Thank you to this hotel for hosting my family during our wedding weekend! They reserved the entire 3rd floor for us. The front desk associates were very pleasant and accommodating. Anything we needed, they helped us with. When my husband and I wouldn't be there for check in to our honeymoon suite because our wedding was at the same time, they took our luggage to the room for us while we were out, so that when we came back it was already in our room. They allowed us to have late check out both Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was also very good! I was very pleased. The rooms were great! Very comfortable. And their body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were the nice big bottles. We got a conference room for the reception dinner, and it was big and lovely. The entire hotel is very nice with ample parking. I was very pleased with this hotel and proud to host my family there. It was 15 minutes with traffic to our venue, Salvatore's. The only issue was the staff changes, where the staff we were dealing with in the planning of our weekend would quit and not leave any notes for the new staff, and we'd have to start all over. However, in the end, it all worked out perfectly. I am happy with this hotel.

It is convenient for what I need, however, I am disappointed that no one is wearing a mask. I understand that vaccinated people are not required in PA to wear masks right now, but the Delta variant is affecting vaccinated people. I am vaccinated and I still wear my mask, because it is safer for me and my family.

We stayed here yesterday. We chose this hotel because it was the hotel that rooms were blocked off for the wedding we were attending. The hotel itself seemed very nice. It was clean, and the room that we got was very nice. However, I do not recommend staying here if you like to be able to communicate or get a hold of the hotel. Yesterday I tried calling seven different times throughout the day to ask if we could do early check in, and I did not get through once. Out of seven different times calling, at different times of the day, I was not able to get through to the person at the front desk one time. When I finally went to the hotel yesterday to check in, I mentioned to the woman working that I had tried calling several times, and was not able to get through at all. She apologized, saying they are overbooked and that only one person was working. Although when we were there there was not only one person working, there were three. In my opinion, during the day at a hotel, there should never only be one person working. We got to the hotel at 3:30 p. M. Yesterday, check in was supposed to be available at 3 p. M. When I tried to check in the woman then told me that someone was checking to see if the rooms were cleaned, and that she would let me know as soon as possible. Thankfully I knew someone else staying in the hotel, and I was able to finish getting ready in their room for the wedding I was going to be attending.

Great Hotel, breakfast was a little meh, but the beds we're comfortable.

Nice room. Staff was nice. Only stayed one night but I had no issues. Breakfast was good enough to get me going for my 6 hour trip home.

Very convenient place to stay when I travel for work. Staff is always friendly, rooms are comfortable — not a bad place for short visits to the West Mifflin area.

Rooms nice, bed is comfy. Had a bad week and management is awful at this place. Had a fire in lobby while there and no fire alarms — mgmt had to go door to door to evacuate the building. Then had an apartment in Pitt that flooded, residents were sent to hotel. Chaos.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Jerry Lee was so friendly and so was the breakfast girl, Zoey. And the rooms were very nice and clean.

Very comfy beds and great room. Great breakfast selection as well. In a great area with lots of restaurants and stores around. I would stay here again if I come back to the area. Staff has been very helpful and friendly as well.

Had a great experience. Was part of a wedding party and had to set things up in a conference room downstairs, the staff was willing to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed overnight and had no issues. A quick drive into the city, but in a quieter area so it was very easy to get to.

The manager at this holiday inn sucks no manners at all I will never go there again if she’s working screaming at her employees and I actually witness her firing her employees while sitting at breakfast! Make a change.

My family has used this location before a few times. It is always very quiet there and we rarely have problems. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in this last trip was comfortable and clean. I had a king sized bed to myself.

Check in was fast and smooth. I felt that the staff were courteous and personable. The room was comfortable and actually quite spacious; at least larger than some other I've been in. The fitness center is equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machines. It wasn't very big, but then again I was alone the entire time so perhaps it is suitable for the average guest. The breakfast offerings were delicious.

I enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was great we want to stay again very soon. And thank you again.

Staff was great — very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. What a treat to have turkey sausage and veggie omelets as an option! No. Waffle maker, but my husband enjoyed the pancake maker as an alternative. The only negative we experienced was in housekeeping. We left out at 11:30am and returned at 5pm to an unmade room. The front desk manager (whose name totally escapes me! ) immediately responded to our complaint with fresh towels and an offer to make up the room, himself. We declined, but appreciated the effort. Aside from that incident, everything else was great.

Place very definitely the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. Renovations had the stairwells destroyed like hurricane Katrina, we actually just walked right in the back door. It must have been broken and didn't lock. So anyone could just come wandering in, which wouldn't be a big issue but the room latch looked like it was really to fall off. Maybe somebody already kicked the room door in. Vending machines not did work. The light switch didn't turn any lights on. We struggled with 3… three? Yes, 3 burned out lightbulbs and no electrical outlet covers. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean.

Always good service. Easy check in and check out as IHG member. Small fitness room, which I never used. About 45mins from PIT airport. About the same to get to Heinz or PNC fields.

Very pleased with stay. Enjoyed the suite! Joanne the Night Auditor took great care of us and General Manager Jeffrey.

Son's wedding reception was there and went wonderfully! Jeff the manager was always there to help out when a issue occurred. Recent remodel is nice and the lobby/breakfast area is large and inviting!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. A/C worked well and was not noisy, though seemed to be a little wrong on what the current temperature was, so I had to set it lower than expected. No big deal. Breakfast was great nd staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location to Kennywood, where we had a race to run in the morning.

Several areas in the hotel showed water damage with sources of water leaking being left to drip into a bucket, a bucket easily accessible to children and public at large, saw trash and other items in it. Gross. Also, there was a marriage reception in the bottom floor that the additional foot traffic made it all but impossible to access. The bar for such was placed in the hallway with the lines for drinks going across the hallway and blocking it. Elevators are small and compact. A family of five with luggage has trouble fitting into the elevators. Handicap accessible for sure but difficult. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are tiny.

Very disappointed with management! There for 8 days… day three… had my change taken (stolen) form the desk where all my personal stuff always is, brought to the desk attendants attention that night… he informed me that they may have thought it was a tip… my response was. If it were a tip I'd left them a note of appreciation… my next question to him was… what else did they take and how much of my stuff did they look threw? His response was I'll inform head of house keeping. Next day, no acknowledgment of my complaint… the very next night the same thing happens to my Co-worker and he has same complaint to desk worker… we checked out Friday morning and not a word from any management. Typical HI Express stay, however, hide any cash or change while you stay there.

Holiday inn express West Mifflin, Pa, stayed for 2 months while looking for new home. Room was beautiful, staff was great, food was delicious for breakfast.

Went here for an interview. The facilities were very nice and clean. The boxed lunches afterward were pretty good as well.

Service was absolutely wonderful. The clerk at the check in desk was very helpful and helped us meet all of our needs. She want above and beyond our expectations. The rooms are average size but are kept spotless and they serve breakfast every morning and they have a little bit of everything. The only thing Is 8t didn't have a pool which was okay because We spent most of our time at Kennywood. We were very happy with our stay and will most definitely stay there again.

DO NOT use this hotel for any sort of room block. They will completely ignore contracts. The General Manager Corey, started a contract with me in August of 2015 for my Wedding Block in July 2016. Confirmed everything with me in March of 2016. It is now time to book and the rooms have been completely changed. There is nothing being done on their end. This hotel is not worth the headache or stress. Choose another hotel for your events and hotel blocks.

Room was clean and ready on time. Staff was very friendly and worked with me to obtain a ride to my destination and even toasted a bagel for me as I was running late. Will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn expresses again.

Nice staff willing to do what it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Had a few issues that were quickly resolved. Some that were not, but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

I was there for interview sessions. Theu converted a number of rooms into small offices.

The conference room is well-suited for computer-based training, but the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty.

Hotel was recently renovated. Rooms are comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. Staff is very helpful.

I attended a some training seminars held here. The hotel is very clean and well kept. However the staff was quite loud in the hallways during training throughout the entire week. This came off as either very rude or inconsiderate for the events being hosted in their hotel. I would recommend staying here for the night, but not hosting events.
