A great place to stay! Clean, cozy, and comfortable. It's like staying at home! The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have that secluded mountain feel that I wanted. Also, even though they have kitchen supplies, nothing compares to using your own stuff so next time I will be bringing some of my own stuff. However, it's close enough to trails and stores to enjoy! Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend. Cottage is pet friendly, kitchen was fully stocked, had everything we needed. Grill was provided, (need to bring charcoal) very private and peaceful. Free Wi-Fi. Owner very accommodating, we checked in early and had a late checkout. Near many attractions, didn’t have to travel far to get to places. Bushkill Fall, TreeVentures, Shawnee We saved $ by bringing our own bedsheets and towels. Bring Toiletries Family owned business, gave personal touch.

Peace. Harim gave us a different cottage this yr. Right by the lake. BEAUTIFUL! RELAXING! Our original cottage (we had twice before), was being used to help his neighbors, whose homes were damaged from our last Noreaster. (That's the kind of guy Harim is! ) My Queen & I are enjoying her BEARTH DAY CELEBRATION, as we have for the past 3 trips!

This was our second year staying. Its our annual trip to come celebrate my fiance's birthday. We love how quiet and quaint the cottage we stay in is. The whole wood burning fireplace and cozy living room couch, it's truly a great escape. Cannot wait to return again next year. Hoping to come during the summer as well since there's a pool. Hiram is an awesome host, he's always a phone call away.

Been going here for the past 3 years and we love it, the kids love the pool and sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows, we love going on hikes and playing mini golf.

If I good give less then one star I would. The cottages a very old and beat up. As you walk in the lighting is very poor the bed rooms are very small, the place looks dirty. I will never come back here.

Loved this place! The owner is very friendly. Always checking on his guests to make sure they were enjoying their stay. We even took our dog along with us.

The relax and be at peace was just what we got! Very relaxing. Away from the crowds but convenient to shops and entertainment. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great time with our family! Rented 3 cottages! Central location coming in from 4 states! Children loved the row boat and fishing. Adults enjoyed sitting by fire and relaxing! Remember to bring your chairs and anything you may need for paper supplies and for use in kitchen for entertaining. Pool was a nice surprise!

Quiet, hidden cottages with everything you can expect (and more) from staying in cabins. The owner of cottages was helpful, and was accommodative to our check in/out time extension requests. Close to Hidden lake, and some beautiful country roads.

Had fun. Played miniature golf with my Queen. Checked out the Falls, a Winery, & the Mall. Hiram, owner, is a cool brother. Explained everything we needed to know, & left us to enjoy ourselves. Will return!

These 5 star reviews are hardly authentic. I am not a picky or critical individual. Echo Valley Cottages leaves much to be desired. The owner was friendly and accommodating. However, I do not believe our cottage had been cleaned, or inspected in months or perhaps years. The vents on the window A/C were completely crushed rendering the unit useless. Fortunately I knew how to fix this issue. There were dead bugs everywhere. On the floor, smashed on the walls and ceilings. The entire cottage had a stale odor and the kitchen smelled like burned food. There was slime on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The beds were at least 40 years old. Old musty furniture, dust collected heavily in some areas. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had on a vacation. I couldn't wait to leave. I would not reccomend this place to anyone who is accustomed to living in a first world country.

This place was great. My family wanted some place quite and relaxing yet with activities to do around the area for the kids. Thank you Hiram (owner). The service was great the pool was very clean and the place we stayed was perfect. All well maintained and most importantly clean. Hiram was very accommodating and made us feel like family. If you're looking for a relaxing get away this is a place to check out. Looking forward to going back there again.

I have been going there for the last 3 years, and I must say I fall in love with the place each time I go. Hiram the owner, makes you feel so welcomed as we are part of his family. If we come across any issues he is quick to resolve the issue. (My niece locked her keys in the car) With each year we go, all I see are upgrades. The cottages, as well as the common areas are immaculate. The pool is crystal clean. I usually rent the same 2 bedroom cottage Brookline, but this year we downsized to the Bridge cottage, a one bedroom, and that cottage as well was in excellent condition. These are the few reasons I keep going back. I would definitely recommend it to any one I speak to. I already had someone private message me on Facebook to ask about my reviews, prior to writing them on here. There is a Supermarket, Drugstore, Liquor store, movie theater, gas stations and restaurants all in close proximity to the cottages, as well as a Flea market. I can go on and on, but these are a few of my personal reasons as to why I rate it 5 stars! Looking forward to next year!
