The Haven at Cranberry Woods Apartment

My husband and I lived at the Haven for almost 3 years. We really enjoyed our apartment. The staff is great and the maintenance team is the best ever! Miss you guys!

Perfect location in Cranberry Twp. Close to the highway with an easy commute to downtown and close to restaurants and all amenities. Beautiful apartments.

Wanted to leave a review for anyone potentially moving in. Do not get an apartment right above a garage. We are on top of an individual who works odd hours and when he/she comes home on their motorcycle they idle it in the garage shaking/vibrating our entire apartment. This place is great, but I would not recommend an apartment right on top of a garage.

Beautiful atmosphere and the office staff has been amazing to work with. The door is always open and I am always greeted with a smile! The maintenance team has also been amazing to work with!

My husband and I have been living here since April 2016. Unfortunately work has brought us back to Ohio to we have to leave in a month. But we have truly enjoyed our time here. The location could not have been more perfect. Accessible, but still tucks you away from the busy areas of Cranberry. There are a lot of amenties here as well. The pool and outdoor section is amazing in the summer. The gym is clean and updated. There are several walking paths around the area that are directly accessible from the Haven. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The apartments are amazing. I hate to leave it!

These buildings are lit with consolidated communications fiber to the home. It's a great service.

Beautiful facility. The amenities are nice (pool, gym, etc). The location is perfect. Biggest downfall is the noise; it's absolutely horrendous. Children obviously live above us and it sounds as though they are going to fall through our ceiling every evening. They are so loud it agitates our dog. I've gone to the office 3 times because of them and it's done absolutely nothing. Not to mention the couple next to us having frequent and extremely loud intercourse. I have had to leave my apartment many times just to escape the noise. There's absolutely no insulation in this place for how new and incredibly expensive it is to live here, which is extremely disappointing. There are other minor things I don't like, but above everything is the noise level. Unless you want to feel as though you live in an adult college dorm, I would never recommend this place.

We have been living here for well over a year and a half and really love it. The rental office staff is amazing, friendly, and so helpful. The maintenance crew are fast, knowledgeable, and always kind to our cats. The amenities are beyond wonderful. We are happy to call The Haven our home.

I just moved in, the leasing office was always there for me to make my move so easy and painless! It's quite here and I love the fact it's not a step above a college dorm like a lot of cranberry apartment complexes! Security is always driving around and that makes me feel very safe! I'm very happy I found my new home!

Been here for a little less than 6 months now. Love this place. Can't hear the neighbors at all, and I have had no noise complaints either. Very well maintained (someone's out early in the morning clearing the snow we've had recently off the side walks). The two times I have had to call in a maintenance issue they have come the same day to address it. The amenities are great! Love the cappuccino machine. The location can't be beat; Cranberry has just about any retail store you are after (Costco is less than 5 minutes away), and I-79 and the Turnpike are about 2 minutes away. My apartment faces the pool and I can't hear the freeway at all. I live on the third floor and having an elevator really makes bringing in the groceries a lot easier. Another review mentioned the lack of hot water: I take long showers and I've never had an issue with running out of hot water. The water pressure is very high, I've run the dishwasher along with the washing machine while I've been in the shower and noticed no loss in pressure or change in temperature. The kitchen in these apartments are massive! More cabinets than I know what to do with, and the appliances are modern. Definitely recommended!

I stayed in the furnished apartments for a month recently. A very sprawling complex. The two bedroom apartment was very nice (2-2009) but it was almost a half a mile walk to take your trash out. The hot water would last for about 3 minutes in the shower, so the tanks are grossly undersized. Overall I would rate it a 4. PS: You can forget having anything delivered. The address is so complex nobody will ever find it.

Beautiful community in a prime location! Enjoyed spending time by the pool.

This is an 'amazing' property… New to the Cranberry area, some units are still under construction, but close to all the activities yet having a tranquil environment.
