My family enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They had a lot of options at breakfast as well. Great place!

This place has odd hallways, good rooms, and a really nice indoor party plaza. The rates are reasonable and breakfast is good. There was no elevator that I could find. You through a dimly lit corridor to your room which is clean and fairly nice. Depending on the room, your window looks into a huge enclosed area with a fountain and tables.

The room was dirty. The open coffee packages were left from the last people. No microwave, but a huge fridge with a freezer. The pool was dirty, and weird. Breakfast ends at 9. The room was outdated. But the lady at the desk was very nice and accommodating to us. And it was nice having it right on the turnpike.

Overnight desk clerk very friendly and helpful. We got a good room after a long night of driving when there were none available anywhere else. Good breakfast in the morning at the hotel for free.

The facility is actually quite beautiful. When checking in the lobby is inviting. There is a sunken seating area with an attractive surround fireplace. Beyond that, there is a tropical themed area, very lush with comfortable chairs. There's free breakfast, complimentary coffee, tea and newspaper. The 3 stars relate the rooms. Several friends stayed at this same venue the very same time as me. We all agree, the rooms are in dire need of renovation. One friend had to change rooms because of exposed electrical wiring. My own room was clean but there were several places where the walls were peeling and the carpet was kinda ratty. What they advertised as 'premium bedding' wasn't. So yes, 3 stars is all I could muster for this Quality Inn. The Housekeepers and front desk folks were lovely to us.

Dirty hotel very outdated and creepy but I ended up just staying in my Big Rig. Large paved parking in rear for truckers better than dirt travel center next door. Its a old place. Its like going to the 80s.

I was greeted by Shaggy from Scooby Doo, he told me it was $20 more for pets when it was actually $25. The area around the motel looked like hot garbage, felt like I was about to be mugged at any time. My cats were chasing nothing the whole night, off pressure in the air, the cats meowed at the walls. Then the kicker, did a bed bug check because the room looked disgusting and we noticed a dead bed bug and eggs in a picture frame (see attached) just sitting there, in plain view. I imagine that place had a serious problem.

Bed bugs. Found one in a picture frame. It’s out in the open with little eggs around it. I’m in the room as we speak trembling and exhausted with my two cats. This room is a dump. Absolutely disgusting. I feel like I’m going to be robbed. Please don’t listen to the reviews. This place is horrible. I wish I could leave but my cats need a break after our 7 hour drive. I rather sleep in my car. But for the cats sake, I’ll stay awake.

Hallways are very dark, bathroom was in serious need of updating, but staff very friendly and helpful.

The people that occupy and the staff was horrendous. We checked out early. 7 day reservation was cut to 3 days. They never offered to clean the room. They never brought us fresh towels and when we asked the desk they said they would and never followed thru. You def. Get what you pay for. Breakfast staff acted like they were paying for our week old bagels and old waffle batter.

Very large so it was kind of hard to find our room. Pretty good room with plenty of plugs and comfortable sheets/beds. Solid hotel.

Dirty dirty dirty… hallways smelled half the lights didn't work in room probably to hide the dirt. Tissues behind desk onside of bed. Run down out of date rooms bugs looked like baby roach if that wasn't bad enough water leaking from ceiling bad enough to wake me from my sleep. Sounded like someone was dumping a cup from the ceiling. Do not recommend at all never again.

Quality is not the right word. Upon check in, we noted again that we had a small dog and the attendant stated “oh, well we have to change you from the nicer room then… ” That was he first impression we received. Room was dirty and backs to a truckers lot. We tried stay for the “included” breakfast but at 7:45am the only choices available was yogurt and stale bagels. The hot dishes were empty (there was only eggs and sausage). Very disappointed, do not recommend and will not stay again.

Walking into the libby is nice. The courtyard where tbey host weddings was a bit awkward because of all the rooms looking into it.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. They provide a choice for smoking rooms. The rooms are very spacious. They have new appliances and TV in the room I am in. The only downside is detail to cleanliness. The room was clean but simple things like in the corners and under the sink was not cleaned thouroughly.

Every year my family from the East half of Pa meets the family from the West half of Pa here. Have been doing it for 20+ years. Same room every year. It really hasn't changed much in all that time. So as you could imagine the room is super out of date. It's never very clean. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Almost every time there is some problem with the room, no TP, broken TV, broken heater, no hand towels, hasn't been cleaned. I have been trying to get the family to go somewhere else, but the elders of the family are set in their ways. Avoid this place if you can.

I like it because it accepted pets.

I would give this place 17 stars based on the staff and the way I slept alone. The room could really have been updated a lot more, however. At least the carpets. The pet rooms I'm saying. We pay a lot more, our pets tear things up, I get it. So invest in us, capiche? Other than that, it was great. A dog or two barked their a s ses off all night, but I was so tired I still slept for almost 11 hours. I rarely sleep much at all. I guess that was my Christmas present. The staff were such sweethearts. It was a refreshing stop! Recommended 100%

We're here right now my wife my daughter and I really like the entrance and the lounge ms. Sandra gave us a very warm welcome that was truly a blessing great place to relax.

Pretty large hotel just off the tollway with decent parking just make sure you in their parking lot and not in one of the neighboring hotel parking lots. Staff is very friendly. Hotel may have been a former smoking hotel as it did have an odor. Rooms do show evidence of age but is suitable for a night or two. Has a pool but was closed for maintenance during my stay.

No refrigerator. No microwave. No wheelchair access to the lounge. Hotel people were very pleasant and helpful. Bartender not too concerned that there wasn't a ramp and we couldn't get to his lounge. Excellent location near Flight 93 National Memorial.

Very nice people at the front desk. Accessible room was spacious. The only 2 issues we had were that the common area had a sunken living room/fireplace area that wasn't accessible (steps only) and their attached bar had 2 entrances, both had steps and no wheelchair ramp. The bartender didn't seem to care that I was not able to access his bar. I recommend the hotel but not the bar that's attached.

Room was nice. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom. Better than I expected after read all the reviews. They were on their game. Room didn't smell bad. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because of some loud humming noise in the middle of the night. Couldn't get any closer to the turnpike but didn't hear any road noise.

Friendly staff; the breakfast is actually a real meal with a variety and you can make your own waffles. The rooms are spacious and clean.

This was 2nd stay & rooms have gone down hill dramatically. Staff at desk offered room change but 2 rooms offered smelled offensive. Then 3rd room air conditioner did not working properly as it looked like burn marks around outlet. Honestly would have not stayed here & accepted refund but it was labor day weekend & their were no other rooms available in town for a last minute reservation. This reservation was made 2 months prior. Hotel accommodations indicated rooms were smoke free. Although it smelled like air fresher had been sprayed in an attemp to cover up offensive odors, extremely disappointing.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the pool was wonderful! Is it old yes! Mid century retro is in so I hope they don't change the decor in the lobby and other public rooms. The breakfast room featuring a hot breakfast was very nice. My husband and I were struck by the non cookie cutter desgn of the breakfast room and pool area. Old and dated? To some … sure. We thought it charming. The price was half of what most places cost with the same amenities. Chrissey at the desk went above and beyond to make our stay positive. Thank you!

Good rooms, though could use a microwave and mini fridge. Facilities were great, had a pool, great breakfast, and 24/7 coffee.

Stayed here for a wedding. Hotel was average at best. Every thing screams average. It feels like you’re visiting a hotel from the past. Very few amenities. The “breakfast” was terrible. The pool smelled. The hallways feel like an inferno and the rooms A/C barely works. Would have preferred we stay at the Holiday Inn literally across the street. The only positive thing I can say is the parking was free.

Got their to check in and the girl was not friendly at all, got to my room it was filthy, dog hair all over my room, hair in the tub, I'm sorry but no one should have to pay to stay in something this bad, will think twice next time.

It's not clean… very outdated… there was actually dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom and on the sink, the comforters were so questionable with stains I didn't want to touch them to take them off the bed. There was actually what looked like a cashew under one of the fitted sheets. No refrigerator, at least it wasn't in our room so be prepared to go for ice in a very small ice bucket. If you want to step back in time to 1992 come on and stay… bring lysol… lucky I had some… mold in the tub as well… and some old mat I would hate to think what was under it!

Stay far away from this location. New management of hotel is TERRIBLE. Rude staff, dirty rooms, bed bugs everywhere.

Front desk person was very kind and helpful. Hallways leading to the room smelled like cigarette smoke, old and musty. The room itself was decent but the bathroom was just a little to dirty for me. We made it through our one night stay, but I don't think I would stay there again.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and great rate. Stayed for a weekend trip to Seven Springs and it worked out great.

Conviently located just off of the Pa turnpike with clean, decent size rooms but ithey are dated as for the indoor pool and hot tub well they are both gone and have been for a while now. I stayed there a year ago and did not get a free hot breakfast as reads in the info here. Their kitchen was not open and still don't think it is We had to go other places around the area for food but everything is close by. However, most of those places close at 9 or 10 pm so don't wait too late to eat!

If you are a CLC member this is an average place. Though, unless you are drawn by the bar (which is overpriced and not always open) I would suggest staying at the comfort inn or holiday inn express next door, as they both accept CLC. I stayed in two different rooms hare, both were clean but notably aged. Staff was friendly, hot water scalding, and large parking lot, but the Wi-Fi is slow and the security certificate expires after about ten minutes, requiring you to disconnect then reconnect and sign back in. Front desk is either oblivious to the problem or just clueless how to correct it. If you watch Netflix or similar you're boned. Overall, I've had to stay in worse. But after a week here, I won't be returning to this quality inn.

First room reeked of animal urine! My Lil 6 yr old actually cried it was so overwhelming. Second room was 55 degrees because someone left a/c blasting. I tried to turn heat on to warm it up but it quit after few minutes. So we all had to cuddle up under dirty cigarette burned blankets. I still shudder thinking about it. Room was so gross. At breakfast as I was in line at the only waffle maker my turn finally came up and a lady who worked there reached in front of me and took the batter. I waited five minutes thinking she was refilling it. Then I saw her take the pastries. I then realized she had just taken my breakfast out from in front of me! I've never been so disrespected. It was beyond rude! This place is a NIGHTMARE! Do yourself a favor and go next door!

This is an older property but staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning. All for a rate $40 less than the Holiday Inn Express next door.
