Terrible to employees place is dirty as well.

Due to covid food and beverages can be taken to your room or eaten at a tables great swimming pool, helpful staff avery large and equipped exercise room.

I’m enjoying my first visit here.

This hotel has the most accommodating employees. Stacy helped us plan an amazing event. Everything was clean and beautiful.

We stayed for the Labour Day weekend. Staff was very friendly. The buffet breakfast was hot and always full. We had our granddaughter with us. Hoped to use the pool but it was filthy with debris and clumps of hair floating. I complained about it and was told that the pool guy was coming at NOON. Don't you think he should come early since the hotel was full. And the hot tub wasn't working at all. And our room had a pair of dirty socks beside the bed and crumbs along the bed box. We were booked here with a group so finding other accommodations was not an option.

The hotel only has one elevator and it's very slow. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice; but having to walk up four flights of stairs after practice sucks. Or anytime I need to get to my room, there is always a line. The breakfast is nice and I never had to wait long for it.

As an out of town guest the hotel was a little hard to get to, but that might just be because I'm not used to driving in a city like Williamsport. The room was pretty standard as far as hotel rooms go, the only complaint I would have is the the hall floor leading to my room was a little uneven and I tripped over it almost every time I left the room. The hotel staff, however, was helpful and friendly.

A nice room for the money. Included breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was closed. Very close to restaurants. Good place to stay in Williamsport.

Nice hotel, but no fitness center, I was allowed to go around corner to sister hotel to use theirs. I saw their complimentary Happy Hour and it was much nicer than my hotel, but no big deal. My room was great and location works well. I am writing in anger regarding employee Mandy Packard who chose to scrub all seating, soaking seats during breakfast, why choose that time? Why not wait until after food is put away? Why make us stand to eat? More than anything, I don’t like seeing anyone like her yelling at elderly staff. The woman working our breakfast was clearly over 50 being talked to as if she was a naughty child. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this morning and what I saw.

The complementary breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and decent, nothing too amazing.

My boyfriend and I were passing through on our way home this weekend and decided to spend the night here. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and felt very welcoming. Also just want to throw a quick thank you shout out to the girl who was bar tending at the hotel restaurant Saturday night (3/10/18). We got there just after 10pm and were starving. She apologized for the inconvenience that the kitchen was closed, but she recommended that we try Bar On Market for some good late night food. She was right! BEST burger I've had in a long time! Overall we had a great stay and the staff here was awesome! Thanks everyone!

Skye and Sarah were extremely helpful, we came off of a long drive & they gave us extra towels immediately upon request! They helped us locate attractions in the Williamsport area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to this top-of-the-line staff!

This Holiday Inn Express is really nice (kinda confusing it shares building with a Holiday Inn & Suites), the rooms are clean and well furnished, only issue is the Wi-Fi that logs you out too frequently and the Login Page often doesn't work, sometines it even sends you to a Login Page that after you enter the Password, states it is not associated with this Hotel and the TV has limited Channel Selection. Other than this, this is a really nice Hotel, a bit pricey, but overrall pretty good.

Handle your computer business before you come. Thier scanner and internet is turtle slow. Everything else was perfect. Not tool loud or rowdy.

Staff was very good they tryed to accommodate everything but had to change rooms twice! First one was facing air-conditioning units was very loud went down said they would switch rooms went from 341 to 241 air conditioner was still heard. Then got put in a room with a king bed instead of two queen beds then realized when we got back with food from dinner realizing theres no fridge! They said they would bring one up but why bother by the time it would start working it would be hours …

Very mixed review here. Good: got upgraded to a suite at check in — very nice, thank you. Bad: the entire first floor was very slippery and perpetually wet — I am told this happens every time it rains because the hotel has no basement? Good: the breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Bad: one night we went out to eat, then got back and found out there was a free dinner with drinks, dessert, and a raffle in the hotel lobby that they were cleaning up — when we asked the staff they said "oh yeah, we do that every tuesday. " And when we asked why they didn't tell us/anyone they said it would be too hard to do that. So we were pretty upset that we spent that money on dinner when it could have been free. Then to top it all off, they quickly drew the raffle before we could fill out our entry. I don't want to sound entitled here, because it was a nice gesture, but it would have been nice if we were invited/welcome. Like I said, mixed review.

I travel to Williamsport all spring, summer and fall for work. This is my go-to hotel. After staying in a few other nearby hotels I realized that the Holiday Inn Express just feels like my second home. It's clean, comfortable, in a convenient location and has a great staff. The IHG Rewards card is pretty awesome too, especially if you live out of a hotel like I do.

We go there every year to trade pins during the Little League world series and the staff is friendly and it is always clean!

We held my grandsons 5th birthday party at the pool… and my daughter and son-in-law stsyed in one of the rooms for the night… all the kids had so much fun.

Rooms were clean but staff (especially at the front desk) was highly unqualified and inadequate. Terrible response time from GM to correct our issue. If I could give zero stars for this hotel, I would. Just plain ridiculous!

Room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and got us into a room right away (before check in time). Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The staff is awesome! Love the Breakfast… the bacon and the cinnamon rolls are my favorite!

Nice hotel. Wifi is junk. I cant stay connected. Signal is very weak in most areas of hotel.

My husband was in Williamsport on business this week and I decided to come along. I am so glad we decided to stay at this hotel. It is truly wonderful. The staff is SO helpful and nice, and they even have a shuttle that will drive you places if you need to go somewhere. The rooms are wonderful and the facility is very clean and nice. And the hotel is still within walking distance of the downtown area. I highly recommend it. I don't know why the person is complaining about the noise… I have been here three days and the only thing I can hear is the occasional door slamming to the room next door (I think there's kids in there).
