Great hotel! Rooms are super nice for the price, with a GREAT breakfast buffet & plenty of space to sit down & eat it. We were taking our son to start Grad School at Clemson & it was close to the University & very convenient for all of us. Staff was really nice, and even cleaned our room in the afternoon when we put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign till 10 or 11 every morning… I would recommend it to ANYONE coming to stay close to the University!

There aren't a lot if great hotels around Clemson. This is your standard Comfort Inn, you know what you're getting. Waffles at breakfast are popular. Pool looked satisfactory. Room seemed clean. All in all exactly what I expected for a Quality Inn.

It was wonderful the breakfast was delicious.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast included waffles you cook yourself so they are fresh. The suite was EXTREMELY clean & the noon checkout time was excellent. They had cold lemon ice water & fresh baked cookies in the lobby. And the HUGE jacuzzi tub was to die for after such a long drive. And plenty of hot water to fill it up with. Great hotel. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the suite. It is so worth it.

We went to Clemson for a quick trip to visit our son. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Large bathroom and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice pet-friendly hotel. Clean. Quiet. Impressed the pool has a handicap lift seat for the pool.

I loved my stay here with my family. My son had a college visit there & it was a perfect stay. The attractions nearby are great as well. I will definitely choose to come here next time I'm in Clemson. The rooms were great. Great renovation! Can't wait to see what new this hotel has on my next visit here.

The property was clean, well-kept, and seemed safe. The room was OUTSTANDING! The common area was spacious and comfortable as was the bedroom and bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Floor was quiet and peaceful. I can recommend this hotel as a very nice place to stay and will stay here again if ever in the area.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn on Tiger Blvd. In Clemson, SC. And was very pleased with my stay there. This was my second visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Clean hotel, great location, quiet, good value, and the staff was very pleasant. Free continental breakfast was very good as well. Will stay here without hesitation each time I return.

It is very clean, their breakfast is pretty good for the price that they offer you the room I like is something cheap.

The rooms there look and smell bad! We had to switch due to a leaky faucet. We asked for king size bed but got stuck with 2 queens and dirty sheets. Beds and carpet smell. Woke up with bites… yes from BED BUGS! The a/c does not cool well and it smells musky. The restrooms are tooooo small, the sinks leak and doesn't flush properly. Not a pleasant stay.

Good service, nice and clean rooms, nice pool, good coffee all day. The laundry room has just one washer machine and one drier machine. The room of 2 beds doesn't have enough space for things and cloth.

Very nice front desk attendants. Beds were to small and Breakfast was fantastic. Nice hotel will return. I work for comfort inn in Ga. Did not get the employee rate because I had to get a double room. But enjoyed the stay. I would love to know how y'all prepare y'all bacon. Excellent.

This was a very nice and clean room with a wonderful daily breakfast.

The hotel was busy on my arrival but seemed to be well staffed. The complimentary refreshments were very nice.

Quick front desk service and clean room.

Had some issued, related to the stay, that needed to be addressed, were probably unique issues that would not be repeated. Room was very clean and service staff did a great job and were very cordial. I would probably consider staying there again in the future. Check in and out were very smooth and they have a good selection of breakfast items. Could have used a little more storage space for a couple staying multiple days. Could use some updating, in the future but all-in-all it was a good stay.

Great hotel, reasonable price, and friendly staff. The second shift Front desk associate is fantastic. After the first stay, he remembered my name, had me checked in by the time I reached the front door, and had the keys to my preferred room in hand. Always friendly and professional. I have stayed here several times on business, and will be back every time I am in town.

The shower drain didn't work. The hot water only lasted for one person. And the Wi-Fi stopped working the first night.

The room was clean but u can hear every noise made. The power went out and we heard the generator run all night and you can hear everyone walk the halls. It wouldn't have been so bad if there was power in the rooms but with the outage we were in the dark.

It was a good stay. Front desk was polite and the whole process was easy.

Front Desk attendant was the bomb! He should b a trainer for all new hires. Check in was quick and correct. Rooms very clean and crisp. Breakfast smelled amazing. Close to the University and restaurants.

The Comfort Inn Clemson University Area hotel accommodated my family and I very well for an event I had to attend on the Clemson campus the following day. Their is also a KFC/ Long John Silver's conveniently placed right outside the hotel that any guest of the hotel can attend at their convenience. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and also has a water fountain, vending machine, and laundry machines. I fully recommend.

Terrible check your card after leaving!. Had a terrible experience with the manger and reception staff. Husband went on a business trip and stayed for some nights and then we get a call much weeks later that we owed 266 dollar for days we booked the week coming after explaining to him that we had not book anything and have no reason why. The front desk was very rude telling me I had to pay that money it was my responsibility to know who's calling in my name!. I spoke to the manager after he said that we where going to pay him and he couldn't give me much information because they have limited access then they said the name of a guy who apparently called to reserve and later said that it was a group and kept changing the story. When we asked why would they let someone reserve without checking for the card or make sure he was the actual person he rudely stated I was wasting his time and the reception staff and hung up. My husband went there personally and encounter the very rude manger getting mad that apparently money from his pocket was wasted and treatend to call the police I had to call the complain offices to find out they had charged the card and get someone to help me. Will not be returning or recommending.

This location is in a great key spot, it's right near some very good restaurants, attractions & most of all Clemson University area. The customer service is top notch and the hotel is very clean & updated with the Clemson Theme. We had enjoyed the freshly baked cookies upon arrival & the mix & mingle social event on Tuesday evening. Everything is excellent! This location will be our number # 1. Great location, good price. Not the very most comfortable beds, but my kids loved the pool, and full breakfast. A great value for the price.

Stayed for one night a few days ago, decided to try a new place for the second night of a 2 day trip. The room was lovely. Liked the layout, and liked being able to see our vehicle. Complaints-found a piece of food and a dead roach behind the curtain. However, this isn't why this place gets 2 stars. The woman up front that night had a bad attitude and was honestly, just rude. This combined with a dead roach in the room gives this place 2 stars. The breakfast was nice, loved the bacon and eggs. The cleaning staff was super sweet, and definitely made up for the rude woman at the front desk. Just expected much more for the price, especially simple manners.

I thought the overall stay was good, the location is great, was quite pricey for the one night due to the Clemson Football game. However, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend it to future guest.

For the most part the service is good and the hotel is kept clean. Some minor technical issues with the card swiper on the doors.

I recently reserved a room here but was unsure of the length of my stay, and had to cancel one of the days. I misunderstood the cancellation policy, but the desk clerk, Fred, was very accommodating in working to resolve my problem.

The hotel definitely has been updated — very clean and convenient to local activities, staff was amazingly helpful with all out needs. We visit the area every other month and are always pleased.

I have stayed here with my wife on at least 6 trips. It is your average motel that has aged some. Once we had a room that was a little musty but they switched us with no problem. I hvae found it to be generally clean and quiet with a better than average free breakfast. The staff was curteous and helpful.

The first room I got when I checked inn smelled like body odor and mildew. Thankfully I was givin a different room without any hassle when I went back to the front desk. The hotel is very "dated" and in much need of updating.

Room and pool area were not clean. Bathroom had hairs that weren't ours on the sink and a pool of urine on the back of the toilet and floor. Beds poorly made. Front desk responded by apologizing and lowering bill.
