Very friendly and clean. Disappointing about their breakfast selections really wasn’t too much couple donuts and coffee or an orange juice and fruit.

Nice room, comfortable bed, COLD shower.

Room was very musty smelling! Woman at the desk was very welcoming and pleasant.

Pool not In use, broken pump, they should informe this on website. We chose the hotelli just because of the Pool.

Good prices excellent breakfast hot food.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Excellent water flow in the showers. The manager (Sharon) was very pleasant to talk to. The breakfast attendant (Marsha) was the most kind woman we have ever met. I would recommend the Comfort Inn to anyone!

Great place to hang out on the Pa. Turnpike! With relatives in Somerset to visit, this made a great location nearby with a nice pool. Nice breakfast area and lounge, nice friendly staff! Must be one of the nicest places to stay in Somerset.

The staff has no concept of personal space. Striking a conversation during breakfast and telling stories with no punchline or point. 3 stars for the pillows and blankets tho, Jesus Christ were they comfy.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. This time was disappointing. I purposely put a note on the reservation requesting an operational fridge, as I had milk for my baby and medicine to keep cold. Upon arrival the fridge had no chill. The front desk asked me to wait an hour to see if it would get cold. I waited an hour and a half with no change. By this time I had put three ice buckets in to chill everything. The front desk then said wait another 40 minutes and they would swap it out if no change again. Of course no change and they said they wouldn't be able to switch it due to the weight. We realized we had no toilet paper stocked. When I got in the shower the water ran brown, due to walking on the disgusting carpet. Thoroughly disappointing!

The room was alright, there was a weird smell I didn't care for and the layout of the hotel was kind of confusing. The staff was friendly enough but the place just seemed kind of frumpy and old. I wouldn't recommend them, but if you're in a pinch it was decent enough for us.

Well I enjoyed my stay until I got off work at 130am and found out my door to my room won't open. Only one person working and she cant fix it. No one will answer her call so I am stuck until 7am for someone to show who can let me in. So after over 12hr shift at work I have no shower no food and no meds. My truck keys and money are in the room. Who would ever think you could be locked out of your room. So so so disappointed in the service and the way this comfort inn is handling my business. I suggest you think it over and use your own judgement.

I have not been here yet, but apparently Google thinks I am. So here is my review. I don't know much about the whole place, only that I've seen advertisements just off the Turnpike for rooms about $65/night. I imagine it's probably a good price for a decent hotel chain. Probably has clean rooms and good service. Wouldn't miss staying a night or two if I was offered.

Normal comfort inn. Clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. I would stay again because of area is close to turnpike.

Located right off the turnpike. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. My fiance and I got a king room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Had a typical hotel breakfast which worked just fine. Only complaint was that there was snow the night before and the parking lot was never plowed, just had tire tracks through it.

Weekend get a way. Great staff. Friendly staff. Treated like one of their family. King suite was perfect. And great price too. Will be back again. Lots to do out here. Thank you all for a perfect weekend.

Everything was nice, up until I tried to partake in the continental breakfast which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Due to construction, the main dining was closed and breakfast was moved to an area inaccesible to wheelchair persons. The staff was trying to be helpful, but after having my family carry me down to the area (which is the lounge/bar area) I was upset by the fact that this lounge would be unusable on a normal day for handicap persons staying. Furthermore, there were no ADA rooms available that I could find, and we had no idea there was construction until we arrived. Full disclosure would have impacted our choice. I will not stay here again. However, all other aspects are nice. Clean. Quiet. Great stay if you do not use a wheelchair.

Everyone working there was nice. We had a few mix ups when booking but the front desk lady fixed everything without a problem. Room was average but overall very nice stay.

Great, consistent staff. Always improving facility, keeping it modern. Quiet despite being so close to Turnpike. Reservations not required, but often booked. Solid accommodations, clean & comfortable. Their dinner suggestion of restaurant across street is perfect. More great service & wonderful staff.

Nice place, appears quite new. Nightlight in the bathroom, entire bathroom very nice, great shower! Beds comfy and clean room. $35 pet fee a bit high, no pool or whirlpool, so room fee a bit high also.

Found bugs in the room. Roaches in bathroom and one found its way into our luggage illlll. There were weird bugs on our bed we told the manager she was made aware and they called pest control. I do not believe that it was the hotels fault they might of accommodated someone who brought that in. All and all staff was great and breakfast was good.

Comfort is is always my choice when I travel. I never had to worry about cleanliness or hospitality of the staff. No matter where I go, I will search out a Comfort in. They are reasonably priced and has the best customer service.

I was in a pinch and could not find a hotel when on a vacation recently. The only place with an opening was here. That made me nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean. The bed was soft. All I could ask for.

Clean and spacious. Very courteous staff. The bar is excellent. The pool was nice but had lots of bugs and hair in it. A bit pricier compared to all the other hotels nearby.

We have stayed at several cheaper hotels in Somerset as we travel with our dog. First time we stayed at Comfort Inn. Staff was super friendly from our registering to the housekeeper. Everyone so helpful. Pool was refreshing just wish 1st was not so big! Breakfast was great with both hot and cold choices. Room was very inviting. Check out at 12 was perfect for us. Very convenient to turnpike and you can walk to restaurants. We will definitely stay there next time we travel there which is usually once a month.

The staff is terrific and professional. Friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and inviting. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was laid out nicely hot and cold offerings with staff to assist if needed. We do recommend and we will return.

Plenty clean, but very loud. There was a wedding party there and the walls offered no sound proofing. Also it sounded like the ice machine was in our room. Not a bad room. Breakfast was ok and included. Service was fine. Just very loud.

Somerset Comfort Inn was nicely appointed. Close to various restaurants and akso featured a lounge on the lower level. Stsff were very helpful and gracious.

Great value for the area. Cement floors and insulated walls made for a quiet stay. Breakfast was good with self-prepared waffles and an assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. We'd stay again.

Room was well kept, clean, roomy for four people. Omly negative was the continental breakfast did not start until 6:30 am. We were going to the US Open and had time constraints.

We've been locked out of our room for over 2 hours, the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, water is dripping from the ceiling over the front desk, there is no vent in the bathroom. That's not my opinion, it's my experience. It's what I observed. Does this sound like a place that you would want to stay at? Kudos to the maintenance guy for coming in after hours and the front desk clerk for offering a new room but our stuff is in that room.
The maintenance guy did take apart the lock and we were given a new room. The bathroom door won't shut in it. Why am I not surprised?

I never planned to stay at this hotel but it proved to be an excellent experience. On a road trip with friends, our car broke down, at 11:30pm, on the Pennsylvania turnpike. Despite rolling into the lobby well after midnight, the front desk staff was friendly and personable. He saved some of the check-in paperwork for us to deal with the following morning just so we could fall into a bed that much sooner and gave us a room discount — — whether because of a late check-in or an agreement with the towing company we used or cause he just felt sorry for us, I don't know and I frankly don't much care. The room was clean — my partner is a bed bug pest control tech and the room passed his inspection with flying colors. The beds were a little more firm than I prefer but the multitude of fluffy down pillows on both beds more than made up for that. The following morning, dealing with mechanics and rental car companies to find a way to get home, the front desk staff again went above and beyond. She helped us find phone numbers and extended our checkout time by an hour to give us the extra time to get everything arranged. While I never plan to pass through Somerset again, if I do, no doubt this is where I will stay!

Upon getting into our room I pulled back the sheets (of a fully made bed) to find about a nickel sized blood stain. They switched our rooms but it was still gross and something that I dont know how it was missed considering it was on the top section of the sheet and the size of the stain. Our second room was clean and no blood, they were very apologetic, and said something about the systems being down and not knowing which rooms where clean or which where not. But what concerned me is the room was put together like it was cleaned. I know things can get missed and the maids are humans, but a blood stain is unacceptable; in my opinion that's a health issue. The only reason we stayed was because it was the only pet friendly hotel in the area and we had no where else to stay. Other then that, the hotel seemed and smelled clean, the staff was friendly, I liked that they had the USB ports to charge our phones and the Wi-Fi was pretty fast for a free hotel Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast, they had hot food options. Just be weary of your sheets before jumping into bed.

I went out of town for work in Somerset, PA. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. Also I needed internet and the free Wi-Fi helped out nicely. Great experience!

From the check in process to the comfort of the bed to the water temp/pressure and cleanliness of the bathroom to the speed of the free Wi-Fi was perfect! I cannot say enough positive about this hotel; I stay at hotels across the country regularly for business, and it was such a nice surprise to find such comfort at the Comfort Inn Somerset!
