Very nice hotel with large rooms. We've stayed here a few times, and the rooms are always clean and include a kitchenette. We travel with our German shepherd, so it's great that they are pet friendly and have no size or breed restrictions. Breakfast is better than average for other hotels I've eaten at. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, and most of them also speak Spanish. I have never used the pool, but it looks nice. The fitness room has basic cardio equipment, which is plenty for me. The location is convenient to Hazelton, not that there's much to do in town.

On a family vacation. The Residence Inn had everything we needed for a nice base of operations. Breakfast, evening reception, swimming, all made for a great time for us all.

A hidden gem. Best night sleep. Extremely cozy environment. Definitely enables a person (who is on a business trip) to focus and be at peace to ready for a goods day work. The staff is super hospitable nothing I have ever experienced back home in California.

Just renovated. Front desk staff is excellent. Rooms are clean and fresh. Really like it here. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back.

Always like staying here. Clean, spacious rooms with every feature you can ask for as a traveller, and a good free breakfast. Great place.

Everything is new except the bed seemed to sag slightly in the middle and I am not overweight. May have been from the pillow top matress. Not sure but would definitely recommend this place. Nice complementary breakfast.

Very nice hotel. The staff that works here… especially the lady at the front desk are extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. They have free hors d’oeuvres at 6 PM & a continental breakfast in the morning.
I would definitely stay here again.

Social Hour Moday — Thursday 5:30-7:30 is an amazing concept. The experience is sorta like "eating at home" while traveling. Staff there were super friendly and set the tone. Lighthearted laughter and a warm welcome after a day of driving was exactly what we needed!

Friendly helpful staff, free Continental breakfast in the morning (7-9:30 am), pool with hot tub, and gym. Room was clean with a full kitchen (basic silverware and flatware provided as well). It's about 40 minutes from Jack Frost Big Boulder. Would definitely stay again.

I love pit stopping here overnight with the pup. They have reasonable pet fees, large rooms, and free breakfast!

Clean, bright and friendly. This hotel should make Marriott proud. I highly recommend!

People are so nice here. Never had a problem. You can bring dogs here.

This place is beautiful very relaxing they have a kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a stove some rooms without the oven feels like you in your apartment and you have a knocker at your door free breakfast everything else you buy. It already have dishes, pots&pans, glasses, silverware, coffee cups, and more. A nice place to go to get away for the weekend with or without the children winter or summer.

If you are a Marriott Rewards Member and expecting to be treated with the same warm welcome and appreciation that you normally receive at every other Marriott in the country, you should definitely avoid this Residence Inn (or any property managed by Veronica Garcia for that matter). I have no issues with the property itself. I have stayed here several times. My poor rating is based entirely on the terrible attitude of the general manager during my most recent stay. And, sadly, if you look at the other 1 or 2 star reviews on the Marriott site, you will begin to see a pattern. I am disappointed that Marriott has not done anything about her.

Great hotel for the area. Stayed an extended stay and was happy with the full experience. Friendly staff. Breakfast everyday and Monday thru Wednesday they have evening snack or meal. Hotel allows pets but no smoking inside. Also has a sport court with a net and basketball hoop. Indoor pool with hot tub. Nice, small little gym too. Kitchenettes also have basic kitchen amenities.

This was a welcoming, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The complementary tray of coffee delivered to our door in the morning put it over the top in guest service!

From the high quality rooms to the thoughtful and attentive staff, in my opinion this is the only place to stay when in the Hazleton area. Nice breakfast buffet included in the price of the room, comfortable patio area with an outdoor fireplace, exercise room and pool make this inn just that more special.

Had driven past this place a bunch but never stopped in. Finally bit the bullet and treated myself to a $160 night instead of the cheap cap I had been staying at. Except they knocked my rate down to $110 when I checked in because of my company! I was exstatic. Now being checked in, I totally see why it is $160 a night. Elegant, homey, with every amenity and resource available. I would be comfortable here for a long time.

The hotel looked nice, that's why I picked it when my company relocated me. But my extended stay experience there was not a good one. First we found used syringe in the parking lot on multiple occasions. Second they never cleaned my room unless I would go down to the front desk with my towels in hand requesting new. Third I lived there for a month therefore I had to have my mail forwarded there, I would go down daily and check for it. I found it odd that I never received my Corporate credit card or debit card that was supposed to arrive within a few days of me getting there. After establishing residence of my own I called to check why I never received them and was told the hotel rejected my deliveries. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to be reordered and sent. Needless to say, I will NEVER return or recommend this hotel.

We made an unscheduled stop after an evening on the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rate was very reasonable for the nice room. Very clean and no sign of any pet hair — even though the hotel says it's pet-friendly. The room had a full complement of bath items and all the towels and linens were clean and fresh. No problem odors (my wife always sniffs those out! ). The free breakfast was hot and adequete. The eggs looked like they came from a mix and the french toast sticks were cold, but for a "free" meal it wasn't too bad. Staff provided a tray so we could eat our food in the room, which is convenient. We'd stay here again. Nice place and good staff.
