No parking, person lease should be able to park at front apartment, Some apartments got a lot more people staying here than on lease, yesterday I parked four complex from where I am staying, talked to front office all they are worried about is money going move if don’t change I pay too talked to front office several times same answer, guess my money not good, other people sliding in here not on lease park where ever.

I booked a suite for me and my bf for the weekend and we was very pleased. We definitely want to stay here again soon. This was our first time at this place and we was net disappointed.

Well, I have never stayed at a name brand hotel that refused to clean the room and/or provide towels to the room until after I complained. Then, they said, “oh, we do not have cleaning staff on the weekends”?!? Now I am worried the beds dont have sheets changed between visitors?!? How is that even legal. Well, I certainly will NOT be staying at a IHG hotel any more if that is how they treat their guests. And certainly not a Staybridge Suites. I mean, who does that?!? Didn’t make it right, just said, “Leave your garbage outside your door and here are some more towels. Have a nice night”

Stayed here lastnight for my boyfriends works Christmas party. The staff was very nice & welcoming. The hotel is beautiful! the rooms are cozy & relaxing, super clean! will be returning.

Excellent place to stay. Room was very nice, comfy bed, spacious suite with a sleeping size sofa. Free breakfast. Hotel staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are newer and nice. Air conditioning fan would make loud noises periodically. Breakfast isn't anything special. Staff is always pleasant.

Check in was quick, everything we asked for was provided. We didn't stay long enough to try the pool but it looked well maintained. Breakfast was on time and hot, several options to choose from. Lovely stay and lovely staff.

Kim was extremely professional and personable. My last stay at an IHG hotel (Crown Plaza in Cleveland) was a nightmare, the way we were treated at this hotel was exactly how people should be treated. Will definitely return here!

Warning — — do not stay at this Staybridge Suites location! I've never taken the time to write a negative review, but if this saves anyone else time, hassle, and money, it's worth it. We stayed here for five nights (prepaid rate with points or we would have checked out on the first day). We learned the hard way that there are many other close-by options priced the same or below that are so much better. Pros: It's a new property with free laundry. Cons: Everything else. Upon check-in, after driving all day, we were made to change rooms not once but twice. The first time, the room had not been cleaned and smelled strongly of smoke. I left the kids and my mother upstairs with all of the luggage and went to tell the front desk. I was shocked that, instead of apologizing, their reply was to just keep insisting that it was a non-smoking hotel. Great, I understand the policy, however our room smelled strongly of smoke AND was visibly dirty (I even took a picture of what we found inside of the still made with dirty sheets pullout bed and had to show them as “proof”!? We brought everything to the new room, walked in… and it was occupied! An equally startled elderly lady was already there and had also been moved earlier that day also because of cleanliness issues.

This is a very nice Staybridge Suites. It is brand new and off the beaten path in a wooded area away from the interstate and the Turnpike. The rooms are comfortable with all stainless steel appliances and a nice glass tile backsplash in the kitchen area. You feel like you are in an upscale apartment. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast area downstairs was very clean and organized with several different seating areas to eat and socialize. They even had a nice wooden deck out back with barbecue grills and a gazebo overlooking a small pond. I would definitely stay here again.

Facilities are beautiful. Its a new place. They need more help is what it boils down too. We were there 1 night and could see they clearly had some gaps in providing a 5 star experience. Both Raul and Prihanka were more than helpful.

Amazing new hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds, couch, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, and cook top. Friendly staff, half basketball court, dinner provided 3 days a week, and great outdoor grill area.

The hotel itself is fine. However when you’ve stayed at IHG branded hotels 80-100 times in the past 4 years, and no one can explain why you’ve been double charged this time alone. Yeah, one charge should drop off in 5-10 days, but they have never done this before. But, the way I was treated (both my wife and I are platinum members) and talked to, basically saying there was no mistake (by Raul last night, and by the general manager this morning when an IHG guest relations representative acknowledged over the phone it was a mistake and the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to handle a dissatisfied customer and their de escalation skills are something to be desired. I will never stay at this hotel again and will make sure friends and family never do as well. The IHG representative over the phone was great and saved us from not staying at IHG. They were great, but this hotel is not a good representation of what IHG stands for.

Very nice hotel. The staff was excellent during our stay. Will be back when in the area!
