didn't I forget it. I called the hotel and got nowhere. I was told that if anything was left then they would of found it. However I did leave something of no value at another hotel a few years ago and they called me because the hotels are given a phone number upon check in. It saddens me to know that there is someone out there, (I am to believe housekeeping) that would pick something up off a table and not turn it in. When staying at this hotel and you have to leave your room please lock things up. I would because I am so hurt and disappointed by this. There is just no need.

It is tricky to find the entrance of this hotel, but it is worth it for the quality and southern hospitality that you expect from the Carolinas. While trying to find a hotel to stay on our family trip to DisneyWorld I thought it would be wise to stay at a brand I am familiar with so we ended up here. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and informative about Choice Hotel card holders and even granted us a discount. Everything was extremely clean in our room with sufficient towels, soap and shampoo. The bed offered two different kinds of pillows with crisp sheets and the mattress granted us a restful sleep. Out of all of the hotels we had stayed on our trip, this one topped even DisneyWorld resorts. We were even granted a wave goodbye in the parking lot by a woman worker. Excellent brand new hotel and would stay there again if I were to travel to Florida for a second round.

Horrible. Although the people at the front desk were very nice, that was the only good thing. When I checked into my first room, there was a dirty towel and an open bar of soap on the bathroom counter. I asked for another room. In that one, the covers had literally been thrown on the bed and barely tucked in. I called the desk and they came to the room so I could show them. Also, I did not receive my wake up call. Could have been a disaster since I was there on business. The room was dusty and the lamp by the bed did not work. I heard two other guests complaining about lamps not working. Also heard another guest saying that the staff only left her one wash cloth! This is not what I expect from this hotel chain. They are usually really good.

What a great experience. It was clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning. It was great. Thank you so much to all the staff. We will definitely stay again and tell everyone how wonderful it was.
