I don't ever write hotel reviews but this place was a let down from the beginning. The front desk acted like I was bothering them. They gave me the wrong room 2 different times. I had to check in 3 times. We waited for our shuttle for 45 minutes. We were put on hold or hung up on. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel.

As expected the lobby was clean and inviting. The room was pleasant and comfortable. However the bathroom was not cleaned for guests. The staff was very friendly and eager to help!

Restaurant/bar was closed. Pool was closed. No hot water in the room, cold showers the whole stay. Air conditioner was not regulating temperature well, with the room sometimes being swelteringly hot and other times being freezing cold. Wall thermostat didn't work, but was still there. Holes in the wall covered by cardboard in the corner of the room. Alarm clock didn't work and neither did the corner lamp, presumably because the wall outlet they were plugged into was nonfunctional, although I can't confirm because it was buried behind the bed. You can read my other reviews, I'm not a hotel snob. This place was really just one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. When I was at the days inn greentree, domestic violence occurred in the hall outside my room for 3 hours, and I would honestly have trouble picking if you told me I could only stay at one of these two locations. At least that place had a fridge and a hot shower.

The hotel was priced great. Very clean hotel, comfortable room. Check in was smooth. Check out had issues, couldn't print a receipt, told me they would email it. Took 3 phone calls and almost a week to get it. Front desk staff very relaxed.

This is our first in this hotel (we are family of 4) Service is poor, pool under construction, no refrigerator, no microwave and we paid 100.00$ per day. Poorly cleaned room, there were used tissues on the floor when we first entered the room (room smelt really bad). If you want to enjoy your stay, please please do not check into this hotel. Front desk was trying her best to manage the situation between dissatisfied customers.

Adam in the front desk was very friendly. Unfortunately the first and second time they “programmed” the key couldn’t open the door so they changed our room (pretty inconvenient to come back from 4th floor twice at 1 am). The room was big and nice but the bathtub was clogged and the door chain broken. We were so tired that decide not to complaint. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good enough (eggs and pancakes). Bad practice: charge $50 incident fee not telling yo in advance, I had to called the next day that I realized I had two charges on my credit card.

Musty, but great customer service and super cumfy beds.

They switched my room 3 different times. The first room wasn't clean, the second room was a queen when I purchased a king, third room was final a king. Very uncomfortable someone came into my room while I was in the shower and when I got out my door was open I called service and never got an answer back as to who was in my room. Then the $50 hold fee was supposed to be placed back on my card in 3-5 business days and the hotel didn't release it until 13 days later. I'll never NEVER go back!

Upon check in, my husband handed the man his ID and proceeded to tell us our name was not on the list. We asked “Stuckey? ” And he said it wasn’t there. He then asked where we booked through and said it happens a lot but he might be able to find us a room tonight but it will be more expensive since it wasn’t through the AN Guard. After a few minutes of telling him we’ve been booked for a week and arguing he said he’d check again but he was certain it wasn’t there. What do you know? There we are, 4 down from the top. He apologized and sent us on our way. Upon entering the room, the I was pretty happy with it. But the longer we stayed the more it went downhill. The AC kicking on sounded like a vehicle from 1950 starting up for the first time in 30 years, water damage in the bathroom ceiling, the thermostat made a little chirp every 40 or so seconds and the bathroom fan is on constantly and it is SO LOUD. The beds were hard and there was no TV guide or a list of surrounding restaurants in the area. The only thing we were left to use in the room was a pen/pad and a bible.

I stayed at this place as it was 10 min from the airport and I had a 6:00am flight. Location wise its a little hard to find, but it 5 min away from Robinson town center for food and anything else you may need. And like I said super close to the airport. Nice big rooms which was a surprise, and super comfy bed PLUS! IT WAS ONLY 55 FOR THE NIGHT! Hits big on my 3 C's. Cheap, comfortable, and clean. — Dilla412

The location is excellent and the atmosphere is very friendly, but the breakfast is very poor and it removed early.

Incredibly good attention! All the staff very helpful and friendly! It has a shuttle to the airport 24 hrs.

Great staff. Under renovation when I stayed and it showed, but nothing outlandish. Decent breakfast if you spring for the voucher, and again, the staff couldn’t be nicer. I’m in the area for work several times a year and we’ll probably stay there again.

Everything was fine for my husband and I. The hotel does show wear here and there but that is expected. The entire 2nd floor is being renovated. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

The staff is great and very friendly, but the hotel itself is in need of a fair amount of maintenance. One of the lamps in our room didn't work (we got another bulb from the front desk, but that wasn't the issue) and the entire corner of the shower ceiling was moldy. We were a group of seven and dined in the restaurant. We we're served and cooked for by a staff of two (the GM and her son). We should have left for another restaurant upon learning that as we thought it was odd, but we had a very early flight the next morning and didn't want to be out late. I'm glad I just had a salad as several others had complaints. We'll find another hotel the next time we're flying out of Pittsburgh early.

Very clean and nice. The hotel had a nice little restaurant as well. The service was good.

Let me start off by saying that William at the front desk is the reason that this hotel is getting the 3 stars. His customer service is superb. He checked in my boyfriend and I and assisted us when we had some issues. The hotel was a bit difficult to find and the side doors closest to our rooms and car were not operational. It wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't essentially a white out of snow while we were there. The hotel generally has an odor of pets, smoke, and I'm not sure what. Just kind of odd. We had booked a room with 1 king bed and got placed in a room with 2 double beds. In the bathroom especially you could see signs of water damage and peeling paint. There were also 3 dead flies in the middle of the floor. The thing that made me the most uncomfortable was that we could not close the curtains all the way and we were on the first floor. There was only a sheer curtain over the windows. We felt as if anyone could have been watching us at anytime. Also could not connect to the Wi-Fi from the location of our room! We were supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out after 1 if that tells you how we felt.

Is room was very clean and good spacious.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay before a flight. Very friendly staff, clean room, super comfortable bed, and convenient shuttle ride to airport. Thanks!

I originally posted a review on TripAdvisor, but somehow it has gone missing. Long story short, the GM Kim is what makes this place a nightmare. I stayed at this hotel for a convention. Between her absolutely foul attitude, harassment of the attendees and event management, and unprofessional behavior, I cannot see why anyone would ever want to stay at this hotel. She's made numerous false claims in response to other reviews, and the entire situation was ridiculous. I personally witnessed her yelling at event management/staff, who were nothing but pleasant and polite to her. I assume she had more than enough notice that the hotel was going to be booked for this event, but the hotel had bare bones staff. (Lea, one of the front desk clerks, was a dream. Run, Lea! Find a better manager to work for, because you were amazing! ) Not only were the prices jacked up by $30+ dollars for the event, they placed a $350+ hold on my card, and then charged me another $50/day for incidentals. When confronted about this, they claimed it was normal practice. I travel often for work, pleasure, and conventions — this has literally never happened to be before. Enough about management. Let's talk about the room itself, shall we? When I checked in, every bulb except one in the room's lamps were BROKEN. Not out. Not missing. Broken and left in the lamps. The A/C sounded like a jet engine was taking off.

It was an absolute nightmare. We booked 2 rooms on October 1, and went there for our reservations, to be told you only have 1 room. This was October 21, we showed them our paperwork, and was rudely told you only have 1 room. They didn't want to see our paperwork. I ask to speak to the manager, not one on duty till 3, so we said we would wait, because it was only 30 minutes. I call the reservation center that we booked from, they said you have 2 rooms. Now, mind you this was to get ready for a trip for our little nephew and is Make a Wish trip. Still no sympathies. Oh, and did I tell you the manager came and didn't even bother coming to talk to us. Nice way to run a business. So, we were trying to find another motel somewhere, when 4 other couples came in with paperwork from different booking agencies to also be told you have no room. And, by the way this was a steelers football weekend. If this is the way that you handle your customers, I will no longer stay at any Wyndham properties. Because apparently this isn't the only property you own that looses reservations.

Stayed twice and took shuttle to Pittsburgh airport. Extra pullout bed for our son which was good. Parents room was not good, phone not working, toilet issues. They were not rested in the morning. Shuttle service to airport was good, however the return service too almost an hour for pickup. Not recommended.

It was a decent night's sleep, but lots of little things were wrong. The cafe was understaffed and an hour wait for food. The room smelled of mildew, and the window can't be opened. Bathtub tiles yucky. The elevator was a bit scary. No housekeeping service was done on our room. I heard that the hotel ran out of towels. Second rate pricing for a third rate hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Yes the majority of the staff was nice and helpful but the facility wasn't the greatest. The room we stayed in clearly had water damage at some point in the past that was covered up by paint. The toilet in the room ran constantly. The pool is closed until further notice, which ftom what I have since read, has been that way for quite some time. There is a bar on the premises that looked decent but didn't opt to try it. The room had no mini fridge or safe which really shocked me. Didn't expect that to not be included in 2017. The beds also didn't seem to be all that clean. We were finding small pieces of dirt all weekend. All in all, id say it's not worth the time.

A bit difficult to find. Neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was expecting more. No soap dish in shower. Restaurant menu was limited to appetizers, burgers, salads and sandwiches.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there and it was also good. Would definite stay there again.

The biggest issue was that the carpet in our room was soaked for 5 or 6 feet coming out of the bathroom. We had to put down towels to protect from the water. We asked for a cot and my husband had to wait for more than 40 minutes only to be told they were all used the previous night so we probably wouldn't get one. Once we did they didn't even give us a blanket. Our 3 small children were waiting late at night this whole time. It was also very unclean. I would not go here again and don't recommend it at all!

The room was wide and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I come back to ospedar in this hotel again.

Do not stay here! This place was disgusting! We checked in and then checked right back out. Pool was closed down. Gym equipment wasn't working. Dead bugs on nightstand. Yellow stains on sheets and pillow cases in both rooms. Cob webs all around. Ice machine had black mold on it. Terrible place!

I would not suggest that you stay here. This place was terrible from beginning to end. First off the room appeared to be fine at first but after I inspected it a little I found that the bed sheets were not cleaned properly, over half of the channels didn't even work, and best off all my toilet didn't even flush. The only reason I booked this hotel to begin with was their pool. But when I got there I noticed that there pool wasn't open and it won't be open for a long time according to the front desk person. You would think that's something that they would tell you before you book with them. Also their "convent store" it might of been convent yet but I wouldn't call it a store. All they had was sunflower seeds, and monster. So overall I will never come back here and I would recommend that you don't as well.

First I was sent to a room that was missing pieces… OK hi est mistake, my new room was missing bath accessories, the sink and bathtub didn't drain very well, someone else's hair was in the tub and when I opened my towel to dry off there were two brown stains on the towel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far the grossest experience I had ever had. I told the front desk person, they didn't seem to care much. I would rather sleep in my car than have to stay here again… and yes I have pictures if you don't believe me.

Room and service were good. The staff was attentive. They even noticed that my daughters thick hair and gave us more towels. The location is remote. Nothing right next to it but there is a mall close by.

Services were fairly standard. The building itself was isolated at the bottom of a hill, but not too far away from everything. The rooms were fairly clean. The only thing that was different is that the vending machine only accepted exact change, so I could not purchase a snack with a dollar bill.

Security is horrible, I watched a person walk up to the desk and said. Male — "I lost my key" Desk — "what's your room number" Male — "429" Desk — "okay good night" hands him key with out any name or any further questions. Bathroom. Sink was not cleaned, shower drain sucks. Room. Pillows had these strange stains on them (looked like bugs were squished on them) all four of them had it. When u sit on the bed the lights flicker on and off. Wi-Fi does not work. Don't stay here…

I want to give this zero stars, but that's apparently not an option. Short story: I have a reservation, it's 1 am, but they will not let me into a room and have no idea how long it will be. Longer story: I have a reservation for tonight at the Wyndham Garden Pittsburgh Airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 12:05 am, and I arrived at the Wyndham via the free shuttle around 12:30 am. When I arrived, there were about a dozen other people in the lobby. I went to check in, and the woman confirmed that I have a reservation, but that she could not let me into a room because she did not know which rooms were available because housekeeping had not updated the charts yet. (Note: Check out was 12.5 hours ago! ) I asked how long it would be. She said she didn't know. I asked if she had an upper bound. She did not understand the question. I asked if it would be 30 minutes or if it would be 4 hours. She said she didn't know, but probably 30 minutes to an hour. Its already past 1 am and I have a reservation, as do all the other people lingering in the lobby. WHAT IS GOING ON? Meanwhile, the bar is closed, the restaurant is closed, and no one has a room, even though we all have a room. I am absolutely baffled, stunned, and frankly livid about the absurdity of this situation. At least I can use their free Wi-Fi to document this amazing display of incompetence!

This was a great stay! The staff was so accommodating. We ate in the restaurant and ALL the food was SUPER! Can not speak highly enough of this establishment.

Pleasantly surprised when arriving. Staff was friendly room was clean. Great bar and restaurant attached. Over all great place to stay.

As airline crew, we do not have transportation other then hotel shuttle or by foot, or paid out of pocket transportation. The hotel is basically on a cliff with nothing but a freeway nearby. There is no restaurants, other then the hotels dinner restaurant in the area. The food menu is basic. I think maybe 3 entrees were on the list. It was about 10*F outside when we checked in. All of the room heaters were off. It took several hours for the rooms to be comfortable, but at 5am you don't have time to do anything but jump into a freezing bed. One of our guest got no hot water to shower. It was a subpar experience and should never be utilized by airline crews.
