Bed bugs in our room number 115 no sleep finally got moved to a new room at 5 am room 105 had roach on the wall carpet looked awful. Breakfast was cold and nasty. Also room 105 lights didn’t work unless I jiggled the light switch, TV remote didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work. After talking with management about at least refunding 1 of my 3 days here they only offered 10 percent not cool at all I have to decontaminate all my stuff at my cost. Also pool was closed the entire time and every day they said it would be open. The last night here The evening and over night workers were amazing. They did go ahead and refund me one night cuz they felt it was only right. Overnight guy even offered to wash all our laundry.

Our room was ok. The bed linens we're clean and smelled fresh. Would stay again.

Nice facility & decent rooms but NOT clean! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & as soon as I walked in room I noticed rumpled beds. After inspection, it was obvious that sheets had been slept in! Toothpaste on faucet & splatters on mirror. Tub & toilet were filthy! Will spare details on that. Room dusty enough to write name on furniture. Iron broken, phone didn't work. Room obviously had not had a good cleaning in a while! Lady at front desk nice & apologized but didn't offer an discount. I changed sheets myself & thoroughly cleaned before going to bed! Won't be staying there again!

Had to stay somewhere after a small fire at my house. Filthiest place. Went there because they accept pets. My pets living quarters at home are cleaning than that room was. Stayed one night and checked out the next day at 4. They charged me for the 2nd note including pet fees even after I told them why I was leaving. Never again.

The hotel is old. The furniture and carpet were really worn. The building shows its age. However, the staff are very friendly, courteous, and accommodating.

Stayed there a week due to flooding in house. I assumed from the outside it was a decent place to stay. Wrong! The day before we were to leave Ieave I noticed $450.00 more that was taken off my debit card. Now remember they hold $150.00 until you check out just in case something happens. I was livid. I went to ask the lady at the front desk and she says they charged me $250 for towels. What? They say they couldn't get the towels cleaned so they had to throw them away! Really? I used a towel to clean up water that was wasted. It's not my fault your carpet needs to be cleaned. Next, everyone knows how many times those towels have been used and one doesnt cost $250. Well, I asked them about my $200 they say they don't know how or why it was taken off. I'm telling everyone BEWARE. CHECK your account while you are there.

It was clean, and somewhat comfortable. The bed was a bit hard. Best part was house keeping left our room door wide open after cleaning it. We were out all day. Fortunately nothing was stolen. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. They were always trying to clean our room or help us out. The room has tried to be updated. It still has a bit of a musty smell. The shower curtain has a some mold on it and is understandable but should probably be changed. The breakfast was good, except for there was no variety. So, after the first day of biscuits and gravy, I sadly didn't take advantage of the free breakfast due to all the starch and carbs day after day. Biscuit gravy. The juice is very very watered down. Coffee is good. Pastries typical and good. Would have liked some fresh fruit or boiled eggs maybe. But, they could have had them and already have been gone. Fridge and microwave worked well. Bed says queen but definitely felt like a full. Light blankets so if you chill easily, you may wana ask for a heavier blanket. I would put linens on the bed though, it would do a lot to perk up the room.

Great room comfortable beds very modern and really clean flat screen TV great service good coffee and good breakfast highly recommend this place it's about 10 to 15 dollars more then those other flea bag rooms really worth the extra couple bucks I give it 5 stars.

Front desk lady was great. Bathtub didn't hold. Fridge didn't work. Long distance phone calls were not even an option and the Wi-Fi password was wrong! It was ridiculously expensive and definitely not worth it. The 2 good things were the bed was super comfortable and the front desk lady was awesome. Otherwise it was not worth it. Extremely disappointed.

It wasn't bad for the money and for what we needed… just sucks that the pool was closed in 80 degree weather.

The manager (night) is a total douche bag. He is rude disrespectful and allows thieves to steal. He kicked an entire family out into the night, though the female put 7500.00 in the mans account who behaved as a complete moron. It must run in the providence of church thieves. Missoula Montana summit teaches theft to the providence. Easley SC. Has proven no better. Also booking. Com never gave the free nights the (manager) charged 90.00 a night with no discount. Take your family to the days inn. One star was given because 0 wasn't an option. I am now disgusted will never stay at another baymount ever, I will also cancel my partnership with Wyndham if they chose to include this step above truck stop hotel.

Right next door to the movie theater and right across the street from the main shopping center in the city, Baymont Inn has clean rooms and decent prices.

Stay Away! I spent one night in this hotel and they wound up charging me for three! I called the office and tried to speak with the manager on 4 different occasions. Each time I left my name and number and the reason for my call. Each time I was told that he was given the messages and would return my call. After waiting several days without any response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also called Wyndham and filed a complaint. I was told by the Wyndham representative that someone would contact me regarding the problem. It has been over 2 months and I have yet to hear from the manager or Wyndham! I will NEVER give my business to another Wyndham property, and unless you want to be ripped-off, stay away from the Belmont.

There were no bedbugs or roaches. Room was clean but had huge dark stain on carpet, large crack in tub and moldy shower curtain. Booked because Of Wyndham standards. Does not meet them. Supposed to have early checkin per Wyndham membership but they wanted an extra $30. We went next door and saw a movie for $14 instead. They tried to charge rate other than at what I reserved it for. Front desk clerk definitely not hospitable and certainly not what you expect in SC. It's a good value, but there are other options in the area.

My fiancée stayed here while out of town for work Rm: 313. The first night, he got ate up by bed bugs. He told the hotel staff and due to road work, all other hotels were booked, so they had to stay a second night. Hotel staff said they "fumigated" the room. He got ate up again. Finally was able to change rooms the third night and finally the biting stopped. His experience but I get to hear how much they itch for the next week or 2! Fun, fun! lol.

Staff was nice and the rooms were very clean.

Terrible service I am partially paralyzed on my left side and these people actually kicked me and my mother out of the hotel because I am with shriner and have to pay a lesser price for the room where is your heart and we made reservations for more night before this happened the even lied and told us the general manager was there and threw our stuff out in the lobby while we were at shriners hospital god bless these people.

I am from out of town for business down here, and have been staying here for the past month. The first room I got was fine with no problems. The second go round I had to change rooms 3 times due to the nastiness. The peep hole in the door was out and a napkin was shoved in it. The door had been broken so there was a wooden block to help keep the door locked. The lamp was broke when I went to cut the lamp on. There was black stains all on the carpets. There was mold and mildew growing on the wall and around the shower in the bathroom. I found dead ants all on the walls, amd thats not the worst. At 10pm I went go pull the bed covers down and there was yellow, black, and brown stains on the sheets like someone had made a mess! I had to go down to the office again after that to get clean bed linens and another room. It's crazy! So just think twice about this place. The staff is nice though and helpful.

My wife "Lois Smallin Wampler" & I went to spend our (3) wonderful years of marrrige at the BAYMONT INN & SUITES OF EASLEY, S. C. Behind applebees on hwy. 123 (a pet friendley place to stay) it was agreeded our cost, total would be $431.29… when we checked our bill it was over $150.00 more than we agreeded… i called the baymont inn & suites to make sure the total cost was $431.29 before we made the, over 200 mile trip and we were told the total cost would be less than $435.00. This so called baymont inn & suites of easley, s. C. On dayton school road, charged over $140.00 extra to my credit card and said that our 10lb. (2) yearold Jack russel very good & trained dog was an EXTRA $20.00 A DAY. They did not even call or talk about adding more to our card. This was not a deposit… they used my wife and my credit card the next day after we checked in… the lady that cleaned our room was the most respectful and kind person that needs to be in managment and teach her boss a lesson on integerty.

The sc hornets varsity girls basketball team has stayed at the baymont inn in easley the past two years during may for a weekend aau basketball tournament. Parents and players have been completely satisfied with the room quality, management and the support staff.
