Service here is very friendly but that doesn’t make up for the filthiness of this hotel. Most hotels are trying to make sure things are cleaner these days but not here. No housekeeping because of Covid, obviously not done between stays either. The first picture is the corner behind the door in the bathroom 🚽
Oh and they have the noisiest worst mattresses.

Well first off, waking up to construction early bin the morning really was a mood changer. Pool closed down hours before it should have closed. The restaurant closed it's doors 30 min early after a note stating it would close at 830 not 8 pm.

My family and I visit AOAA in Cole township several times a year. We decided to try a new place to stay that was a little closer. Well let's just say the staff was mediocre. The big issue with our room was the cleanliness of the floors. My 2 year old walked around on the floor for 15 minutes and his feet were black. I thought maybe it was just a spot. Well I got out of the shower and the same thing happened to my feet. The floor felt gross. I figured we would be here for 3 nights I would go say something at the front desk. I told the women at the front desk and she asked if we were leaving for the day I said yes. She told me that she would have someone clean the floor. Well that never happened. During our visit no one ever came into clean or take the garbage. Attention to detail and basic cleaning is a big miss.
Now let's touch on the construction at 7am. I get up at 4am for work but expect some sort of extra sleep while on vacation. The contractors hammering 2 rooms over is a little rude. They also park their truck and trailer in front of our room which was a nice inconvenience to us since we were trying to put everything in the car to go home. Don't stay here if you want peace and quiet. If you require a hot shower with a dirty floor and smelly room then this is the place for you.
If the manager Brock spent more time supervising his staff and less time smoking outside his office maybe it would be a nice place to stay.

Decent priced suites and good service.

Toilet rocked like a roller coaster tub drain was plugged so showered in standing water. Tub faucet wasn’t even attached properly so had to be careful turning on. Room had nasty stench to it. There was a bottle of some cleaning? Stuff left behind Cleaning far from best. But will say bed was clean with fresh linen and personnel seemed friendly.

Great economical place to stay. The manager, Sharon is an extremely hard worker and thrives to make the hotel the best it can possibly be!

These are the most comfortable beds we've slept in all week traveling.

You get what you pay for here plus the pool. Wish they has a better selection of food from the vendor.

Friendly and helpful staff, thankfully! After unloading my stuff and getting ready for bed, I discovered the sheets were filthy with dirt and sesame seeds. The front desk was helpful and offer a change of rooms, but after driving and traveling with my small kid, I didn't want to grab everything and move. So he brought clean sheets and pillow cases for the bed.

We had a two room space with a living room, bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Beds were a bit squeaky, and the free breakfast was small and not very good. Still a very good hotel to stay in!

I recommend everyone stay away from this place. Room wasnt ready for 2 hours past check in. Bedding was stained. Ashtray was full of cigarette ashes. Cigarette burns all around rim of tub. Badly patched hole in bathroom door. Air conditioning unit was full of dust & dirt, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Telephone cord kept coming out of phone receiver when I picked it up. Definitely couldnt walk on the carpet without shoes. Only good things were the swimming pool and the continental breakfast.

Were do I start. So first of all what's up with the ceiling. Stains on the floor and couch. There decorated for Halloween by the cob webs and its July. The microwave didn't work or the TV remote. The shower had hair in it. But the staff was very nice. The pool was amazing!

The most unfriendly front desk I have met in my life. He didn't answer to my"Hi". The room was dirty and the sheets have not been changed. Definitely I won't recommend that place.

Pool was great. Bathroom is extremely small. Beds are noisy.

Clean, breakfast ok, spacious room, no desk chairs. Bathroom fan could be hear a mile away. Fridge and micro.

Rooms were okay. Pretty much clean. A lot of things smelled like smoke. Everything was just okay…

This is the worst hotel experience I've had in my life. The lady that does the accounting charged me for an extra week w/o any authorization from myself. Then she refused to acknowledge she made a mistake, stating "she does this all the time" she couldn't reverse the charges so I'm still disputing through the bank, and if that wasn't enough… There was ants in the room as well. What a classless dump, wouldn't stay there again if someone paid me.

This place really isn't that bad. Room clean. Somewhat newer furniture bed was good condition. Bathroom floor dated but clean. Myself and another worker had room numbers in the 160 175 range. Both rooms were more than adequate.

Hotel and staff went above and beyond. Great breakfast and rooms were pleasantly nice.

Filthy. After someone in anther room that I was traveling with claimed she found bed bugs, I checked my room as well. Besides the dust on the table surfaces I found a moldy old chicken bone and a used Q-tip. There were also food crumbs under one of the mattresses but on top of the box spring. Very gross.

So on Friday night we checked in. We got to our room the beds were made but once we walked in the bathroom there was a used wash cloth on the tub along with used soap and shampoo. NASTY! We spoke with Sharon the manager the next morning she apologized and credited us for the inconvenience. We went and played our pool tournament and came back that night to find the same scenario. Beds were made and the same dirty rag and soap in the bathroom. This place would never get another dime from anyone I know. And the thing of it is the cleaning staff all have check off lists. But how do you not clean the bathroom of the same room143 twice. Someone should be fired.

Paid to Reserve a room for a 700 am check in and room was unavailable till after 10 good job on that.

It's a cheap hotel. Paint is chipped and the shower head has a hole in it that shoots water out the side. If you're looking for a classy joint with continental breakfast… this isn't it. If you're looking for some super cheap place to stay for work or cause you're thrifty then this is it. No bugs no unbearable issues. Just beds with tv, microwave and fridge with a place to shower. Great place for construction workers.

Will never stay at another Econo Lodge. Sheets had not been changed just straightened from previous occupant. Toilet very filthy and could visibly see a ring of brown dirt in the commode. I was given a different room after complaining but that was not any better. I put on the heater because the room was getting cold only to activate the smoke detector because there was something like a burning smell coming out of it. I told the manager about it the next morning and she unapologetic told me it happens all the time. Shocking!

Not our best Choice Hotels stay. It 2as clean, staff friendly. A convenient stop on the trip. Would not stay again.

Stayed for one night. Conveniently located near Rts 11 and 15, it was easy to access many stores and eateries. Rooms are accessed from the outside. Staff were polite and helpful. Stayed in a non smoking room but there was a residual smoke smell. There was a noticeable gap in the weatherstripping of the door. Plumbing and air conditioning were fine. One bedside lamp would occasionally flicker. Television was outfitted with full cable. Bed was not the most comfortable. Continental breakfast was provided in the Mexican restaurant that ajoined the lodge. Mexican restaurant flooring was in need of repair and was creating a minor tripping hazard. The price was increased due to a home Penn State football game the next day.

Motel is nice and clean. All workers very friendly and willing to help. Had a minor problem with the toilet in the bathroom and the maintenance man was there Johnny on the spot to repair it. I would recommend all to stay there when in the area.

Checked into room to find toilet overflowing. Front desk attendant very accommodating to move me to another room close by. Second room was not very clean… floors and carpets dirty and stained, cigarette burns in bedding in my non smoking room. Would seriously consider deep carpet cleaning to remove blood stains. Hopefully this improves as I like the convenience of the location when visiting family.

Pet friendly and reasonably priced but needs some work and breakfast upgrades. Staff was friendly. Pool was very clean. The interior yard/pool area was nice for letting out the dog in the middle of the night. Wi-Fi worked well.

We would not suggest this hotel at all. We booked adjoining suites, which the we're not. Not even next to each other, rooms were dirty, examples: black sout and dirt in bathtubs, yes two bathrooms one in the "suite" side, toe nail clippings on our floor, one trash can that had trash in it, trash and old actual bar B Q's, in the parking lot. Older building that smells of mush and damp floors, walls and old carpet. Gross and dirty. Continental breakfast is not that good in the Mexican restaurant that is adjoined to the hotel as it's "restaurant", pool gets the one star… it was nice.

Went to this place last year and it was lovely. Unfortunately this year I can't say the same. The sheets were stain for both bed. I left a note requesting for it to get change and instead, my kids bed was made with the stain sheets and our bed was not made at all and still had the dirry sheets. The room was non smoking but yet it smell like cigarettes. Also, the bathroom stink like urine. Very disappointing. Going forward I will not recommend this hotel.

Only problem not really good truck and trailer parking.

The place is clean and we'll matained. The first floor laundry has a bad trip hazard going out the laundry room door. The threshold is approximately 2 inches in the air with a 2-inch Gap below it. I had a arm full of laundry and did not see it because it shouldn't have been there and fell outside the door and unsure at this time what it did to my knee. I can't believe that they haven't seen it because you can see where other people have had their feet caught under it. Otherwise the place is fine. I've definitely hurt myself just doing laundry.

There rooms are nice if Ur staying in a house subdivision next door.

Stayed the night for a college event the next day (to avoid driving 3 hours in the morning) and they were very accommodating. Marquis, who worked the front desk, was just amazing! My mom and I loved him. He was so kind and helpful through it all. The room was nice and I wish we could have stayed longer. Pool was beautiful. Had dead bugs but it's outdoors, what can you do. Loved my experience.

Everything was fine. The cheapest hotel that we could find on short notice. Room was clean, location was good. Breakfast was a nice, although oddly located, continental.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff that even offered a late checkout. Stayed in a Jacuzzi room that was amazing for the price and great for a weekend getaway. Best place to stay for the money in the area.

The hotel was good for the price. We had a double bed non-smoking room on the first floor. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast so not sure how that was.

We arrived very late and they were able to give us an incrediblely fair rate with a very well kept room. Unfortunately because of our late arrival we overslept the breakfast but the pool was fantastic.

Stayed here overnight a few times. Clean, quiet, excellent price.

Stayed 2 years in a row. Very nice to deal with and when I asked for a mini fridge and small microwave and to pay extra for them, they obliged.

We were on the second floor, our room was amazing, very clean, great staff.

Stayed overnight for an event in town. Price was good. 67 bucks for 1 night. Rooms were clean and modern. 2 beds and full bath. Control access doors via card makes for secure rooms. Contenental breakfast included a light choice of cereal, assorted breakfast breads, and some yogurts. Staff was friendly and quick. Had a clogged toilet prior to using the room and they came right up to take of it. Solid 4 out of 5.

Dirty! Even the towels smelled like ciggerates. There were dirty clothes under the bed from previous guests. We itched all night, but not sure if there were bugs or just from dirt. Bed had salt all over the sheets when we pulled them down. Spend the extra 20 and go somewhere else.

Clean enough, quiet, and basic. If you're not expecting five star amenities it's suitable for staying a night or two. Maid service did not clean or provide fresh towels until requested.

Very dirty and it was quite but bed was ruff need to upgrade on a lot of stuff.

I highly recommend this place — mostly because of its manager, Sharon Wolfe, who managed to secure a room for two very weary travelers in the wee hours of the morning. Thank you Sharon.

Stayed here for a night during Christmas break. Clean and quiet, worked out a deal at the desk and was very happy with the price. Dog friendly too.

Stayed a night, the hotel was clean and beds were cozy. Newly renovated building. Had a good sleep. The bathroom was small and not enough towels for two people.

We need three rooms at nice price and it was not a fun to negotiate for prices without compromising quality when you have special guests waiting in the cars. After getting disappointed at couple of places in small city of Selinsgrove PA, I happened to hit the Econolodge and was delighted to workout the deal with the staff. Manager was cool and so were the other reps. Rooms, even the smoking friendly, were pretty clean and were worth the money spent. I definitely recommend you all to check them out because they really have what their name signifies.

Stayed here during a college road trip. Very quiet room, bathroom was quite small, but bed was comfortable — slept well. Did not take advantage of their continental breakfast only because dunkin' donuts was down the street.
